Great spot. Couldn’t find this a couple of years ago, came back for another try and now I’ve added it to my list of finds! TFTC.

If somebody is able to either dry out or replace the log on this cache I would appreciate it. I can't get to it for a while and was hoping the log would dry out on its own.

Thank you geniejoan for replacing the log. We were having difficulty laying our hands on the waterproof paper but now we can cross it off our 'to do' list.

This cache has been checked today and is where it should be. You may need a tool to extract the log depending on how the last person replaces it.

Log replaced to give everybody plenty of room to sign. Noticed the pencil is missing so if anybody searching for this one happens to have a 6.5 cm (or smaller) pencil in their pocket, I'd appreciate the donation.
Thanks

Without trying to give too much away, if you think it might be washed away, you're looking in the wrong spot.

We weren't here to cache but thought; "might as well check". Low and behold, we were standing a few metres from it. Great spot for a cache although I wouldn't like to be the person maintaining it! Tnln. TFTC.
Just come back from Mount Ohlssen-Bagge hike and the cache up there. Wonderful walk. TFTC.

Geocache was found sitting on a window sill, otherwise intact. We signed the log and replaced the cache in what we thought was the most likely hiding place. We also collected the travel bug and will find it a new home 1000's of kms from here. TFTC.

Have had some difficulty getting to the cache to replace the log but hope to in the next few weeks.

This cache has a terrain rating of 3 because you can't just pick it up without some effort. The log has been signed by young children without assistance and doesn't need special equipment. If signing the log is too challenging for you, please don't claim the cache as found as your log will be removed.

Congratulations Elkins88 on FTF and you're welcome. Hope your fingers have recovered.
Thanks for the feedback Team Ninja. Often a hide which seems obvious to the hider, is not so obvious from a more objective viewpoint. Happy for more feedback and will change the difficulty rating if there is consensus.

Changed the terrain rating to 4.5 due to popular demand. While I still believe that suggesting this cache is 'as hard as it gets' is doing an injustice to those caches which require serious effort, it would be arrogant to ignore the opinion of Teamaky, gmj3191 and Jacko83 with their collective 7300+ finds.
And Jacko83, if you would like to work further on your fear of heights, shoot me a message and I'll be happy to provide the necessary assistance for you to add this cache to your list of smiley faces.

Astute observation gmj3191, thank you. Hopefully that placates you, Jacko83 and others who feel that this should be T5, at least to some degree. This cache should obviously remain T4 as climbing gear is evidentially NOT required.
I would concede however, as I'm sure you'll agree, that climbing gear is certainly highly recommended.

Please accept my apologies if you have actually made the effort to sign the log book. I should have removed all the pretenders that logged the find without making the effort before now and can only claim apathy as an excuse. Rest assured that I have now checked the log and removed all who aren't in it.
To those who feel my rating is misleading, I have found some terrain 5 caches and this isn't close to their difficulty. To those who have done this without gear; my hat is off to you guys. Amazing! And finally, to those who are desperate to check this one off but need some assistance, get a group of cachers together and send me a message. We might be able to work something out. Be mindful however; each signature should be done in situ by each team.
Good Luck.

4WDing around the Otways seemed like the perfect way to spend Australia Day this year, collecting a few caches as we went was just icing on the cake. It was a warm day but in our air conditioned Amarok, surrounded by the beauty of the area, we had a wonderful day.
The name of this set of four caches drew us like flies to ...., and we were not disappointed. Such a convenient horseshoe of tracks off, and then back to, the main track was a perfect little deviation for us. In the dry heat, there was no sign of mud but somebody had been badly stuck on the sand hill before us leaving it in a bad way. We got through it but at least partly filled in the two foot hole that was making the route impassable and which almost certainly would have led to a chicken trail being created.
The rest of the tracks were just plain fun. We loved the cache camo and found them without too much adieu, although we used the hint on a couple. We signed the little logs and were in our way in no time.
Thank you so much for placing these caches krankitkiwi. Without word of mouth, it is extremely time consuming to find tracks like these which give you a challenge but aren't going to swallow the forby. These four caches epitomize what we believe is the true value of geocaching. Well done!!

Unfortunately somebody has stolen this cache so until we can rebuild it, it will be disabled.

Very nice hide. Saw it, ruled it out, tried it anyway, had the ahhha moment. TFTC

This is our second visit and it was a great relief to be able to cross it off. We knew what we were looking for but couldn't find it until today. TFTC

4WDing for the day with MAS0N Jnr and thought we might go find a cache or two. This one fit the bill perfectly. TFTC. (Replaced plastic bag)

A long weekend in Melbourne allowed us to plan some geocaching on our bikes and this series was the perfect set for a beautiful day. We enjoyed the fact that each cache was different and to finish in Mt Cottrell with a picnic capped off the day nicely. TFTC

We were very unsure about this one and were tempted to get up when MAS0N Jnr literaly tripped over the cache. TFTC
