Out with the kid let’s for a bit of fun. Good find

Unfortunately we didn’t have much luck with this one today. A few muggles in the immediate vicinity. Will be try again.

Looked for sometime and finally found it empty and out in the open. No log with it or close by.

Great day to be outside in the sun and fresh air with the kids. Thanks!

As previously described, container is in really bad condition and contents are damp. Note book was safe in a ziplock bag thankfully. Look for a small pile of rocks at the base of a tree.

Found it with the help of others photos. Loots of Roos feed and resting right near it.

Had to dodge some muggles, but easy find. It was out in the open a bit so put it a fraction further in so it was a bit better concealed by grass.

Found at 12:07pm 07/07/19. After a long break from Geocaching due to injury, it felt great to get out and about. Took the geo kids plus 2 extras for the day for a bit of fun.

Find #5. On my way home from doing the school run, I couldn’t resist trying to find a couple of caches. There was a bit of muggle activity around the Whooping Tree cache so I will have to come back at a safer time for that one. I came to check this one out and found it straight away. Thanks for the fun.

Find #6. Was driving by after doing the school drop off and grocery shopping and thought I’d try and find this one. No muggle activity and was an easy find. It was visible as I approached GZ. Signed log, nothing taken or left. Replaced in the same spot but tried to conceal it with what was laying around.

Tonight under the cover of darkness and with the use of torches, the kids and I had to avoided a few muggles but found it in no time. Although we have visited here before, during Anzac Day celebrations, it was the first time for the kids to read all the names on the monument and found who very may well have been a relative.

Find #3 - Went for a search with my two young kids and two of their little friends. Great and easy enough find for them, they loved it.

I have been wanting to get started in joining in the fun of geocaching for sometime now, this was our first ever find and had a fun family outing to do it. It got the kids wanting to do more.

To visit a place like this was a lesson for all of us.

We retrieved the trackable and will help it travel on to a new destination

I had set off with the kids in tow this afternoon to try and find this one. As we’re newbies I had to explain to the kids what a muggle was. We followed the gps and got to the location dodging a few muggles on bikes and on foot. As we tried to inconspicuous search the area we noticed a small group approaching us with phones in hand and searching eyes. I felt confident that they were up to what we were doing, so the question was asked if they were looking for anything. Bingo! Yes they were. We joined forces and the expertise and experience from the other group paid off. It was found, log filled out by both groups and replaced.
