Logs for jasonk
19-Jun-13
Cache intact but wet. Didn't sign log as too wet and no pencil. Other logs are right - you need to zip behind a fence a very short way. Could not be spotted/reached from the path though experienced cachers will spot the likely area as I did at night under phone light. Co-ords spot on. TNLN

Left slime TB. He wants to get overseas! Cache container is different to photo - more like a drink container. Took nothing. Jason & David.
A note to the cache owner concerning yesterday's find: the cache container did not have a lid. I'm guessing this is not deliberate.

Last find of the year? Lovely view. Took a TB. Log book needs renewing. Nice and dry. Thank you!

Went for a walk with the Mrs and the Geohound. Was the Mrs' first cache find. In good condition and dry. Found after 10 mins with iPhone (poor accuracy!). I didn't log the find in the log book as we did not have a pencil (none in cache).

Thanks for the info on the cache's removal. We have now confirmed with the BCC that they did in fact remove this, one of Queensland's oldest caches, because it was "not on the path".
