Logs for pippadog 

Oh dear, another failure for me. And this one is probaly one of the more easy ones, being in an absolutely prime reception area and with a selection of clean, easy discernable overhangs and very little in the way of scrub or rubble. My GPS even said "0.7 m to go" so I must have been pretty much on top of it. 

Sadly, once very near GZ my GPS decided not to get a signal (it is very much an amphitheatre so this isn't surprising). Still, it's a great spot. Will try again soon! 

Oh dear... failed with this one Still, I cross this spot every day coming home from work so I should have more chances to see it! 

Another strike out for us novices!! So close to home too... plenty more chances for us to go back and break our duck! 

Our first find...after totally failing at some other Heathcote caches... Left some old English coins. Thanks! 

Despite a lot of searching, we couldn't find it... HOwever, we were really interested to see that amongst all the rocks, there were signs of an old 'constructed' path (cement joins and dry stone blocks) which must have, many years ago, lead down from Heathcote to Heathcote Creek. Most interesting!
