Found the cache but the contents were all over the ground. Log book looked a little like paper machee. Put it all back together and rehid under a grass tree some 2m east of the cubby house.

Cache is continually wet. Suggest a black plastic bag for the outer after it gets removed to dry out first. Pages are going mouldy it's been wet so long.

11-May-11
Well I found this cache but it was full of 3 inches of water. I attempted to dry it out but didnt have enough time. The log book was in a snap lock but still had water in it. Dried out a bit, enough for me to be able to sign the log with my write in the rain pen. Previous logs all indicate it has been wet for a very long time. Nice location to visit.

One of three caches we did in the area on a GCA cache run with the_robots.

A easy find except for the arcnophobic (me) screaming like a little girl when i walked through some spiders home.

As the robots said drained the water from the cache and re hid the cache.

Nice lounge chair left in the bush I'm sure the kangaroos and rabbits will love it!!! I'm sure they relaxed on it yesterday when the eagles match was on but didn't see the plasma screen there unfortunately!

Checked cache 13/8/2006 thanks guys for the great tips on preseving a cache which can only be done by trial and error or good feed back.
One thing I have to do is upgrade my boots to a more rugged weather proofed ones as my boots did get some what damp but my socks remained dry.

Easy find. After studying the end to take of I found it was easy to get of. I left the card in the container to identify the cache.

Checked the cache, found contents to be in order and dry, added a calling card for the next person to find it.
I found this cache in the dead of the night, for reasons of maintenance and to check my night skills with the GPS, on the way out I walked without using the GPS and funny how things change in the night, I thought I was going in the right direction and went right off course, checked the GPS and resumed my course to the safe haven the road side verge.
Great fun for the experienced (Note) I was very drained and that didn't help with Navigation, also the small torch helped navigate the bush terrain.

08-Aug-06
Found the cache OK and managed to pull the top off without too much effort however water had still got inside. It wasn't much but it made things wet.

I put all the existing items into one of my spare glad bags (for once I actually had them with me) and dropped in 2 small clamps in another bag.

The log book is also in a glad bag now.

Thanks for the cache.

28-Jul-06
Well, a very short walk through the fairly open bush from Plastic Fantastic and I came to this easily-spotted cache. An interesting container, that took me a bit of effort to open (use of a boot heel is helpful if you have the same problem!)

A notebook with absolutely nothing on it, but at least this one has "cache" written on the outside, so I'm pretty sure I've found the right thing! I added the name and the web address to the logbook, then my log.

I was only 50m from the car when the rain resumed, so my timing was good!

Welcome to cache-placing, talook! Now, are you going to _find_ some?
