Logs
Found today whilst out on one of our semi-regular school holiday hikes with a bunch of muggle friends made up of families from our geokids' school. Today the route happened to be from Point Clare via Penang St (to the East), up past here and TL South along the ridge to Woy Woy via the Corrumbine Creek/ Koolewong Firetrails.. a great day and perfect weather for it! TFTC, Brethren of the Coast. Cache looking a bit tired but log is dry.

Parked at a familiar spot in Kariong and walked down to find the cache. I think this is my first (non-movable / non-trig) "traditional" cache find at GCA. The cache was easily spotted (once I started to look for it), I signed the log which is nicely dry, and replaced the cache with it's hider rock being slightly more hidey. Nice views. Didn't see anyone else along the trail today, maybe because we've had a spot of rain.
Thanks for the cache! I hope we see more people out finding trad GCA caches!

Found 5:42pm. On an afternoon of exploring with the girlfriend and decided to grab a few GA caches and maybe a GC or two and enjoy the exploring, views and scenery. This one has not been loved for so long so it was definitely on the agenda and we got out here even with the lengthy walk. At GZ found the cache after a brief search the log book was very damp, almost wet/soaked. I decided to let it dry out first so laid it out nearby on a rock and in the sun and we went for a little walk further down to see if there was any better nearby views but could see anything. In the interests of time we had to head back so back to the log and cache and signed the log it was a lot drier now. Returned the cache back to its hiding spot.
Thanks for the cache.

Out today with Mighty minons and a geocacher from brisbane. We were in the area and this one was 500 meters from where we had found our last gc cache.
I found that one and thought I grab this one. Found very quickly and sad to see this cache has been left in the field so long without anyone finding it TFTC

I hate to see a cache in the wild so long without a visitor, so I made saw a spent an extra few minutes while passing through to track this one down.
very beautiful and solitary spot with all the birds singing along, so I thought I'd take the advice of a previous finder and log my "nude up for a cache" here too.
thanks for the pirates booty aaarggh!!

Nice walk down the firetrail and an easy find at the end. Great views as usual around here.
Thanks.
Thanks.
We've walked up this track from Tascott to Kariong and back but just strolled down the short walk today and back. A great day for a walk but few birds and animal life around. Last time 2 monitor lizards ran past us and it was hard to tell who was the most scared. It's amazing that this cache is still there with a totally dry log, so thanks for a really good hide.

Can't believe it's over a year since this has been found. Pleasant walk through the bush and there it was. It was visible from the track which indicates it was found by muggles but no log or destruction to back up this thought.
I took the Geomrs with me for this one. Lovely walk out to GZ and great views. I can’t believe this one is not visited more, its a realy good spot. I modelled for "Nude up for a Smiley" but the judges are still out on whether we'll log a find for that one yet.
