Logs
Looks like it is time for this one to go. If it turns up again, we will unarchive it. Thanks to all who found Hi Ho.
No luck here. After 11 months good chance it's been muggled or blown by storm?
Hopeful dezzabills can check?
Thank you for the cache.

I was luck enough to be able to spend as 3 day break on Rottnest Island with my wife and mother in law which was very restful and a great time. I ended up riding around lots of the island taking in many sights and places that i have not seen before which i found very interesting. I saw lots of osprey and dolphins as well. I was able to hire an ebike which helped me see more of the island than i had expected but i still did lots of pedaling for exercise and to save the battery power when i needed it most. I had a few moveable caches with me so decided to drop of some around this beautiful island. Some of the moveables were happy to stay close to some friends while others were happy to be ion their own. Hi Ho is resting near the lighthouse with commanding views of the ocean. Hope he enjoys the sea air and the view.
Reading previous logs, this moveable may still be in location OR may have been found, removed and not relocated yet. We know moveables can sometimes be forgotten / missed / left in the bottom of a caching bag, so a check has been undertaken on this one.
An update will be posted within 28 days….

Having only had 6 days off since Christmas I had a 2-day break for a change and decided to hit the road and log some caches, collect some moveables and see some sights. I headed off early and the journey took me to Greenmount, Darlington, Wundowie to try and find my moveable there and on to Northam for a quick break.
I headed on towards Goomalling but ended up making a detour to Malabine back to Jenapullin to grab a gc cache which had me intrigued. I then headed across to Jennacubbine which has an amazing tavern, CWA and go kart track out in the middle of nowhere in the Wheatbelt.
From there I continued up through Goomalling and up to Konnongorring for a quick stop. Off into Wongan Hills to grab some caches before heading out to Mt Brown lookout. What an amazing view from there and grabbed some caches nearby as well.
From Mt Brown I travelled across to the Gt Northern Highway and headed down to New Norcia which now has a bypass around it, so it was very quiet there. I could get out of the car and wander along the road and not one car came past amazing. From New Norcia headed on down to Bindoon to grab some caches and then eventually made my way back home.
So I ended up out for 10hrs and lots of km’s and a great day was had all round with lots of caches in tow and lots logged as well.
I found this cache hiding with some friends and he was glad to see new friends waiting in the car. Thanks for the cache 2y tassies onwards for the next part of his journey

Dropped off when Chwiliwr picked up some other moveables at this spot.
Found this cache when helping Gwiber and Chwiliwr remove it from his car after his trip out east with the better half collecting them all. Thanks for the cache.

The better half and I went out for a drive in the country picking up some traditional caches and a whole load of moveable ones. The sealed roads that we went on were obviously OK but according to the better half not the gravel and 4wd ones which only confirmed her aversion to going down them in any vehicle.
Picked up this one on the other side of the Mt Observation.

Time to catch up and log all the moves made for the large number of moveable caches that we have accumulated over the last months.
On the trip out into the Wandoo forrest area with the better half doing some maintenance of my caches after a fire and we dropped off a number of moveable caches along the way.

I was being looked after by Chwiliwr and the better half for the day at their place and whilst there saw a whole big group of moveable caches that were being organised for a move somewhere by my grandparents so played with them for a bit before they were packed up. (Those that were not too fragile to be played with.)

The better half and I took Gwiber for a drive to Bunbury and beyond to do some GCA moveable recovery and a couple of the new caches as well.
'Found' this cache in the hands of tbh after Gwiber 'dropped' it in Bridgetown.

Dropping off a few moveables at the front of my house in case someone is going past and would like to pick them up
Going up to Perth in a few weeks so will drop them somewhere if not picked up by then

Got it. Using Geocube.
I was using the app Geocube to look for the cache
Such a revolution being able to search for a GCA cache on the iPhone
This could be a game changer for GCA
The app was a bit clunky at first but as I used it more it became easier to use.
I was even able to log a find from the phone.

Discovered 'Hi Ho! Hi Ho! It's Off To The West We Go!' at the Moveable & Mystery Madness Event held in Whiteman Park. The forecast was for rain but we were blessed with good weather for the day. A small but dedicated group of geocachers and a couple of new faces attended and exchanged stories of caches found and missed. Many thanks 2y'stassies for the cache.

Attended the very enjoyable GCA Moveable & Mystery Madness event (GA10647) in Whiteman Park today with Chwiliwr and Gwawr. We found this cache with all the other moveable caches that were brought to the event by the various GCA cachers in attendence. There were also a couple found not actually at the event.
Thanks for the cache.

After a hectic time at àn event Hi Ho was ready for a tour of the mainland starting in Western Australia.
Hello 2y'stassies thanks for the cache.
I had come up to Launceston with EeePees and Lil Raffa to attend the “Th' lost loot o' Mary Hyde” event.
After making our acquaintance with everyone who was there at the time we ventured off to find a nearby cache before returning to making our acquaintance with the new comers who weren’t there before, when we making out acquaintance with everyone who was there.
After making our acquaintance with everyone who was there I noticed a log sheet and some loose sheets of paper. I ventured over and asked you about the log sheet and some loose sheets of paper.
You explained how you were trying to achieve a challenge of moving seven movable caches 1000 kilometres. And the log sheet was picking a person who would be able to log the FTF and the loose sheets of paper were the code and name of the movable.
Good luck in moving your caches across Australia and acquiring your challenge token.
This is going to be the same log for:
GA10476 Westward Ho!
GA10482 Heading West!

With such inclement weather today, going any where to find geocaches out in the wild for me seemed to be out of the question. At least even bad wearher is useful to geocachers as it allows us to catch up on various puzzle caches plus a good time to plan the various trips required in order to satisfy the various conflicting elements of the current DZ trophy points system.Just as I was scouring the GA Cacher maps to fill the various requirements lo and behold, the cache 'Hi Ho! Hi Ho! it's Off To The West We Go!' turned up in the hands of Mr 2y'stassies on my doorstep for a quick visit.Mr 2y's was greeted by two barking canines...Sirius and Murder. The elder Sirius(now 16.5 yo) was none too happy but Murder(not quite 4 yo) soon settled then became rather friendly. It was great to see and log this cache before it continues it's rather long journey to the northern island....lets hope it has a safe journey. Many thanks 2y'stassies for another cache for us all to enjoy...cheers ST
Found this little guy at Trevallyn whilst on a pillaging pirate crusade from the deep south.
Hope you enjoy your westward travels.
Thanks 2y'stassies for the trackable, good luck with the challenge.

Dragon Zone has many Trophy Challenges, some of which require careful planning to achieve.
One of the Dragon Zone challenges is to move ten or more moveables at least 1000km. As we are making a fleeting visit to Perth (WA) in late July, we are going to attempt that challenge. However, there are less than ten moveables in Tassie that we haven't found. After consulting Baldrick (of "cunning plan" fame), we thought that we would publish some at the "Th' Lost Loot O' Mary Hyde" event at the Tailrace in Launceston on Sunday 16 July, give those pirates attending an opportunity to find the moveables and then, after finding them ourselves, we would take them to Western Australia to meet the challenge requirements.
Hi Ho! Hi Ho! It's Off To The West We Go! was found in a box at the pirate event in the grounds of the Tailrace Reserve. It was glad to be in a box out of the cold wind and also liked the idea it was not going to be planted in some cold garden bed where it would most likely be frozen on the frosty mornings many parts of Tasmania are currently experiencing.
After being found by those at the event who support Geocaching Australia Hi Ho! Hi Ho! It's Off To The West We Go! was collected with six other little moveables and will travel with them to the big island after a trip on the boat. They are then in for a road trip to Adelaide in South Australia followed by a plane trip to Perth, Western Australia. Hope quarantine in Western Australia doesn't confiscate it and its four relatives as Western Australia’s plant quarantine laws are very similar to those of Tasmania.
