Description
There are some stunning water views all around this coastal area. As the bank here seemed to be eroding I made sure the hide was safe and away from danger so it's a nice easy drive by. There is an old graveyard here for those who are interested, and from the closest parking area (southern end of the graveyard) there is a little track to the waters edge where the views are nice.
If you park a little further away (northern end of the graveyard) there is a short track right down to the waters edge where there is a bench seat to sit and relax on. Maybe take a thermos along and soak up the views, watching the boats and birds go about their business.
At GZ you are looking for a camouflaged 400ml sistema container.

Was on another mission and thought I should call by this cache while in the area. Wow what a great old cemetery. Really worth a longer visit that I had time for. I couldnt think of a better place to have a cemetery, the views are great. Location Location Location!!! I suppose people are dying to get in here!

While Mrs Y'stassie walked to the end of the Spit to find a cache we had had on our books since 2011 Mr Y'stassie occupied himself looking for this cache and a nearby trig point. He enjoyed the quaint little cemetery that we had not noticed before. This should be an added incentive for those cachers who love exploring old cemeteries.
Container and contents were in good condition. Thanks for another good hide in this area Gooseandegg.

I had an aunt who lived on Bay Road for many years (further along) and we often visited there but I had never noticed this little graveyard before. Thanks for pointing it out be placing a cache nearby.
