As we continued towards Barcaldine we stopped to look for this cache. We spotted the guardians keeping the container in place as we approached and soon had our name in the log. Once we had replaced the container and the rocks we stood back to admire the neat hide.
Thanks for this cache Tassie Trekkers. Unless there is a wild fire this cache should have a long life.

Checked on cache today, it had disintergrated as out in the open. Replaced as per hint.
I headed out for a long day caching from Blackall to Barcaldine and on to Aramac. I was very happy with all the places I got to visit along the way. It was almost time to head home, but this was just up the road, so I stopped here. All good.
Thanks

Well it has taken 9 days but I have made it to the Queensland Outback Geocaching Muster, but I was 26 finds shy of 20000. Spent the afternoon getting 25 finds so that the QOGM 2018 event would be the 20000 milestone. Luckily 20 were published north of Barcy this morning as this made the task a lot easier. TFTC.

A lazy start to the day and after morning tea we set out with a picnic lunch to pick up some caches that have been released since we were here a few weeks ago.A quick easy find and after adding my name to the log we set off for Lloyd Jones weir for our picnic lunch. Hardly anyone camped there now. TFTC
