Description
The cache is NOT at the listed coordinates but elsewhere. Two step puzzle.
The first European known to have visited the Kulin area was Captain John Septimus Roe, Surveyor General of the Swan River Colony, on his 1848-49 expedition to examine the south coast. He encountered a group of Aborigines 34 miles east of Nalyaring who guided the expedition party to several water sources, including the Kulin Rock soak, before leaving the party at Yeerakine Rock, as this was the limit of their territory. These guides used the name "Coolin" to describe the area now known as Kulin Rock.
The water slide at Kulin Aquatic Centre is the largest in regional WA; at 18m high and 182m long. Kulin Bush Races are held every year in October.
The roads leading into and through Kulin have a collection of over 100 characters; made primarily from lubricant tins & drums. The characters are from entries into the annual competition as part of the local race day. The largest is 10m long and stands 5m high.

I'll contact the CO separately re verifying the coordinates.
Solved weeks ago as I’m trying to solve every GA puzzle in WA, I mean why not
This was a very easy solve, in fact I shocked myself because of the D5 rating but was solved within a minute, woohoo go me, actually I had to double checked coordinates I had as I didn’t think it was that easy
Anyway a quick find at GZ.
TFTC
Why can’t other puzzles be this easy to solve
Thanks Laz, you will be glad to hear that the cache container and log in good order.
