Description
Like the book caches, photographs of records are required to have some form of identification on the record cover and it would be good if there is some background around the record cover indicating that you have taken the photo of the LP, not lifted it off the internet. Apologies but no one has to do this series of caches if they don't like the requirements. Thanks.
Today I am looking for an album whose title begins with "L". To log this cache please include the name of the album in your log and ensure your identification is clearly visible on the photo.

In line with amendments made to requirements for listing and finding a Locationess geocache, this geocache has been reviewed and found not be in line with the listing requirements.
Locationless Cache Wiki Information
Armchair style Locationless caches where the finder is not required to explore the real world, identify a location and accompany the 'Find' with photographic evidence are no longer accepted.
A Locationless cache listing must require the finder to locate an object or perform a task in the real world, collect the co-ordinates and log the find with accompanying photographic evidence.
The geocaching community would like to thank you for listing this Locationess geocache and congratulations to all that found this locationless geocache.
As the geocache no longer meets the requirements we will archive the cache listing.

"Love At First Sting" by Kraut-rockers the Scorpions. Logging this first as it was the record currently sitting on my record player. I listen to more Japanese music, but I'd have to say the Scorpions are my favourite band of all time. And just check out the gorgeous black & white photo on the cover of this album. Cool hey! TFTC
THE CUT & PASTEY BIT: I’m not sure how long some of these locationless GCA caches will be around for, but there’s only a finite number now that Covid is hopefully mostly past. In any case I was enthused today to check out my old records, and I hope you like the photos! I know I will enjoy checking out the galleries after to see what other people have added. Cheers all!

Led Zepelin's debut album. It's a great album, but in retrospect, they borrowed from a lot of influences. Very few bands of the era were able to release a debut album of all original material. Queen did it.
Hi Smittengranny

Love. This Is My Song by Barry Crocker
Finally I have my hand on my record collection.
The full package includes my parents and grandparents LP’s too.
This is my L album I have found.
Another from the GP’s collection
Well 1968 Barry was on the brink of true stardom.
Here he is belting out hits such as Exodus and Bless This House.
Too me this album may just be a real Barry Crocker
Sing along to similar below.
You can listen here if you wish!

Another record that I inherited from my mum’s record collection.
Mind you it brought back all the memories of barn dances in the shearing shed in the good old days.

This was one of many albums I "inherited" from my step-mother when I was in high school. Barracuda was the big hit from this, their 2nd release.
Thanks and Happy Trails!

At a price of 99c this was a real value album and the hit song is still popular. It also has a song called 'Where Have All the Good Times Gone'. What were these guys.. clairvoyants ? TFTC Smittengranny

Not sure if Mr dimor is showing his age with some of these LPs but at least he wasn't embarrassed about me using them . I do like the simpleness of the album cover for this one. TFTC
