Description

We all have our favourite movies. Tell us what your favourite movie beginning with is !

If you have a copy of the movie a picture would be great !

One of mine would have to be 'National Lampoon's European Vacation' - the 1985 sequel to the original 1983 Vacation.I actually saw this movie in the cinemas when it came out, having never heard of the original. While the storyline is 'ok' it was the scenery that got me hooked and I knew then that I wanted to visit Europe and do the typical Aussie thing of backpacking around for a year (I ended up doing 15 months!).

Locationless Cache Wiki Information
Armchair style Locationless caches where the finder is not required to explore the real world, identify a location and accompany the 'Find' with photographic evidence are no longer accepted.
A Locationless cache listing must require the finder to locate an object or perform a task in the real world, collect the co-ordinates and log the find with accompanying photographic evidence.
The geocaching community would like to thank you for listing this Locationess geocache and congratulations to all that found this locationless geocache.
As the geocache no longer meets the requirements we will archive the cache listing.

N - Ned Kelly starring Heath Ledger is the story of the life of Ned Kelly and his gang. I learnt things about Ned Kelly that I didn't previously know. Very Happy

N – North by Northwest

N caused us much head scratching as we had both seen a number of N movies but not together and none we really wanted to see again. One of us finally remembered this 1959 Hitchcock thriller starring Cary Grant. We have actually seen it more than once and yes we could agree for it to be our favourite N movie.

Thanks for this cache and the series fitzy_1965.

TFTLC Very Happy Two of my favourite movies starting with N are: Now You See Me 1&2

Now You See Me:
Charismatic magician Atlas (Jesse Eisenberg) leads a team of talented illusionists called the Four Horsemen. Atlas and his comrades mesmerize audiences with a pair of amazing magic shows that drain the bank accounts of the corrupt and funnel the money to audience members. A federal agent (Mark Ruffalo) and an Interpol detective (Mélanie Laurent) intend to rein in the Horsemen before their next caper, and they turn to Thaddeus (Morgan Freeman), a famous debunker, for help.

Now You See Me 2:
After fleeing from a stage show, the illusionists (Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson) known as the Four Horsemen find themselves in more trouble in Macau, China. Devious tech wizard Walter Mabry (Daniel Radcliffe) forces the infamous magicians to steal a powerful chip that can control all of the world's computers. Meanwhile, vengeful FBI agent Dylan Rhodes (Mark Ruffalo) hatches his own plot against Thaddeus Bradley (Morgan Freeman), the man he blames for the death of his father.

Here’s one the Grandies enjoyed watching while home schooling Smile)
Narnia, thanks for the Locationless Cache DancingClappingDancing

Favourite for N are Night at the Museum and the sequels. And Nanny McPhee... because a nanny with 'an unsettling appearance' who becomes better looking as the kids become better behaved sounds too wacky for words but Emma Thompson can even pull off this unusual stunt. TFTL fitzy_1965

Mrs Beetle chose this one and is the horse lover of Beetles2.
Thanks.

No Country For Old Men (2007) - there is no honour among thieves! Great performances by Tommy Lee Jones, Josh Brolin and Woody Harrelson. And...if you see Javier Bardem coming toward you - RUN! (Probably won't help though).

Ned Kelly is a 1970 British-Australian biographical bushranger film. It was the seventh Australian feature film version of the story of 19th-century Australian bushranger Ned Kelly, and is notable for being the first Kelly film to be shot in colour.

The film was directed by Tony Richardson, and starred Mick Jagger in the title role. Scottish-born actor Mark McManus played the part of Kelly's friend Joe Byrne. It was a British production, but was filmed entirely in Australia, shot mostly around Braidwood in southern New South Wales, with a largely Australian supporting cast.

National Velvet was my favourite movie as a kid.
Interesting to see on the film cover that Mickey Rooney had top billing over Elizabeth Taylor.
When all the flood of Locationless caches slows to a trickle again I must rewatch some of these old movies.
It is interesting to note that my television has not been turned on for two months!

National Lampoon's Vacation (1983)

Haven't actually seen the sequel yet but absolutely love the original, watch it everytime it's on TV. Tonnes of iconic scenes here, dark at times, with a hilarious climax at the end. An all-star cast with Chevy Chase in his prime, Anthony Michael Hall, as well as the Uptown Girl herself, Christie Brinkley (now as a huge fan of Billy Joel, I know a fair bit about her too lol)!

TFTC fitzy_1965!
