Description
So the Favourite Movies Series is finished. What shall we do now? How about the WORST Movies you've ever seen !!
We all have movies that we didn't like or down right hated ! Tell us what yours is beginning with the Letter G, and more importantly WHY? For this series you can drop/ignore the word 'The'. So for instance if you can't stand The Last Airbender then you can use that for L.
If you have a copy of the movie a picture would be great !
Mine would be the 2003 Ben Affleck flick Gigli. So so bad, it is one EVERY list of worst movies I've looked at.

Gladiator.
I thought it was overated hype.
Could not get into the movie at all.
Crowe has made a few better films.

G – Ghost
Not even a cast that included Whoopi Goldberg and Demi Moore could save this romantic, fantasy thriller from falling into the dreadful classification.
Thanks for this cache fitzy_1965. We did watch this to the end and then asked ourselves why.

Ghost Town - starting with 'G' was pretty poor. Starring Ricky Gervais, thought it would be funny.

Sitting back after Covid restrictions lifted by doing Puzzles and locationless caches.
This is a nice series of movies to do as well.
One that was memorable was Glitter, supposed to be a musical, but a total flop movie.
Thanks for the memory and the cache fitzy 1965,
Roostaman.

The Godfather
Totally know where 6Hinemoa2 is coming from. Saw the movie when it was first released. I left the cinema after the horse's head and that was after watching way too long. TFTL fitzy_1965

The Godfather. Everyone but me loves it. I couldn't even watch it to the end. Sorry about that!

Our film for this would be Ghostbusters II , number One was cool to watch back in the day, number two just didn't have the same get up and go with the storyline

Godzilla the original claymation version.
It was pretty awful, but I guess they had to start somewhere,
When you look how clever Wallace and Grommit and Chicken Run are, they’ve come a long way from back then.

The Goddess of 1967. What a terrible movie. How it was nominated and won awards I don't know.
This one is definitely in the pile to go to the op shop.
Photo included.
Thanks.

Ghostbusters 2, we loved the first one and had to make ourselves sit through the second in the hope it got better.
My bad movie here would be The Goldfinch(2019) which failed to ignite anything. It was so boring I wanted to walk out but was with a group and so had to endure it too the end.

Glimmer Man. Another Steven Seagal shocker. Screened at my work cinemas it was another that crashed and burned. Dumb plot dumb movie. A production budget of $45M with total box office takings of just over $20M says a lot about it...
Thanks for one fitzy_1965....looking forward to H.

Ghostbusters 2 .. What a disappointment! I loved the first Ghostbusters movie and it has passed the test of time ... but not the second...Thanks Fitzy_1965
Gigli is my choice as well. 2003 I think??
in 2010 the film was nominated at the 30th Golden Raspberry Awards for "Worst Picture of the Decade".
I watched it to see Al Pacino! but what was he thinking in this bomb of a film.
Cheers

While the film received negative reviews from critics, it was a box office success, grossing over $200 million on a $50 million budget. Ghostbusters II 1989. I loved the first Ghostbusters and I was expecting big things from this movie. Let down in a big way.
"Ghostbusters" was one of the best films of 1984--if not the entire decade--but its sequel was just plain awful. The story line was dismal the acting was second rate despite Dan Ackroyd. 1/10. TFTL
