What an amazing way to start my holidays from work. Geo-events, traveling, meeting up with friends and finding many different caches made it fun! It’s so nice to finally be able to do all these things… again. The following descriptions are my adventures between the days of 12/11/21 and 16/11/21. Each cache has been logged to the end of my adventures for the day of finding them. If you would like to read my full log, please find it on any cache I found on the 16/11/21.
Day #1: I finished work at 4pm and headed over to Wagga for the only GIFF event in NSW. Apart from the CO, I was the first to arrive at the event. It was great to finally attend a Geocaching after many months without them. All talk Geo was had by all until we were told that dinner was ready. Soon after, the popcorn was ready and the movies were on. Congratulations to all the GIFF finalists and they were all a great watch. Also, Congratulations to BMG for receiving the FTF on the event. Then it was time to head home and get ready to head to Canberra for the next few days.
Day #2: I was nearly late to my own event. O’well… It was still fun with the small group of us that turned up. We also discovered many Moveable caches before heading off to today’s main goal. This happened to be finding the ‘A’ part of the GA geo-art series as well as the lone GC caches around the area which I hadn’t found as I pasted by them. I wasn’t alone as AKM came for the walk as well. After finding all but the last two we headed our separate ways as it started raining heavier. Hopefully, it won’t be raining tomorrow so the event goes ahead but well will need to see. Also pizza for dinner tonight.
TB visit on all found caches. I would like to thank all CO's of the caches I found and for allowing them to bring me and the rest of the caching community enjoyment.

I went for a walk with Black Bunny in the freezing cold and found a few caches.

Out with Just a cacher for a cache maintenance run and we decided to grab a cache or two while we were out and about.

A quick find here today to remedy our failure from last time.

Seems that I'll be finding a lot more gcas for the next couple of months playing the Battleship game. Thanks for the shot and the cache.

With snow on the mountains it was a cold night of caching tonight. Why do we do this to ourselves!!? This one took a bit of hunting with a few GZ options to choose from. But the cache was soon in hand thanks for the fun bit of art!

This afternoon it was back to Lake Ginninderra and the hunt for this set of GeoArt caches was on. There were a few rocks in this area and, as is usual, Mrs Y'stassie searched several before arriving at the cache hide. The cache and contents were found to be in good order. Muggles began to appear from the crossing so we haad to what before replacing the container.

Thanks for this cache in your GeoArt series Kittykatch. We were looking forward to having a look at this park as we searched for the caches.

#GA5270 - 09:28; A plan was hatched a few days ago with Sol de lune to tackle the two GeoArt series on the shores of Lake Ginninderra and today was the day. Set off from John Knight Park on the bikes and made our way around this series in reverse order. A nice easy ride and most of the caches were quickly and easily located and signed. Out with LuckyL10n today to tackle these GeoArt series of caches. Started at the car park of John Knight park and slowly cycled our way around the lake. No real issues other than a couple taking a few minutes to locate, however the good news all were found. A great morning to be out, but as was we mentioned, there always seems to be a head wind when the bikes come out.

Not quite so quick a find at GZ this afternoon as I walked around this park. Thank goodness it was a quite cool day though there were still plenty of muggles out and about as it was beautiful in the sun. TFTC Kittykatch SL

Yabba Dabba Doo *FTF* ! Doing the new GCAs with the new App that was pointed out to me at the event, right after the event. Nice cold day to walk around here, very empty too which is helpful. Thanks for the caches Kittykatch!

Not too hard coords are good just need to look low.
