Had a driver today which made it quicker and easier to get the caches in this series. All caches had a great pull off area so driver was happy. Great hints led to a fairly quick find for most of the caches. All caches in good condition even though we have had a spate of wet weather. TFTC and a well designed geoart .
Checked all caches in this Sail Boat Geoart while travelling to Lake MacKenzie with Trimbletas.
After starting in Ulverstone this morning, we made our way up to Lake Mackenzie to tackle this geoart series. Accurate coordinates for each cache. All in good condition. Signed and replaced. TFTC

I initially thought it may have been in the log as a lot of the interior rotted wood had been disturbed. Found and I move on after 9 finds of the series with one to locate on my return journey.

Spending a few days in the area with Carsten so we thought we'd try to bowl this series before a cave tour. Thanks for the cache DEZ055
Accurate coordinates got us to the right object and we soon had the cache signed and replaced. We were glad it was not inside the hollow log as an animal had had a jolly time rooting through the wood pulp and moving most of it out of the log.
Thanks for this cache DEZ055. We liked the wide parking spot close by.

Hi dez
An early morning start had us head for this series which was our Main objective for the day
Found a few other caches on the way to this series
We were going to do them in order until we hit snow about half way up the road
The weather cracked about there, so it was up to the last hoping the rain may stop by the time we arrived there and then , Budge and I would work our way back down
This was Sainted at 1122 hours
A quick find was had on most of the caches
Thanks for this enjoyable series
TFTC, TFTS and cheers

A Day out with Oldsaint finding some GCA caches for the new Blitz Event. The day was amazing, from snow to blue sky, from heavy showers to dry roads. One leach to report though!
Started the day at 6am, although Oldsaint had driven from Huonville by then. The drive north was interesting, and even though Symons Plains had a race day on, nobody was there at 8am
Proceeded directly to our main target, the Sail Boat Geoart, and completed about 9 before the heavy shower set in, so we decided we could drive to the last during the shower and work our way back. At the last we we greeted by a large amount of snow on the sides of the road, and throughout the tree. We occasionally got "snow balled" from trees above as we were caching. Great day out.
According to the rules of Blitz
Blitz is a dragonZone encounter where you find as many unique valid dragonZone geocaches as you can during a set period of time in an attempt to earn a reward.
Rewards are in the form of dragonZone points but are only awarded if the entire team of geocaches who are playing dragonZone combine to exceed the total number of finds required.
If the entire team of geocachers who are playing dragonZone reach or exceed the total number of finds required then at the end of the game you will receive a number of dZ points based on your percentage contribution of unique finds.
For example:
Make 1% of the total finds, receive 1% of the total rewards points.
Make 5% of the total finds, receive 5% of the total rewards points.
Make 10% of the total finds, receive 10% of the total rewards points.
dZPoints will be rounded up to the nearest whole number.
The more unique geocaches you find the more you are rewarded.
Geocaches you find during the game must have been hidden and published prior to the game announcement.

Out and about caching in the area with Tassie Trekkers collecting this well designed geoart series. It has been a long time since we have driven on this road. We appreciated the parking spots and very generous hints as we cached up the road. 6 out 6 geoart series now completed. TFTGA
