Mr T made the trek to this one, a tough walk along the ridge. He was rewarded with a quick find, cache and contents in good condition.
Thanks BelKen & GeoBrett for the challenge.

Found a newer GC.Com cache at this location in July. Relatively easy walk in at this time of year and with a recent burnoff removing the grass and exposing the rocks. In great condition with views north. south and east to Palm Island.

8 years after the last finder and its still in pristine condition.
Too good not to list on Geocaching.com
Thanks BelKen

Today we visited the Paluma Range Nat Pk and saw this unloved cache. On our way we decided that if the path was easily followed we would attempt it. When getting closer we were pleased to see the remains of a recent fire and hoped that meant the cache was easily accessible....if we could find it we would be there 7 years to the day since it was last found
Unfortunately on arrival we saw a tiny track that petered out about 4 metres away and a tangle of long grasses and shrubs we would have to negotiate to find GZ. Having seen a few slithery sticks recently we decided it just might have to remain unfound for a while longer yet
Hope it is found soon. Thanks anyway BelKen

Views were amazing. The walk was short and sweet. Very happy to have done this one after a fire as the terrain was relatively easy going. The coords were spot on and the cache was in excellent condition. A wonderful cache that gets far too few visitors. We picked a perfect day to attempt it. Thanks BelKen & GeoBrett

I've been driving past this one on a weekly basis for over a year now and have always had an excuse not to go for a look. Well today all the planets lined up, I had some spare time, it wasn't too hot and with the fire a couple of weeks ago I thought it should be a pretty easy task. After about a 12 minute walk to GZ then a couple minutes scouting around I spotted a likely hiding spot for a cache and was rewarded with a *FTF*. Co-ords were within 2 meters (best I've ever seen), I didn't leave anything cause I didn't bring any swaps with me and I took the FTF prize which was an awesome BelKen geocoin, I signed the log but I don't think I wrote the date, admired the massive view, a bit hazey due to fires then made it back to the car 28 minutes after setting off. Thanks BelKen & GeoBrett for an awesome cache.
