Description
The cache is not at the posted coordinates but it somewhere nearby.
if you went to the posted coordinates you would be in the center of the Penguin Motorcross track and not very safe.
gps signal at Gz isn't the best but there's only one of the hint item
to find the cache all you have to do is solve the below puzzle.
The cache only contains a logbook so you'll require your own writing implement.

We struggled with this puzzle when it first came out. We tried all our usual approaches and nothing worked, although, at times there were vague hints that one approach was most likely to yield results. Talking to another cacher who had solved the puzzle confirmed our thoughts. So we again tried to solve the puzzle but, this time, on our laptop. What was a hazy possibility on the screen on our PC stood out very distinctly on the laptop screen. The two screens have significantly different resolutions and the data format for the puzzle solution was only compatible on one of the screens. So in solving this puzzle we have added a new technique to our took kit - different display resolutions.
The puzzle has sat in our pile for some time as other commitments got in the way. Today we went to look for the cache. All was quiet at the motorcross course. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks DEZ055 for a testing puzzle and for leading us to add a new tool to the kit.

Increased the difficulty level as it appears challenging to solve the puzzle. Checked puzzle and all is good just got to have a good look.

This puzzle certainly eluded the majority of cachers...if not all.
Reckon D rating could be a 4.
With a lot of msg's going to and fro from CO and WW's....a hint was given on where to look.
Even so...it was still near invisible to spot
Using an editor on my phone magically made the coords appear.
Without Dez055's & WhiteWebbs help I certainly would never have come up with the goods....so a major thank you to the both of you.
Finding the cache was actually the easy part with cache all good.
This puzzle was certainly a doozy and deserves a fav.
