Description
This is Froggy in Boots! He is one of my entrants in "Leap Frog", the moveable cache race of 2011/2012!
Your challenge is to locate this cache, collect it, take it away, sign the log and re-hide it in a different location, taking note of the new co-ordinates. Then you log the details in 2 simple steps:
First Step: Log your find with a 'Found' log - this will give you your smiley!
Second Step: Log the move with a new 'Moved' log, adding the new co-ordinates as well as something useful in the hint box. This will update the main co-ordinates and the hint for the cache listing so that it will update in GSAK and the like.
The rules are simple:
- You can "find" this cache as many times as you like (the more the merrier!) as long as the last move was by someone else.
- A move should be completed and logged with new coordinates and a hint within 2 days please.
The main idea is to keep the cache moving along so please hide it in a terrain and difficulty level that will keep it easily found. Don't forget you can find and move this cache as many times as you like!

I am visiting Victoria at the moment and went out caching with Sol de Lune this morning. He had noticed this cache and so it was decided to go and grab it. It remains in his hands while I return north. TFTM Tassie Trekkers.

Grabbed the opportunity to meet up with another team over coffee to exchange caching stories and also exchange some moveable caches
Our first trip to the south of the state for a while so trying to pick up some moveable caches to take back north west with us. We've managed to grab a few to make the journey back with us and will hide them out again as soon as possible. Thanks for the cache

Froggy has moved on to the Onkaparinga Hills. He's resting a few metres inside of the entrance to the park.
Poor old Froggy, stuck in a cemetery for nine months. He must have thought he'd be here forever!
We did a 275km round trip to grab this and two other moveables today. We'll take Froggy back to J & J HQ for a week or so before releasing back into the wild soon.
Thanks Bronnie_1990.

Were the co-ordinates actually wrong? Interested to know as I averaged them over thirty readings and they should have been ± 2.8 m. That's on the high side for averaged readings so I put a specific hint in. If they were actually a lot more out, it's a worry. Google map's satellite image seemed to point to the correct spot but you can never be sure until you're on the ground.
Had an interesting search for this cache this morning. Parked a couple of hundred meters from GZ and took a stroll following the arrow. When it finally said '0' I found myself in the middle of a bitumen carpark Checked the cache page and the coordinates entered in the GPS to make sure there was no error, all was good however now it was saying GZ was 107m away!! Went for a little walk (back the way I had come) and ended up at a spot I have visited before could it be in the other cache container? Nope. Finally spotted the slightly different shade of green further into the bushes and found this friendly little frog. Will move it along soon.
Cheers & thanks for the hunt Bronnie_1990

Relocated Froggy to a frog friendly environment. He's tucked under a bush, gazing across the water. What more could a frog want, well... ? He could be in luck where he is. I'm sure I heard some friendly croaking!
Quick find this afternoon. Might take this one on a journey. Nice little cache. Good to see a frog.

Last night I was watching the AFL game where St. Kilda was blitzing Richmond so was becoming a bit boring. Took the opportunity to browse the App GA Cacher where to my surprise, five more caches appeared on the radar adding to the cache O'Canada which had been placed last week. One happened to be a new puzzle cache, the other four were moveable. While it was tempting to go out and grab the moveables straight away, it was more important to check the various conflicting trophy points system in dragon zone, which showed a lack of dz finds on a Sunday, but also no finds at all on the 9th day of the month, so no option but to leave all finds until Sunday(today).Up reasonably early considering how chilly the weather is, had my mandatory bowl of rolled oats, couple of cuppa's then off.Consulting the radar showed where this little moveable was hiding. Soon had the cache in hand, signed the log ready to move on again. The cache and log are still in good order so many thanks for this cache Bronnie_1990....cheers ST.
While keen to move on after a warm night spent inside Froggy in Boots was a little apprehensive of the out doors in this area. It had heard the kookaburra family, all four of them, cackling away this morning as they sat on the power line opposite. As we headed down the road towards the highway there were three more of the local birds calling raucously from the large gums on the edge of the road. Understandably nervous, Froggy in Boots listened carefully before hopping out and hiding itself at the base of one of the poles holding up the road sign.
Safe travels little frog.
Safe travels little frog.
Froggy in Boots arrived on our doorstep with one member of a local tribe. It is had hidden itself in a plastic bag and when we got it out we wondered whether there had been a mistake and we had an infamous Western Australian moveable instead of Froggy in Boots. Are you holding it up the right way? one team member asked. It was the turned round and inverted and low and behold it was now Froggy in Boots or Froggy on Boots - a nice little cache. Having had a tour of the south Froggy was pleased to be checking out the North West before heading to the Launceston region. Look out for this amphibian with a cheery smile as it waits for its next move. Safe travels little frog - watch out for the kookaburras that seem to be out in force along the coast at the moment.
Will be back out soon. Next finder - make sure you are holding it up the right way!!!

Handed to whitewebbs at the Red Centre Experience Event. Safe Travels.
Froggy in Boots went looking for a water hole today. He found a nice little place to rest in wait for another adventure with another geocacher. There is a pond nearby, but he dare not go there in daylight for fear of being knocked on the head with a golf ball. His new camp is beside a dry watercourse. When things are wet and green here, it looks like a little fairy wonderland. Today, it's a bit dry. Froggy in Boots hopes he isn't here so long that the nearby pond and he dry out. Please come find him and let him get those boots walking again.
Picked this little frog up today. I was a little worried about the last log, but where I started there was a fence with signs pretty much saying, "come on in". Hot day, so I was glad I didn't have to go far.
Came to a non climable fence. However I tipped I had already found this one on the US site. Luckily there was a drizzle of rain and the children stayed in the car, there are some big cactuses there which could have been very nasty.
Left Froggy in the Nature Reserve to keep the birds company. A very crispy dry place at the moment but chances are it must rain soon. A note of warning: watch out for prickly pear. It's hard to see now that the grass is so dry. Hard soled shoes are the way to go.
Picked up from the Geocaching NSW Bathurst Invasion event. Always on the lookout for a GCA movable, especially one so easy to find, but it appears we were the only ones there that are. Moving to a new location soon.

Sorry it took so long to move after I found it, I had been trying to find a stopper for the log holder but didn't have any luck, so in the end I just redeployed it in it's plastic bag. Left it at the Geocaching NSW Bathurst Invasion event where it was grabbed by some GCA finders from further north to take up there. So it will be another longish move. Thanks Bronnie_1990.
This is back in action having been placed in Sydney with another one I was hunting, just grabbed the bag and only just realised there were 2 froggies in there as I opened it to sign the logs! He has lost the cover to his log book holder so I will see if I can do something about that, might be able to replace with a bison, but inside a plastic bag it was OK anyway. I now seem to have a lot of moveables from previous races with me (apart from 2 GeoGnomes from the current race). Thanks Bronnie_1990.
So it can be unarchived
I see I found him at the end of January 2012, so welcome back!

sorry for holding onto this one for too long. ready to go again
Went out check on a few movables, and none were there. We got all wet looking, and the lovely smell of wet dog went home with us. I'd these are all gone, and should probably be archived.

Finally
Missed this one on the last look, so I was very happy when KoT moved it down towards Melbourne to a location I knew I could spot it.
GabGab and I dropped past this morning and snaffled it up and we'll rehide it this weekend.

After heading off from the pub lunch, mr. Boots headed up into the Adelaide Hills and waited near the car parking spot while we went caching.
