Over here for work not recreation, but had a moment to stretch my legs before shift.

I was luck enough to be able to spend as 3 day break on Rottnest Island with my wife and mother in law which was very restful and a great time. I ended up riding around lots of the island taking in many sights and places that i have not seen before which i found very interesting. I saw lots of osprey and dolphins as well. I was able to hire an ebike which helped me see more of the island than i had expected but i still did lots of pedaling for exercise and to save the battery power when i needed it most. I had a few moveable caches with me so decided to drop of some around this beautiful island. Some of the moveables were happy to stay close to some friends while others were happy to be ion their own. Green machine is resting near the lighthouse with commanding views of the ocean. Hope he enjoys the sea air and the view.

Reading previous logs, this moveable may still be in location OR may have been found, removed and not relocated yet. We know moveables can sometimes be forgotten / missed / left in the bottom of a caching bag, so a check has been undertaken on this one.

Having only had 6 days off since Christmas I had a 2-day break for a change and decided to hit the road and log some caches, collect some moveables and see some sights. I headed off early and the journey took me to Greenmount, Darlington, Wundowie to try and find my moveable there and on to Northam for a quick break.

I headed on towards Goomalling but ended up making a detour to Malabine back to Jenapullin to grab a gc cache which had me intrigued. I then headed across to Jennacubbine which has an amazing tavern, CWA and go kart track out in the middle of nowhere in the Wheatbelt.
From there I continued up through Goomalling and up to Konnongorring for a quick stop. Off into Wongan Hills to grab some caches before heading out to Mt Brown lookout. What an amazing view from there and grabbed some caches nearby as well.

From Mt Brown I travelled across to the Gt Northern Highway and headed down to New Norcia which now has a bypass around it, so it was very quiet there. I could get out of the car and wander along the road and not one car came past amazing. From New Norcia headed on down to Bindoon to grab some caches and then eventually made my way back home.

So I ended up out for 10hrs and lots of km’s and a great day was had all round with lots of caches in tow and lots logged as well.

I found this cache hiding in the bush with some friends and he glad to see me and some new friends waiting in the car. of on another journey now. Thanks for the cache sharnies tribe

The better half and I went out for a drive in the country picking up some traditional caches and a whole load of moveable ones. The sealed roads that we went on were obviously OK but according to the better half not the gravel and 4wd ones which only confirmed her aversion to going down them in any vehicle.

After the failure to find the ones down south near Yarra Road we came here to collect the this one and the other 3 here. Unfortunately the hiding place was full of water which meant the moveables here were quite wet and messy so will have to be dried out and cleaned up before going out again.

Time to catch up and log all the moves made for the large number of moveable caches that we have accumulated over the last months.

On the trip out into the Wandoo forrest area with the better half doing some maintenance of my caches after a fire and we dropped off a number of moveable caches along the way.

I was being looked after by Chwiliwr and the better half for the day at their place and whilst there saw a whole big group of moveable caches that were being organised for a move somewhere by my grandparents so played with them for a bit before they were packed up. (Those that were not too fragile to be played with.)

Great place to come just after Winter.

Took on a little adventure while on a shopping / caching trip to Bunbury

Going up to Perth in a few weeks so will drop them somewhere if not picked up by then

Found on my way home from a job in the area along with a bunch of others
Involved quite a bit of bush bashing and ended up a bit scratched up in the process due to only wearing some shorts
Collecting a load of moveables dropped in my local area over Xmas

Got it. Using Geocube.
I was using the app Geocube to look for the cache
Such a revolution being able to search for a GCA cache on the iPhone
This could be a game changer for GCA
The app was a bit clunky at first but as I used it more it became easier to use.
I was even able to log a find from the phone.

Discovered 'Green Machine' at the Moveable & Mystery Madness Event held in Whiteman Park. The forecast was for rain but we were blessed with good weather for the day. Siince it hit the road in November 1012 this little truck has roared up and down the Tasmanian roads. It is now time for this liitle wooden beauty to test out the roads on the big island.

Green Machine had been waiting here for more than a year so was glad to hear the snap as the container lid opened and sunlight flooded in. It had enjoyed the peace of the area and the shelter under a large pile of pine needles but as it loves to travel it was glad it was being moved on and indicated it would love to join Tim and the tiny gnome on a ferry trip. It hopes to catch up with its brothers who are touring on the mainland.

Reading the logs I gathered the Green Machine had gone and something had been left in its place. Nothing was found as per the hint, although the location was found with nothing there.

So, not sure where Green Machine is...or the one that was left in it's place. Over to someone else to hopefully work it out.

Moved to Lulworth, put a log book in it and got rid of the spider webs.

Found while returning to Lonnie. Found without a log book and with spider webs and a spider in it. I'll give it a lil' touch up! TFTC!!

Put this machine back out. He decided he might have a little bit of a tipple and stopped near a vineyard. Hope he is found a little faster this time.

WOW! I cannot believe we found this moveable. Saw the little green dot on geosphere and the last log said it was put out over a year ago. Arrived at GZ and much to our surprise it was still there! I apologised to a couple of spiders for having to remove a bit of their work and Mister Green Machine is rather spider web covered as well but intact. Loved finding this old boy after so long and will be back out soon.
