Description

AAI - Emu

This is one of a series of five caches placed for the purpose of sharing the GCA Aborignal Art inspired path tag set, a stunning collection of tags produced for Geocaching Australia.

There are five tags in the set, five caches in the series and five sets of tags in the caches. If you are one of the first five finders of this cache, one of the Emu tags within is yours to keep. If you are one of the first five finders on each of the five caches in the series, then the entire collection could be yours.

It would be appreciated if everyone who takes a tag leaves another tag as a swap for future cachers, but this is optional if you are one of the first five finders

Please do NOT take the tag that is glued into the cache ... that is there for viewing purposes only. If there are no Emu tags in the bag or loose in the cache, you have missed out.

DO NOT TAKE A TAG ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER CACHER - no tags to be taken for anyone who doesn't attend the cache and sign the log.

Enjoy

Woohoo no.3 in this series for me and 2 to go. But reading some logs on the last 2 remaining for me, it seems i will not be getting all 5 tags in the series.... bugger.
Anyway i left the critter and trekked along some sand tracks and ended up with a short, steep and rocky trek to the top of the hill. But upon arrival to find seats and signs and an outstanding view made it worthwhile. I then strolled down and found the cache very easily and claimed another tag. Thanks Firnsy.
As always Firnsy you bring me to places with outstanding and magnificent views of our great countryside. And as always i enjoy going to your caches. Thanks again Firnsy and look forward to completing the series minus a tag..... ClappingClappingDancing

After finding the new cache below we continued up here to find this cache.

Found without problems after a slow trip up the tracks.

We left the pathtags as Chwiliwr already has two sets of them.

Thanks Firnsy for the cache.

Joint first to find with Lazarus_68. Came up the hill early in the morning to beat the heat of the day, although it was pretty hot at 11:00 when we finished in the park. Nice easy find. Took one of the path tags and left another tag and pirate coin. There were plenty of wildlife tracks in the sand on the way up to the cache but nothing spotted. Thanks Firnsy for the cache.
