Found it. But track was closed. And unfortunately due to being here afew time. I had to jump the fence. Just so I could find it. So the track is closed for awhile, if anyone is planning on looking for this, best to skip it for now. with help from flirting with danger

Yay! Pichler tribe has hot 100 geos!!! To celebrate we are going to roast marshmallows on the camp fire. What a brilliant geo to find as our 100th!!!

scramping & I made our way to Ballarat for the long weekend on a mission to complete the GeoTour, which we accomplished. Today was home time, we collected a few caches along the way.

I have never been to Nigretta Falls before. I have always in too bigger hurry enroute to or from other places. Today we were determined to take a look. We had bought Asian food from Hamilton & decided to come to the falls to eat.

The walkway down was an easy one, though I don't really like stairs, and the cache easily spotted. (I think there were newbie cachers just leaving as we got out of the car, but it looks like they didn't find the cache). Then went to have a closer look at the falls. There was only a trickle today but the reflections of the cliffs in the water were awesome.

Found it with hevwalker on our way home from a great long weekend in Ballarat getting the final GeoTour caches and my #5000 find. Also did 10 different cache types in a day, such a satisfying weekend of caching with great caches to find. Thanks for contributing my caching adventures this weekend.
Water was a bit slow today, we stopped here to grab the cache and have our chinese for tea. What a beautiful place to have a meal and break from driving. Hevwalker had wanted to drop in and see the falls as she hadn't seen them before. It's been a while for me.. I brought my kids down here when they were still using the old steps, the new ones are definitely safer and more stable...love that they are setting this up like the Wannon Falls viewing area, it will be a great place to stay if they allow camping here in the future like Wannon Falls. TFTC

Another day on the Great Ocean Road and up to the Grampians

The weather was cold, windy and wet. We deceided that we go to an old cache, Towering Inferno. After a short walk to a nice area, we found the cache after 15 minutes searching.

Then we did some other caches on our way to the Grampians.

WE also found this cache at the waterfall. There was a not much of a waterfall. We think because of the drought.

Was going to attempt to find this cache today for the third time but I was met with a blocked road due to a suspicious fire in this area not that long ago ️ I really think I should just give up finding this one!

Over this way for a work conference so a detour was in order. The falls are looking magical today! I searched and just about gave up but tried a PAF. Ended up lower down than my coords but finally got this one on my 2nd visit here. Many thanks for the cache and the fabulous fresh air!

My previous visit here was a disappointment as there was barely any water. Today a raging torrent the full width of the valley. Sooo impressive and definitely worth the drive to see this magnificent sight. Got quite wet in the spray at the base of the steps which was an interesting experience Have to award a favourite point for the whole experience. By the way ...did I mention I found a cache here too? On luck

This was a marathon search taking over 40 minutes due to the many muggles enjoying this spectacular location. We tried a paf but they couldn’t remember so we just had to out sit 8 cars of tourists. Once we had the area to ourselves we managed to find the cache with good coordinates.
Thanks maccamob for bringing us to these falls, we had never visited before.

As we pulled up here, I had the feeling we had been here before. Upon checking the logs of Papi4506, we found that we had been here back in 2015. It is still a beautiful place and we were more than happy to come back here for another look. We both believe there is more water than last time. Thank you for bringing us to this location with the placing of the cache. A favourite for me.

A long awaited road trip, originally planned for the Millicent Mega weekend. However due to possible SA border issues, we’re only doing the Vic sections. Joined by Papi4506 & Geoturtle37, RoamingHowie and I are finally on the road to adventure!

Day #5 of the adventure in Western Victoria. Having setup camp in Hamilton for the next couple of days and surviving the overnight rain today we were off to complete a loop of Casterton, Coleraine and Hamilton.

Another great spot. Searched a couple of locations before Papi4506 made the find. Almost went for a swim but not today.

In the Hamilton area on a miserable day during the July School holidays.

Thankfully the rain stopped and there was no one around because we needed a lot of time to check all the hiding spots for this one.

What a great waterfall even in summer it was still spectacular and there were a lot of local kids swimming and jumping off the rocks. Cache took a bit to find but got it in the end.

On a day out around Hamilton we headed out here to view the falls
Had some lunch then looked at the falls, great spot, plenty of muggles about but still managed to find the cache between groups

Time to head home after four days of fun, out and about circumnavigating "The Grampians" in the company of our caching friends Suscoe.
Both waterfalls were roaring, a great sight.

Spent around 20 minutes looking under in on and around the landings, couldn’t find anywhere
