Found an obvious spot, also searched less obvious spots. Lovely views from here, but suggest cache is missing.
Not found, remains of a lid but nothing else. Looked under every rock and cranny
Found logical place for easy find. Including part of a white lid. Nothing else. GPS was unsure so??? But as used to be found once a month I suggest it had gone
Found It!
A nice little spot and a quick find. Very quiet here today.

A plan was hatched to make the most of my time based in Port Augusta. This weekend the plan was to visit all the LGA areas on Eyre Peninsula to work towards the South Australian LGA Challenge. Dr Owl joined me in Port Augusta on Thursday night and we headed off early Friday morning for a wonderful adventure. Plenty of laughs, great scenery and some interesting stories discovered along the way. Today involved heading up the east coast of the peninsula to Pt Augusta.
An easy find being visible as we drove up, now hidden a little better.
Thanks for the cache Mr Walker.

The last day of Owl and Sushilord's excellent Eyre adventure and the last 3 district councils were on the target list. This time they were determined to be disciplined and stick to Owl's physiotherapy-mandated rest stops. This didn't last as they thought they had lots of time to stop and find lots of caches. This one was spotted from the car. It needs some TLC as the lid is cracked. Sorry, have been doing maintenance all weekend and out of spares.
Found this cache on a beautiful sunny Sunday morning.
Cache was full of beetles!!

A lovely afternoon find after a couple of hard days cleaning and weeding up the road. The cache was quite visible so I hid it a little better in the same spot. The lid is broken and when we tipped the contents a little to look at the enclosed goodies, about a dozen cockroaches came out too. Today's lesson was not to tip contents of caches onto car seat. Managed to evict all roaches but one which disappeared under the seat. It will be introduced to some lovely spray when we get home. Great cache with lots of trinkets. Many thanks.
TFTC Mr Walker.
Middle child made a swap for a lovely painted rock.
We are visiting the Eyre Peninsula for the first time from Melbourne, and the thing that strikes us is how clear the water is over here and the beautiful blues and greens it looks from a distance.
Just beautiful. Another lovely spot on the coast.
You guys have it really good over here when it comes to beaches.

Found after a slight detour from the main road on my way to Port Lincoln. Nice spot for a break on this windy and overcast day. I grabbed the TB that was inside. TFTC
First geocache. Great adventure. Have placed in a zelf and taken the geocoin to place at our next find. Thanks.
First cache since I moved to the Eyre Peninsula. Took the geopups off to explore some beaches. Thanks for the quick find with a lovely view. TFTC
#1180 Sixth of forty seven finds on Day 11 of my South Australian geocaching road trip. Nice easy find after a short search. TFTC.
Found at 9.40am whilst wandering along the coastline, A pretty little seaside village. A boat looks essential in these small towns

We took the CO at his word & "drove right up to this". Always good to grab another PnG.
CPwanderer, GoodLook and I headed off for a weekend in Port Lincoln via an overnight stop in Whyalla
Our weekend was unexpectedly extended by a day due to illness and so my tally at the end of the 'weekend' was 168 cache finds
Sadly this was marred by a massive 28 DNFs
Port Lincoln, despite being virgin caching territory for all 3 of us, did not provide us with the pleasure that we had anticipated
So many of the caches were bison tubes and those that we did find, quite often were in places where a larger cache could have been hidden The other issue was the lack of maintenance on many caches
There are people trying their best to maintain the 'wheres wolly' cache hides however their resources are stretched thinly..... so if you are heading over, please pack heaps of cache maintenance containers, bags and log books and help out where you can. [^]
That being said, the trip was still a blast and some great caches were found and great views were seen!
A lovely beach walk and a cache find.... it doesn't get much better than this!

Detoured into this on our way into Pt Lincoln..... a quick find in a nice spot!!
This was one of the caches found on a three day odyssey on the Eyre Peninsula! Myself, GoodLook and locuscache had never cached south of the Cowell/Cleve area so we had high hopes of some great caching. We worked our way down through Port Neil and Tumby Bay and grabbed those along the highway plus a few a little further afield.
Our time in and around Port Lincoln was frustrating. Lots very small micros, lots of very rusty tins and more dnfs than ive ever had in a day before this. We were very fortunate that local cacher , Roming Wendy joined as. Her expert knowledge of the town certainly helped. A medical issue had us stay a third day. This worked out very well as we could do some relaxed caching on our way home.
A special thanks to Roming wendy for her help and to those who hid caches in the area … particularly the Geo-Ambos, Wheres Wolly and Viper321. Special thanks also to my “mildly obsessive” caching buddies on this trip …………………………… amazing fun!!

As the driver on this trip I got to make decisions as to where we would detour to find caches .....so pleased we travelled here, lovely spot!
Found whilst on a road trip with CPwanderer and Locus Cache, with the aim of the weekend to cache in and around Port Lincoln - fresh territory for us all. We certainly had a great time, however with a DNF rate of about 40% [:(!], it was tough going! We did however thoroughly enjoy the beautiful locations and scenery.
After joking all day on the Sunday we should spend another night in Pt Lincoln, circumstances presented that meant we needed to extend our time away! We took it slowly on the way home which enabled us to once again visit some terrific places
Thanks for the cache

Lucky trip out to Louth with a lunch order for son working nearby, dropped off sailor moon TB thanks Mr. Walker for the cache so close by today.
I've lived in Louth my whole life and had no idea it's been hiding there until I got this app!
Hi there Mr Walker.
We found your cache **"Lucky Louth"** at 9:30:00 AM today. This cache makes our find count 13786.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip around the local area today. We usually start the day off by nominating a cache some distance away from our camp site and then take a route mainly determined by the next closest cache according to our GPS. Today we had to take the geo-mobile into Port Lincoln to get some kangaroo damage fixed. After picking up our loan car we just had to find some geocaches before heading back to Tumby Bay. We ended up finding 5 & DNFing 0 caches today.
###Thanks for not placing an eclipse tin or a 200ml Sistema here. Once upon a time caches seemed to be "regular" sized, and well stocked with goodies for kids to swap. Nowadays it seems like every other cache is small and devoid anything to induce children to enjoy the hunt. It made us feel really good to find this cache in a "special" place.###
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

We are a couple of kiwi pensioners enjoying finding these caches. Well done. Have placed a travel bug Geo coin CM853T which has come from the South Island of New Zealand. Happy travels little bug.
Found with mackenzie, poppy and nanna. We went past this cache in the morning not realising that there was a cache hidden nearby. Went back in the afternoon and found it. Made a swap with a trinket.
12:06:00 PM. A detour to grab this cache and see the town as we head south. A quick find as it was quiet around town today. Signed log. Thanks Mr Walker for placing this cache.
Found on my 15. AUSTRALIA Trip 2014/2015.
Thank you for this cache.
