Logs
Found the cache but the logbook is missing, have signed a leaf as a substitute - took a picture for evidence if required
When I returned from first dnf on 2nd attempt a spoiler foto resulted in a direct find. Was not prepared to look for such a small size
Found painted rock at where we assumed was cache location based on previous photos. Unfortunately we had no luck.
It was rainy which increased the fin level. Took three sets of eyes but got there in the end with youngest geokid onto it. TFTC
I came up from Brisbane for a few hours of geocaching while my husband had a work event at Marcoola. Ive just realised that I put the wrong date on all of the logbooks - 6th instead of the 5th! This took a while to find, until I looked at a photo. It is well camouflaged. Logbook signed and replaced as found. All good here. Tftc
Feels good to be caching again with my good mate YALL68. Neither of us had a pen with us but since we are staying in the area, will come back to write our names. Definitely when you see it you cant unsee it. TFTC
Up for a week from Wintery Victoria with LittleBoss2 to visit her daughter. So, while they're at work, LB2 and I had an easy choice to fill in our day. Took far too long, and only after a previous finder's photo. Thanks again Madman 001
A week away in Sunny Qld with my fav person Bogonghazy. Week away visiting my gorgeous daughter and partner. Hoping to get a whole lot more while we are here in sunny Qld. Thanks for placing the geocache
Dunno how i missed this one the first time around. So easy to spot once you know exactly where it is. Found today with LL79. TNLNSLTFTC TTFNBeaker DGS
Had looked for this one previously with no luck.Today we persevered, often tricky to see them in plain sight. How did we miss it last time? Tftc
After fleeing the sand flies at caches up the road was pleased to find such a convenient placement of cache. Cheers
Up from Brisbane visiting my family and introduced my sister and niece to geocaching. We looked around for awhile before we spotted it and my niece loved it and wanted to find more. Thanks Green Team2 for all the fun
I was in the area and noticed. I had DNF from Feb. Came out to try my luck again. Found it within seconds. Do not know how I missed it the first time..
After sometime looking and a lunch break we finally found it. Definitely took longer than it should of. Tftc
Up here for the weekend after my muggle husband purchased a winery helicopter tour for my 30th! We did that yesterday so this morning was a couple of caches before heading home.
This cache on Sunday morning after checking out. Nice little cache, dry. One of those moments when I spotted it and I thought how did I miss that
We did have to dodge some dog poop as we searched.
TFTC, found with muggle husband.

I thought I had driven on every road from Caloundra to Coolum on the Sunshine Coast but had somehow missed this one. I’m also sure I’ve ticked off every pub and bar on the coast and seeing there wasn’t one here understood my oversight. There were some other caches on the road that I left for another day so I can revisit the place.
I did the odd loop of the furniture knowing I didn’t have to venture into the regeneration area. I will say the cache is hiding in plain sight yet it still took me a few moments to spot. tftc

We are up here staying in the Mooroochydore Holiday Park from Melbourne to catch some sun for a few weeks, today I am out with my mate on a bike ride to Coolam and back and saw this row of caches so had to stop on our way back to check them out with success. So thanks FTC

A day off work and although it was a cold morning it’s turning into a beautiful autumn day so why not head up to the Sunshine Coast.
A string of DNFs but it was a nice and easy find exactly where I expected it to be.
Thanks for keeping this oldie maintained.
And I got to pat a beautiful old golden lab walking by.

Checking in on this after the DNF's. All good and still in place. Look a little harder.
Thinking could have been stolen or just needed a more thorough search. Only had 5mins of his morning will come back later.
We looked for ages and didn't find. Maybe stolen ? Found the sign but nothing anywhere near the sign or post or trees. Better hint would of been nice
Driving lazily south from Coolum to Mooloolaba we stopped for the little series along the Mudjimba esplanade.
A nice walk and pleasant hides. The brush turkeys kept us company, well, they lived their own life and didn't mind us being there, yet it was nice to observe them.

After a morning stuck in a lecture room delivering training and facilitating panels, my afternoon was my own and while on the Sunshine Coast, it's a good time to grab some older geocaches! I went for a fairly long blast up the coast, and then my third stop was here. It wasn't until I left here that I realised it was literally a few blocks from where I'd been in the morning.
Many times I've looked at the map around here and wouldn't mind exploring. But today I only have time for this one oldie. I scored the closeby parking space and began by having an unintentional nap in the driver's seat. When I awoke the sky was on fire with an orange sunset. A lovely backdrop to go geocaching hunting.
I wandered down to GZ and the phone pointed me to a likely area. I poked about for a while until I checked the hint. I couldn't make sense of it, so wandered about a bit. Then I was in the right place and the hint clicked. Then a quick find from there. I needn't have gone so bush.
Right around 17:30 I made a quick grab and sign of the logbook and replaced as found. Luckily, nobody about really. Then a little wander to look at Mudjimba Island before the long drive home. Thanks for this geocache, Green Team 2

After climbing Mt Coolum, Peppa and I picked up a few oldies in the area.
This was our last of the day, which Peppa found quickly while I was taking the hint too literally. Tftc

There’s a couple of events on the Sunshine Coast this weekend so it’s a great opportunity to stay up here and cache to our hearts content…
Chamad joined us for the slew of FTFs on the Western side of the Bruce leaving Davinells and I to climb Mt Coolum for a milestone…
We then collected a couple of oldies before calling it a day….
Our final cache of the day, and thanks to the hint it was a nice quick find…

Green Team 2 I found your cache Surf or Swim on 14/7/2022, 11:35 am. This is my find 3746 and find # 3 today. No problems locating this one. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Herr Frugal is the author of the philosophical work Das Nichts des Wissens. (The nothingness of knowledge/ the void of wisdom) in which he famously declared
Ich kann mich nicht genau erinnern, aber es war so etwas wie eine Vanillehaltige süsse Nachspeisenbeigabe
(I can't quite remember but it was something like a vanilla flavoured sweet dessert addition)

CaptainVimes made a quick find. Yet another one today where we had to replaced the soggy mess that passed for a log. Thanks for the cache
On my way from Canberra to North Queensland with a few detours for shires. TFTC.
Kept getting distracted by mozzies today.
Kept getting distracted by mozzies today.
The hint is merely close and it was a wobbly coordinates area for me, so took me a while. TftC.
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I travelled north to Coolum to attend the CITO event as part of Clean Up Australia Day. It was surprising to find a fair amount of rubbish in amongst the dunes. After a morning tea, we took a hike nearby to the top of Mount Coolum, where we found the sun beating hard down. We progressed southwards towards Mudjimba finding a few geocaches, and then headed back home via IKEA North Lakes.
Whilst in this area, I realised that this was an oldie target, so we made sure to stop here. This cache took a while to find, as I was following the coordinates which led me in amongst the trees, and it became even worst with the area being swampy / pools of water about, and grass seeds were catching my legs and shorts. I checked back through past logs and photos, and checked around the obvious places, but eventually, a past image helped to focus my attention, and I found the cache buried well. The coordinates were accurate enough, but perhaps something like S 26° 37.026' E 153° 06.059' would better reflect its current position.
The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Green Team 2 for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. It was also nice to have found this oldie 02/2007 hidden cache, which is one of Queensland's 1000 oldest yet active geocaches.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

Found fairly quickly after reading some previous logs. Thought I was out of luck when I saw a sign about track closure, but didn't need to worry. TFTC!
Another one that is over 14 years old. I am targeting all the over 10’s during my stay here. Thanks for maintaining this one.
Found myself back at mudjimba beach and with a spare few minutes decided to avenge my dnf on this cache. We were pretty new to the game when I first looked for it. Mind you, it’s had a change of ownership and I suspect a relocation since then, as I was searching in a completely different area (that is now fenced off). Today I was armed with having read a few previous logs and walked immediately to the container. Nice and easy ️
At GZ we took a little too long to find this one. Like some previous searchers, we were a little too imaginative.
Bringing ourselves right back down to ground, we soon had the container in our hands and the log signed.
A lovely oldie to find here.
Thanks green team 2

At first I tried some more difficult cheeky locations. Then I realised I needn’t do that when I spotted the cache. Wait for the Muggle walking his dog to pass, collect cache, log find.
Out for a walk along the beach from near the river mouth. It’s a lovely day for it. TFTC

Was in the area so stopped in here… lucky I had mum with me she found this one yay thanks
This one was a good challenge after some other easy finds! Once at GZ, it took quite a bit of searching, and it was only when I looked at a past photo I knew where to look and claimed my prize. However, I am afraid I got spotted when returning the cache, but they showed little interest in my business when they passed by. Thanks Green Team 2!
Quickly found but well hidden. A good start to an afternoon walk along the esplanade. TFTC.
A nice quick find after a short brisk walk a few hundred metres from the park we pikniked in nearby.
Thanks coolumroo for the hiding and green team 2 for keeping this old one alive, one of queenslands five hundred oldest.
Cheers!

Great find...took us a while and wayyyyyy too many bugs...we put our signature item...
Thought I was looking for an animal bison hahaha Kids were so excited to find it the second attempt after clarification on what to look for
Didn’t have a pen so couldn’t sign log. Quick find on a busy day - visiting from W.A. And our first ever Qld find! Tftc.
