This evening, I decided to head up to Coromandel Valley and do some walks around Sturt Gorge, and some suburban caches. There was also the *Historic Coromandel Valley* adventure lab bonus cache that was yet to be found. I also had a nice jog along the river / linear park, before making final stops at local CFS and Frank Smith Park.
The SES side was well lit up tonight. The cache container was ok, but the logbook was saturated. Probably because it doesn't have its own protective plastic bag, so hopefully it dries out, and it will be good to go again. Thanks EmZee Wild'rs for the cache placement.
Note that this was found whilst finding the updated cache version [Coromandel Valley CFS](https://coord.info/GC1ZQXR).

Not enough time to maintain this cache, let along cache in the last two years!
This was an easy find. The log book is wet and we only just managed to sign it. The log will need to be replaced. TFTC.
Found easily, but struggled to write our name in the soggy log book - definitely needs replacing.

Thanks EmZee Wild'rs.

Finally stopped to find the last one of this series today. The log book is totally soaked and is unuseable.Tried to put a token mark in the book. Thx Em Zee Wildr's for the cache.

Soggy log book... but the recent rain was good maybe it will dry out but might need a zip lock bag (note whoever is planning on heading there next)

umm I had to struggle with cache - too strong magnetic Thanks for the hunt and cache. [8)]
1747. Well it was way easier to spot the cache than to retrieve it. Lots of people going past that made it a bit dicey. All good in the end.
TFTC and no emergencies.

Very easy find. Luckily for us, didn't encounter any muggleville emergencies.

This building used to belong to a company I used to work for in another life. Nice easy find on a warm day with Blindshambles. TNLNSL. Cheers and thanks.
Final cache of the day. Gettin way too cold and miserable to find any more. TNLN, TFTC.
Another in the series down!
We like these themed series caches.
Even though its a small cache, we still found room to squeeze in the Golden Mico travel bug!

Found the cache at 5.05pm. - Busy day but managed grab it. SL. Thanks EmZee Wild'rs for organising the cache and hunt.
By the time we got to this one we were getting better at finding the little suckers. First spot we looked. Quite pleased with ourselves. Thanks EmZee Wild'rs
There were muggles at gz when I arrived, although they soon moved on. One was driving a bus which was dropping people off at the FS and had a minor altercation with some rocks. Once they had gone the cache was an easy find, with its overkill attachment! Must get back to the gym! thanks Emzee Wilders.
A very quick find by the team - didn't take long for the team to uncover the cache. Cheers Gav [1493]
Kiwi Cache Raid: #96 @ 10:42. Never seen so many fire stations in such a small area! Many thanks EmZee Wild'rs.,,,,,,,,,
10:41 a.m. This cache was found on our record-breaking attempt to find the most caches in a 24 hours period; we ended up finding 195 all up.
Thanks to all the cachers who placed these interesting caches in Adelaide.
I only wish we could have spent more time appreciating the locations that we visited on our whistle stop tour.

found with youngest member of polkys quest. great series for the younger brigade
Found by Mary & David at 1150. Our third CFS cache on an auspicious date. Our thanks once more to EmZee Wild'rs.
Looked for a while, somehow my GPS co-ords were slightly off. Found it after a bit in the same spot we looked a number of times.
Ha, how easy was that, without the gps even turned on.
Having completed the Blackwood and Eden Hills ones, I turned off the GPS and went to the Coromandel and Belair CFS stations (I knew where they were seeing as I lived here for 25 yrs). Found easily.
So, What about the Upper Sturt CFS ????????

Good Location - have been a member here for 7 years after 20 years at Blackwood CFS.
Three down, two to go. I used to be a member of this brigade many years ago when based at it's original location on Main Rd.
Having already found one of these today this one was easy, just had to pretend to be stretching out a cramp when the neighbour turned up TNLNSL TFTC
29th find of the 3rd day at 3:17pm for our Adelaide trip, accompanied by Feathertop.

Found with Oenze on our 1st day in Adelaide. There was a drill going on but cache retrieval was easy enough. An enjoyable series. thanks baggygreens.
Second one of these we got to do tonight.
The others were hives of activity as we passed them.

Nice quick find, used to come up this way occasionally visiting miray when I lived at Glenelg. Easily spotted. TNLNSL, thanks.
I think I had my eyes close when I found this. I knew what the game was by this stage. Freddo was with me. I'm glad he did not drive off and leave me here.
Thanks for this one EmZee Wild'rs, Clear skies from TeamAstro
Found and logged during meeting night. Glad we did not have to that at Eden. Almost a driveby.
Found by Team GeoCoopers.
Located an folder full of old cache photos, nearly 1000 days down the track (Nov09) and I've finally got around to logging the find.
This one was at 1am while out for a night cache with Piggy.
Thanks EmZee Wild'rs

Yep, a sub 10 second find, now we knew what the game was..even at night.
Amusingly we crouched down when a car went past, although our legs were still quite visible..[:o)]

The second find of this series and third for a good mornings work. An easy find in a similar style to others.
Second of the series found at 8:46. A theme is beginning to emerge. Thanks EmZee Wild'rs.
And this one makes 2.
5 am is a very muggle free time around these stations it seems

A nice easy quick find, with no one else in the area. Took a little bit of coaxing to remove the cache, but it came free eventually
Cant wait to read nibs's log when he comes here, as he will no doubt complain about the removal of the note book

FTF the whole Sturt Group CFS series, on an early morning drive through the hills. Great theme, and a nice drive! TFTC!
found this one and had a strange feeling I'd done it before, however it was definately Coro CFS this time
This was our first of the series being only 5 minutes from home. Had to wait until the outlaws left before we could start our caching day. Lucky they had somewhere else to go. Quick find. If they are all this easy it won't take long.
4th Find of the series, and we're moving fast to beat Mrs H home with the kids and dinner, and grab these on the way...
Easy find TNLNSL
