LW and I were sort of dreading this one, but It was incredibly easy. What impressed us was the proud community atmosphere around here. Everything is so neat and loved. Great to see. Fan tails helped us find GZ, very chatty and a lovely pure black one.TFTC
Nice one to start our week away with.
Well kept domain.
Easy one to solve, great hiding place
Thanks

Quickly sorted question out and headed to final GZ where quick find was made. tftc
I thought this was going to be more difficult than it turned out to be. We have a Woodbury near us in Devon, UK, so we couldn't miss coming here!!
This looked as if it would be more tricky than it turned out to be!! No one was playing the game right now. TFTC
Almost 2years from my previous DNF I was in the area so had another look, not quite where I was looking while using the hint but did eventually see the cache. All looking good
StreetWalkerNZ and I needed several finds today for a challenge we have set ourselves, so the plan was to spend the day in and around Geraldine and attend the Bonfire event in the evening. Sadly the wet weather put paid to the latter part of the plan, but we still had an enjoyable time thanks to all the great caches we found.
Not just one but 2 caches to find in Woodbury! I had done some prior research so had already calculated the number of metres but suspect that we could have guessed without doing the maths. Walked around the hint object before SW spotted the cache. Wow, surprised that we are the first finders since 2017!
There were a few hardy individuals staying in the domain in camper/caravans, but no one seemed to be taking any notice of us. TFTC.

Swung by gz on my way past after a bit of maintance. On the g.m.b.t can confirm cache has gone lot of tree felling around the area . have dropped of a replacement until co can get to it (bottle top cache) at the most likely spot .
I searched and searched and searched for this one but today was not the day for me ... May pay for the co to check it and I will definitely return

In Geraldine/Timaru for the South Island Orienteering champs this weekend. Cached my way down via the inland route with many detours to cache along the way and ended up at the Orari Gorge reserve for the night. On my way to the firs tevent, I passed here and noticed there was now a cache in place. I stopped in for a quick find. TFTC.

could technically be a ftf , saw warbut had done a good deed so thought I better grab it before it goes missing again cheers
A little naughty actually and the CO might like to delete this log, but seeing that the cache had obviously disappeared I replaced it with another small plastic bottle and log book. It has unofficial log written on it.
A super little multi and a pity not to use it.

didn't find this like the last few logs found the stump and bark but no cache
In the area setting up for tomorrow's Heights of Winter rogaine, based here at the hall.
Did the calculations and found a likely GZ, but couldn't find the cache.

Couldn't look for too long. Lots of muggles camping. Found an obvious spot but nothing there.
Back home after 3 weeks away and being the lengthy task of logging all the caches. We stopped the night in our motor-home at the domain. Found what looked to be the obvious spot but no sign of any container. Loved the area. Thanks for the hunt.
Found cache some metres away from where we suspected it should be. A couple of muggle families camping near to GZ. This one will need to be re-camouflaged. Left covered with pine needles/cones etc. TFTC
Perhaps this should be a need maintenance,
There were lots of camper around so we didn't want to spend too long in the bushes. We did find a great place to hide a cache, and what I imagine was the camo (which perfectly fitted over where we thought the cache would have been) lying nearby, assuming it had been muggled we moved on.

This would be the quickest multi we've ever done. Didn't bother working it out, straight to the cache!!
Glad I thought the whole thing through before getting stuck in.
Thank you for placing this cache.
Thank you for placing this cache.
Nice find, in the dark. Thought I might attract some attention being close to the road with a torch, but no cars drove past. It was more difficult finding my way back to the car in the dark, than the cache. TFTC SL
This was my second visit to this beautiful Domain. The last time was in Springtime some years ago for the previous cache. Back then the rhododendrons were an amazing kalidescope of colour, unfortunately their flowering doesn't last into Autumn.
NOt many sporty types around today so made short work of the cache. Thanks for the stop.
Went out to Woodbury to visit my niece and also havea look in the Domain as we have a motor home and you can camp there.Of coarse this geo was also on my list.Good hide.tftc
Quick and easy wee multi in a lovely spot on a sunny day. Wee dudes loved the playground. Thanks for bringing us here...cheers.
Busy place on a Sunday afternoon, the hall looked to have some event going on. However, no one over near the cache so managed to grab it easily. TNLN Thanks
Didn't take long to solve the puzzle and the cache was in our hands within minutes
use to live here not far from the cache
great to be back
Thank you for the cache

Nice little puzzle but slightly dodgy looking ducking in and out of woods by childrens playground TFTC
I had always wanted to have a look around this area, surprising to find facilities such as this, great morning nice and early before the campers awoke
Thanks

5524 The resident campers must have thought it strange for a couple of people to disappear into the trees, only to re-appear a few minutes later, nice hide, TFTC.
Left most of the clue at home but remembered the main points so managed to find it. Thanks
Thought this one was going to be a little harder but pleased it wasn't. Second visit to here, there used to be a cache under the tree by the bbq.
having stayed here before, had this sussed before arriving. Couple in a tent, intrigued to learn about geocache
The patented PB multi-finding method worked quickly here and he had the cache in hand while Annie sheltered out of the rain in the cachemobile. The soggy drizzle eased off and she went out to see where the cache lived on its return. We headed off to Waihi Gorge, but ended up coming back to stay the night here, as it was cheaper and a more sheltered. TNLN TFTC
Quick find. I'm not sure why I haven't done this on one of my visits before. Well done and dusted now. TFTC (717)
We found it eventually. A bit of a challenge for newbies. My 10yr old finally figured it!
Nice quick multi and enjoyed it. What a lovely place even in the rain, must be magic in the summer. Loved the now rather rustic looking wagon parked near the entrance.

Finaly had time to stop by and find this cache which I have been meaning to visit for a while as one of rchdlyn's more straight forward caches. Was a bit nippy and had trouble finding the final, tried one last area and it almost jumped out and announced itself to us. Thanks for the cache. The grass area still very well mowed for an out of season sport, was lucky enough to spot a fantail.
3rd find in NZ. This was a beautiful place... I enjoyed the church. We were on our way back from the Waihi Gorge. Gorgeous weather TFTC
Hmmm.... I am getting forgetful! I actually completed this cache a couple of months ago but obviously didn't log it online. Today I did Mt Peel and searced for neaby unfounds, this popped up, but I knew I'd been. The day I completed it I was working on the Mt Peel side of the river and took a wee detour through the river to this cache. Knew the place since I had done the original cache less than a year ago. This time again was a straight forward find. TFTC
found fairly easily after stepping over a very dead and rotting possum on the way, also had a couple of games of ? in a lovely area and very scenic, tftc.
Hint to Wombles offsider: Don't try and do it using the clue. Pays to work out the whole thing. You spend less time looking in the completely wrong place! Womble72 however found it first time, doing it correctly! Another nice spot. Thanks!
Oh, yes - I've been here before, haven't I?? But a different cache this time. Considered doing the maths, but figured it was quicker to go straight for the cache (which it was). Very easy find. Did the sums afterwards just to check you had it right!! Thanks and cheers from Grandalf(856)
Couldn't understand the instructions - the penny dropped later - DUH... found it anyway..... great hiding spot..... lots of muglets around but managed to do it without raising suspicion... TFTC..... our 100th find
Had to go out to Geraldine this fine afternoon - -so, it was obvious we'd drive the extra 5 minutes to get this cache.
We already got the original cache near this site, before it was muggled. LOL
It is a delightful and restful spot.
The grass in the main Cricket area was being mowed, and there was a family of muggles playing in the "other sport" area - -but, our etrex pointed in the general direction, and I reckoned I could figure out where it was without actually getting to gz - -as doing so, would generate suspicion amongst the muggles.
The spot was easily found, and the actual cache was in full view - -BUT - -to a muggle, he would not even bother stooping to look at the cache, as it is so kinda natural-looking.
TNLN - -and placed back in it's hidey-hole, and placed the bark back over.
Cheers.

Stopped here for morning tea. Would not have found this domain if there had not been a geocache here. Enjoyed the puzzle.

An easy find. There was a bloke mowing nearby - we didn't think he took much notice though. TNLN, Thanks.
1461. There were people camping nearby but they didn't seem to be at all suspicious! A good hide.
Thanks

Well what's a person to do 3 FTF's tonight and another cache 30min's away, so here I am, I must confess I done all the leg work for this one at home on Google Earth, so it was a quick find at 10.15pm and cache number 4 for the night.
Many Thanks For the evening fun, Bitsprayer.
