As the original owner, I'm pretty amazed it lasted as long as it did.
(7 years - not bad for what some would term a risky hide, especially in light of 911)
However, looking at all the DNF logs, it seems apparent that it should be put to rest.
I hope the new owner can confirm it's missing status, and archive it, so that someone else can use this awesome spot to hide a new cache.....
Happy Hunting.......

I wasn't sure whether to log this as a find or DNF as according to GPS and reading the clue, which makes the location pretty obvious, we had the right spot, but could not find the cache. So after reading some of the other logs, we went in search of the original hide and found the original container, but all it contained was some dirt and dried up millipedes..TFTC
I hid this one in 2007, and had to replace it only once, due to the other one being lost/MIA.
It seems you found the original.
But the new hidey hole hasn't been a problem for quite a few years now- stealth is part of the game after all.

OK thats weird! I'm driving Auzzie convict around getting some caches that I've already found and we do this one I pull up and say its just around the bushes and Auzzie says it can't be its 23 meters away?I say Nah thats were it is! the bush near the bench! We check the hint and it made no sense to where I was sitting in the car so I got out to see if I can find the cache! I find it out in the open lid off and no contents I replace the cache under the bush where I found it 6yrs ago lol We then decided to follow Auzzies GPS and then the hint makes sense however we only had a quick search and found no cache! Now the dilemma ........... was that the real cache discarded in the wrong location? was that an old cache? was the hint not valid anymore? Nothing made sense until I got home and was able to read the logs for the past 6yrs lol THERE HAS BEEN TWO CACHES THERE SINCE 18/8/2007! hahahahh I actually revisited the old cache after it was replaced to do a coin swap so god knows what happened to the trackable lol If I'd know that there were two caches I'd have removed the old cache container to save any more confusion
need to remove the original cache under the bush or reinstate it there away from the building itself because lets be honest having a cache on an actual air control tower aint a great idea
Found it but didn't sign the log. Trying to be an acrobat in the dark with the magpies and the spiders wasn't fun :-/
TFTC - A quick find on the way home - no observers today due to the bad weather and high winds

Found at night so not too many people around, found my scouting/cub geocaching challenge.
Found it. However, the container was wide open when i arrived.
Looks like some rain has gotten to the log book too.
No treasures to be found inside either. Owner might want to double check it when then get a moment.

Had a hour to wait before a party nearby went to collect a couple of caches and this was one of them, watched one of the war birds take off doing a couple of laps before moving on, nice hide TFTC

Greenie chickie with Bonsai Robot (rabbit spotter age 3) and sleeping Bellabairn. Left small soldier took whistle and sticker. Rabbits make an excellent excuse to sit out
of the wind watching but felt very obvious putting it back

Very quick find whilst out with some caching pals. Nice hint made it easy. Thanks chameleon77.
This was easier to find once we realised it was no longer where a previous finder had found it. I was also on the wrong side of where it was eventually found too. TFTC.
found at night with my geo buddy samkayxx no one around thank god as we would have looked really sus. tftc
An easy find, (thanks to the clue) - walked straight up to it! Signed the log around the corner and then nearly got busted returning it by a muggle pilot who literally came flying out the nearby door! I had to wait till his back was turned getting into his car before quickly returning it to it’s hiding spot and beating a hasty retreat. Thanks for the cache in an interesting location! Stopped on the way out to watch the baby bunnies – so cute! Rabbits were running everywhere, even on the pedestrian crossing! TNLN SL.
Lovely find, especially meaningful for me as I fly in and out of the airport everyday!
Was out caching with a fellow geocacher and all those years ago this was a ftf for them, so it was good to follow in their footsteps,ok 5 years later but still a great location and challenge with all the trafic, tftc
Took a while to find but a graet hide. Never knew rabbits hung around airports
Gotcha!
Nice easy one.
In such an exposed location, I'm surprised that this one is still "alive" after 5 years!
Thanks.

Found on a walk out with the baby spud. No pen so will have to sign log later.
Watching the planes land and take off.... Remember seeing Mithbusters reproduce this doctor's prowess T ladybug eraser L dinosaur (orange I think). TFTC. François.
Needed a cache for May the first and this one was close. It's 11:17pm I almost didn't make it. My drive to finish the calendar this year prevailed an I took advantage of the opportunity to find it. Saw the Cottontail residents -- I guess their natural predators don't like the planes. Cool spot and good hint thanks!
We did a bit of cruising around the Salisbury area today and picked up a few caches. Would have liked to have stopped a while and watch the planes land and take off. TFTC TNLN SL
