On a mega cache mission. ooommooand narwhal out with the hunting hobbits. a whole lota fun.
First cache ever. Found this after failing w 2 others nearby off Downing St, so boosted the morale. Forgot to bring a pen; forgot to bring swapsies... Will pop back w a new bag to make it more waterproof...
needed to stop to make a phone call on the way to work , so just popped over and signed log . TFTC
This cache is extremely wet, unable to sign logbook as it was literally dripping....
Out with Kyle&Coke introducing them to the delights of night caching... 8th of the night quick easy find TFTC
Wow, what a neat spot. Quick find. Log really wet!! Couldn't sign for fear of pen ripping the log. Used our stamp instead. If you see some smudgy text and a star, that's us.
Glyn you better give this one a dry out. Surprised where it is that it wasn't sheltered enough.
Good spot for the Ham Radio contacts up here, had to prove that one while here.
TNLNSL TFTC.
Cheers

And I just love flax...... thought at 1st may have been ya brick special. Nice view even in the rain. log a bit wet but winter is not dry.... Is it... Lol. Tftc Glyn
Gianouts brought me here on our way home from a day out in Helensville - perfect day for admiring the view from this spot. Chatted with a local who was out walking her dog, she's seen plenty of people retrieving this cache and we talked quite a bit about geocaching. Great social find!
Very quick drive by, no clue needed here! Another great view point, quite a few of these on the Shore. TFTC
Ms 3 yrs Barkingmadnz had her caching nose on today and jumped on this one real quick. TFTC.
Amazing view. Loved the location. Very easy find. TFTC Found with diggagydoggy on a cache rampage in the amazing sun!
This cache has a bit of history for us. This was one of the first caches we attempted in New Zealand. We only had an iPhone back then (not a Garmin Oregon 550 like we do now). Could not get a GZ on the iPhone back then and could not find the cache either. Always said we would give this one another go when we had a proper GPS. Today was that day. Had the cache in less than 5 seconds this time round. TFTC
Quick and easy find. Not a place to linger today as it was blowing a gale and starting to rain. Thanks.
Last find today on what was a Visit to your cacheland.
Had more to do,but caching can take longer than you can ever plan for.
Thanks for the placement...soooo easy for us townys.
Enjoyable day..but alas the Waikato beckons

Thanks for the cache, didn't find it the first time. Found it on my second attempt. Clean up surrounding rubbish. (Now i know what Mag cache means).
Thanks for the drive-by! Seattle's Best and I popped out between showers on a wet day. TFTC.
Caching on a drizzling winter day with Kayaknkiwi and BookwormMum. Kayak found this one a few weeks ago so waited in the geomobile while Bookworm and I went a lookin'. Nice hide. Thanks, Glyn!
Took me a couple of visits due to an older gps device bouncing me around and a pig headed belief it was somewhere else, but located it finally. Nice view at night. TFTC
Was in the area, so I said to my flatmate, you wouldn't mind would ya!! She enjoyed it, always fascinated by the different sizes and themes. Cold today so the wind was coming straight up the hill!!! Thanks for the adventure! TFTC!
As promised a quick easy find - just what we need with the lack of daylight after work! Liked the stonework around the seating. Nice view.Would have been a nice spot to sit and watch the sunset, but we were rushing off to get another cache! Thanks Glyn.

Great views today, were a bit disappointed as we were all geared up for an all day search in the flax, but didnt get value for money as it was found quickly by little Miss Geckoh.

found with yo-mum, before i had my own handle. thanks for playing a part in getting me into caching =)
Hi Glyn, visited today but rain is getting inside the container. Dried it out but the bag containing the log wasn't sealed and it is very wet and soggy. Tried to replace it on a better angle to stop the rain getting inside.
I was on my way home when this one popped up in my Tomtom. (I have all the caches now as Poi's on my Tomtom) Couldn't resist this one, although the rain was pouring down.

Found by Sunshine Toledo at 2:41pm. The cache container was full of water but the log was dry as it was in a plastic bag. Dried the cache as best as possible. Great views from there. TFTC
it is a very very good cache and quite hidden it was alot of fun and i recamend it for begginers
Nice views and quite peaceful on Easter Sunday. Did have me looking both high and low for a while.
Well embarrassed but 2nd visit after thinking about it and realising what 'mag' meant!! Duh but we are just new at this so no doubt we will improve!! Fabulous views, can't believe I've never sat up here before. TFTCSL.
Also note: bags containing log were very wet, dried them all out, log book ok, just the bags surrounding it wet.

19:16 Great views but a sad tale at ground zero, some locals had set fire to the bush near the cache. Found what remained of the cache. Called Glyn who was in the area and came over. It was good to catch up, but shame about the cache. Logged with the owners permission. TNLN. Thanks for the cache.
Nice Easy Find, good job, as it was raining. Log book a bit wet. TFTC. zzmystique.
2.15pm. Raining at this time. Mrs.F. stayed in the car. Quite a bit to search when you are doing it on your own and its raining! But then again, we don't go geocaching to avoid the rain do we.
Many thanks Glyn (the only one)
