Well we assure you the cache was NEVER in a pill-like bottle. So whatever you found does not have anything to do with the cache we initially had hidden in that vicinity.
Didn't realise this had been archived till now. so we went on in and found the small pill-like bottle high in the tree. required climbing to reach it.
Looks like this cache has taken a permanent walk. Happy caching elsewhere......[xx(]
Had a good look around the obvious places resorted to clue but didn’t find it will go back and check with Mrs Yeetree when we are though next time?
Used hints but still didn't find. as previous entry was in Oct and several previous finders said the log was mush, it's possibly no longer???
Look all around - gps a bit wonky under trees, so resorted to clue, but still unable to find anything. Maybe next time.

Didn't find this one very quickly -coords put us some metres away, had to resort to clues. Didn't sign, as log has turned to papier mache.
We had a muggle "encounter" at this cache, a couple of people turned up just as we came crashing out of the woods. A short explanation and all was good. This cache needs maintenance very soon, the logbook is turning in to cold porridge. TFTC!
Found it after a bit of searching. Cache is totally wet.

Found the cache after several forays into holly bushes, likely forks in trees and other possible places. Not a pleasant afternoon to be out and about with rain falling in bucket loads and a norwester rattling things about. The log book is dampish and will need some sunlight on it in the not too distant future. TFTC.
43: We passed this small town on our way from Masterton to Palmerston North and had a short stop-over. GPS signal was quite weak, so thanks for the hint. It lead us straight to the container and made it to a very easy and quick find. It was a rainy and cold day, and the cache's content was also a bit damp. So we got it back in as soon as we had it out without logging. I suggest giving it a maintainance on a nice day and let it dry out.
TFTC, the cliff is impressive, especially when the river down has such murky brown water from all the rain over the last days ... TNLN.

[What a neat little walkway. Cache was wet. So put back in same place and covered it with a little natural raincover.] Bark. [TFTC. TNLNSL.]
Kindly direct your comments re the positioning of the two caches to the Geocaching Constabulary thank you, J'N'K. We know they are in the Waiararapa, however, obviously others on the Board of Directors, do NOT!!!!!! We did question it ourselves initially, but to no avail.
Nice walk and fairly easy find thank you. Have never ventured into Eketahuna before despite driving through many times. Like the Refugee's Retreat cache, this should be in Wairarapa, not Manawatu! TNLNSL.
Needed the hint to find the cache as the co-ordinates were quite a few metres out for us. Great icecreams from the local cafe on a very hot day
Gee this one has been on my 'to do list' for soooooo long . And if I'm reading thinds right it may be that P&K caches could be a diminishing presence in this part of the world. So, best get on with finding this one.
A plesant stroll along this tree lined tunnel and marvelled at the size of some of them too . A straight forward find true to description and clues. Thank you.
All found to be in order with this cache, TNLNSL and rehidden as found.
Found with team cacher Sweet P

Nice to see the Ed Hillary Commission walks put to good use. A nice cache in a very tanquill and idyllic spot.
6th cache of the day
on my way back to wellytown from taupo,so it was another great excuse to stretch the legs;)
it was a nice easy find once the GPS decided to stop jumping around;)
thanks for bringing me here

A nice detour to Eketahuna, and hice to see one of the old Hillary commission wals being out to good use. An easy find.
A great walk, but I really needed the clue due to bad reception under the trees. Fifth cache on my birthday ramble. + NZ 1 cent coin, tranistor - fish. TFTC
(143) Nice quick find on the way South. Its amazing how, after looking for caches for sometime, you get good at spotting cleverly placed stick, rocks etc. It certainly helped us on this one.

We stopped on our way to Wellington. Nice spot but the cache deserves another star for difficulty (no reception under the trees) and for terrain (lots of spikey things around the cache site). TFTC, Team Vainui from Sydney
Our last find on a trip from Wellington to Hastings as the day was getting on. Log book beginning to come apart.
#664
Quick dash and grab cache, in between the passing torrential rain. Used the clue, GPSr couldn’t get a lock under the canopy and rainclouds.

1620. This was the last find with the family who have cached with us over the last two days. It was a good, quick find then we went into Eketahuna for lunch and farewell as we set off to travel further north to see friends and more family.
Thanks

Had to retreat to the car to retrieve the hint 4 this one.. Easy after that.
Found this but never logged it, so the date is approximate. Next time we go up their will check date.
Would never have know about this walk if it wasn't for Cache there.

0paco0, Red and the dogs found it.
It's so nice to have a good GPS under cover like this - even with all the big trees here our GPSMap76CX led us straight to the cache.
Shame about it being just a fraction too small for a TB, as we had a diabetes one to drop off. It's actually the TB tag that is too large
Nice easy cache to round off our Sunday afternoon.
Back to the open fire!
IN: mini die
OUT: nothing

What an interesting and historic walk. Thanks for introducing this gem to us. Was slightly astray when first looking and discovered quite a lot of holly in the undergrowth. However the cache was soon found with help from the clue.
AMENDED CO-ORDS........South: 40 degrees 38.774 East: 175 degrees 42.018. SORRY about that guys.........had a valid excuse....we were preparing boat etc to go up north fishing and I quickly put the co-ords in so our caches would be up and running. Thanks for informing us. Thank god for Laptops......LOL

The coords given for this cache are actually for "Refugee's Retreat".
I struggled a little on this one. Partly because it was dark and partly because I didn't follow my GPS because I thought the reception was too patchy as I was approaching the cache. After some searching I went back to my GPS and decided that the reception wasn't as patchy as I thought and I found the cache. Neat hiding place.
Claimed first to find prize.
