Went for a look and there was no sign of the large cache. I'm still pondering but I think that if I continue with a cache here, I shall re-do it, so will archive this one.
Didn't read past logs before we headed in so wasent aware that its been 12 months since did not find was logged. Looked for half hr without wrecking the area couldn't find would be great to find in nice place
I hang my head in shame - First bluey registered for this LARGE cache! How could I miss it?? Loved the walk though.
Great place for a cache, definably the biggest cache I have found so far.
Had to return the same way as I came in as second bridge is laying up the bank in the bush. TFTC TNLN

What can we say that has not been said before. This is a great cache and thanks heaps Dippe for bringing us here. We loved the stroll both down and back up the hill.
This was a lovely walk in amongst the ferns, even on a drizzly wet day. Took a while to hunt down the cache - well how could you miss it. A great spot thanks for bringing us here.
Awesome walk in area we never knew existed. Geo kids loved the plank bridge. Thanks for bringing us here. Cheers
This is the biggest cache we have found to date, and in a reserve we did not know existed. Enjoyed the walk, and walking the plank where the bridge had been washed away in the January floods.
We were glad the road back to the carpark had a bit gentler slope than the track on the way in.

Now it all depends which way you start out as to whether you have the longer or shorter walk!
The GPSr still had us bouncing around and the CO might be a leeeetle optimistic in the "2 metres"... but we eventually found it - right where we thought it was. Didn't see it the first time because it was too big and I was looking for something smaller.
Took nothing, left racing car.
We just loved the walk through the bush. TFTC

Found it on a wet afternoon. Invigorating walk back up the hill. Biggest cache we've seen so far. Took geo coin and left yellow frog.

Awesome cache! Took some finding, but this is the second biggest cache I've ever seen, and I've planted a few big ones myself. Good to see! Took Letter writing set, left Richard A Clarke novel. Thanks.
Hi Dippi - This was the first of ten finds for the day. Went about it all wrong!!! I usually don't read the precis before attempting a cache but on this occassion I only read its name and who set the cache. I have a friend whose nickname is froggy and had to do it as you had set it, couldn't go home without finding this one for those reasons. Put the co-ords into the TomTom and it had me stop with the arrow pointed perpendicular to the cache from the road that goes to Mt Hicks. There had to be a better way, but not knowing the area I set of into the bush and enjoyed the bush-bash to GZ, Went back almost the same way. Found and logged the cache at 1040hrs as my 570th cache find. Pretty area. Took photos which I lost later in the day because my memory card decided to de-initialise itself. How I don't know. So I lost all the photos that I had taken on the previous two days too!!! I almost cried. Thanks for the cache, the walk and taking me where "No man had been before!!" Cheers OldSaint.
Largest container I have ever seen! Visited with St. John's Girl. Enchanted forest!

Wow what a great place so close to home. TFTC.
What a huge container also.
I placed the log in with swag as the zip lock was past its prime.

Found by Mary & David at 1740. Not another soul about this evening. Enjoyed the walk, but took a little while at GZ. The landscape seems to have changed in the recent past, and made locating and extracting the cache difficult. Collected '"Jeff Davis Peak (CA)" Green Jeep Travel Bug'. Followed the road back to the car park. Our thanks once more to Dippedidooda.
Great spot for a cache, walk down was good but coming back up was a bit of a battle. TN left 4X4 Jeep TB
Took quite some finding!! The largest cache we'd ever seen. The walk back to the geomobile was very steep. Much puffing. Took frog (very apt) and left soldier. TFTC
This one was a little tricky even for the size of the cache, but I was determined to find it. After a little poking round and the GPS leading me round in circles there it was. A beautiful place for a walk even after the storm damage.
Looked for this on the wrong side of the creek and decided that it must have been washed away. Walked over the creek and checked the GPS. Decided to keep searching and bingo - what a fiind. This must be the largest cache that has ever been hidden. Unfortunately I didn't have anything to leave. Will have to come up here again for a walk when the weather is fine. TFTC.
Never knew this place existed until 2day. Great spot! Rained the whole time but we managed to find it thanks to the good clue. Never took anything just signed the book.
Well what a nice place for a cache
But wow what a return walk...lol (up hill)
And Geeeesh that's a big one (the boootie)
we thank you for this cache
All is well at GZ

What an interesting nature reserve that was unknown to me until today. GPs was all but useless and I would not have found the cach without the good hint. TNLN Thanks
I got to enjoy this beautiful area in the rain today
All the ferns and forest look just that little bit nicer that way.
I followed the walking track down to the creek and along the creek to the cache
A nice big cache it is too [^]
But still hard to see !!
TFTC and walk. I left the Anti-Micro-Otics geocoin in this amply sized container.

What a lovely area. I had done the cache that was here previously, but I had never walked the track.
Found with RomanSwamp.
TNLN.
Thanks heaps Dippy.

Thanks for showing us this reserve. I believe this is the largest cache we've ever found! Took nothing. Left Zebra. Signed log
Lovely place live local and never been there lovely walk took love piggy left whoopy coushion and foriegn cions.
First adventure with geocaching. Didn't even know this place was here - and we live nearby. Fantastic outing.
Lovely walk beside the creek; didn't even know this little reserve was here. Fun to find such a big cache. Dropped off Love-Piggy TB.
This was the second area that was completely new to us today – noone would ever guess we used to live on the coast (of course, we weren’t geocachers then!!) Parked opposite Geoffrey the dog’s house – his owner said it wasn’t worth moving our car to the proper parking spot so we stayed there! Loved the wander and found the cache fairly easily after a few false starts. It was a little damp in the cache, so T bag growing several varieties of mould and the mouldy smelling purple gloves! L red eyed soft frog in several plastic bags. Don’t worry if that seems like we are swapping unfairly Dippy – we will keep culturing the mould and arrange to return the bag to you!!!! Also found leech – but didn’t discover it until later, so there was much bloodshed in the name of caching!! Thanks for the cache, Dippy!
This was a great walk Dippy
I also think the development of this reserve is really good and the bridge crossings and well maintained track made it a most enjoyable cache.
The specific hint is also great for guaranteeing that little or no damage is done to this lovely place.
Thanks for showing it to me.

This spot was good even in the rain. Nice easy track and very big cache.
Thanks Dippy

Found this cache since I finished work early and was intrigued by your description of the GZ locale. The information in the shelter shed near the GZ is interesting and I did keep my eye out for the borrowing crayfish but alas didn't see any.
The size of the cache was surprising, easily the biggest in my experience. Also surprising was the clarity of the hint and the effectiveness of the hide.
This was a great lunch break after work thanks Dippedidooda.

I must admit to being a little curious to see how large a large cache was, our friends needed some more practice with the XL, so off we went after this one, enjoyed yet another beautiful walk in this area, although i left my trusty walking branch lying on the ground near GZ, so the next finder might like to use my stick to get back up the hill if they find it.
TNLN (we wasn't planning swaps, so was very unprepared) but totally enjoyed the experience, thanks Dippy, a very worthwhile replacement.

Nice area visited some time ago me thinks.Never had hint with me...looking in wrong spot to begin with..then my hat...that's bigggggg. No appropriate swaps so TNLN.Hid cache with larger piece of log on track side..to break the lines a bit.TFTC Cheers Dippedidooda.

Large it is! Good replacement for "Stairway to Heaven". Lots of good swaps. TNLNSL Thanks very much for the cache.
I had wanted to do the previous incarnation of this cache but missed my chance so this was a great replacement and I loved the walk to GZ. TNLN thanks
FTF to us, and officially CharlieRat's First FTF!
Used the hint as per the notes and I'd advise other to as well, it's a sensitive area!
A huge cache, I can't believe you lugged it in there!
Enjoyed the walk, although the rain put a halt to mouch more exploration
Thanks heaps Dippy, it's been a while since our last FTF!
