DNF. Found a fresh hole with flat rocks on ground. Might have been messed up great clues though
Searched for ages, muggle free due to coming storm, pretty sure we were in right spot via hint but no sign of anything or even rocks. Sadly a DNF for us.
Rocks look like they have been moved- just sitting out from base of tree, think it may have been mugged!
Did not find it! 3ed time out with kids to look and this time brought other ppl to help still no find
Waiting for it to get at least a little dark so I can do the night cache. No sign of the bigger locals. Plenty of smaller ones about though.
Over visiting from NZ and staying for a couple of days in Hervey Bay. Tiki-touring a round the local area and stopped off to look for this one. Took a couple of minutes to get my bearings here and then cache was a quick find. Collected a TB to take on travels back to NZ. TFTC
There were locals (or tourists?) sitting nearby, but facing the sea. Could log the cache unseen still. Thanks, Edwin
**# 17386** Found on the Qld leg of our 2017 winter escape trip.
Another perfect warm winter day for a drive around Hervey Bay.
Many muggles around so I had to wait a while, and then a good quick find here.
Thanks for the cache lochb,

We are up at Hervey Bay for the weekend. When Mr 4ando asked the geo-kids what to give their geo-mum for her birthday they had no idea at all, eventually between the three of them they came up with ‘let’s stick her on her bike where there is a beach’ and so Hervey Bay was born.
As the geo-van-that-can (now that it has its new bells whistles it is a can again not a can’t) was getting a quick set up, we realised how much red dirt we had brought from Esk on the floor mat!!! Oh, it’s great to be back at the beach again, just sand this time no red dirt.
This afternoon we jumped on our bikes and rode off into the sunset to grab a couple of caches, gee those kids know what makes their mum happy! This was our first grab in Hervey Bay and it had us searching for a bit until we turned up the goods. We see someone else is out here making finds today as well.
We took the time to meet the tourists while we were here, oh wait a minute, that’s us…

Searched for quite some time but sadly a DNF on this one - luckily the only one of the day.
Had a good look around where we thought it should be. Nothing. Beautiful spot all the same.
We had to do two trips. Gps was jumping all over the place. Found it just as I was about to give up. But.....a few families having an outing right on top of it. (So the kids and I were loudly searching for "bugs and caterpillars")
Went back at 7am to Mozzieworld (4yr old's words)

Unfortunately there's a trackable listed as being here but it's missing.
Grabbed this on our way home after a weekend away. Thanks for the cache.

In the area tonight planning on doing the two night caches at Point Vernon, started the one close by, and found ourself close to this traditional, so we diverted, found, signed and returned. We have cached in cities, in the desert, in the bush, in the tropics and in the west, but never until now, cached at night. Thanks lochb
Trackable not in cache. Cache was left out sitting on tree limb with muggles sitting in tree. Gah
Nice place! Not too many muggles around, as it was very hot today. On the bike, there is always a nice little breeze though... . Had a little rest in the shade before I pedalled on. Unfortunately no ospreys to be seen while I was here.
Thanks a lot for the hide, lochb!

A short walk at our new location for the next two days. Great spot and unique to see the osprey feed her kid(s)!

Travelling around Australia and currently staying in Hervey Bay, Queensland for a few days .
So very hot here at the moment. Its been airconditioned caravan or airconditioned car! BUT again today we changed that and decided to head out on the GeoBikes for a few hours. Well with more and more smilies we just kept going!
We managed to get home before the thunderstorms kicked in.

The cache was absolutly o.k., the osprey family could be heard, but not be seen. Nice pkace, tkank you for showing! Greetings from Rewo, team Rerowole l, Bavaria
Went out with geodad and geodog this morning. We had a good search and we came up with nothing. There was a very new eclipse tin in the shrub directly behind the bench. It had nothing in it. I have attached a photo.
G'day,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as one that may need attention. I'm just posting to update you on what your requirements are as a cache owner as you may have forgotten or not been very clear on what you need to do.
The maintenance email you received would have highlighted what you need to do but [here](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=713) is a reminder.
- Maintenance: Visit your geocache, make any needed repairs, and post an “Owner Maintenance” log so the community knows it’s available to find. Consider updating the description, hint and/or the Difficulty/Terrain rating if it appears that geocachers are having trouble finding it. If your cache was fine, please indicate so with the "Owner Maintenance" as well. The "Owner Maintenance" log cancels out any existing "Needs Maintenance" attributes on the cache page.
- Disable: If you cannot check on your geocache within a reasonable amount of time, please disable your geocache listing. Once you perform maintenance, you can enable it and post an “Owner Maintenance” log.
- Archive: If you decide it is time for your geocache to be permanently retired, please archive the listing and retrieve all physical stages.
If you are not sure how to post any of these logs, then there is a great [help centre article](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=234) that you will want to have a read of. You will need to post an owner maintenance log once you have visited the cache and rectified any issues to clear the needs maintenance attribute on your cache.
If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Rgds,
Matt - Ministro.

We found something that could have been the replacer but we did not find the original
It should have been at base of big tree but we had a really good dig around and couldn't find. No rock...
Another dnf for the day. Gps kept giving me a different tree. Need to clean up the dead pandanus leaves.
