As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

13-Oct-11
Part of the cache is missing. I have to manufacture a new part so the cache will not be available until then.

12-Oct-11
I found this the day that it was disabled. A great cache in a great location. Hope that it is back up soon for others to find. TFTC.

09-Oct-11
This was brilliant - enjoyed this one thanx Very Happy

07-Oct-11
A real buzz finding this cache... the first that I've found Smile

02-Oct-11
There was no container, just the plastic bag with the logbook in and that was in very poor condition.
TFTH

27-Sep-11
I really enjoyed the spot and especially the view. Very neat hide.

TFTC

26-Sep-11
Having visited the cache before, we though we use it to drop a travel bug. However, we were surprised to see that there was no container, just ziplock bags in the hide. Has it always been like that? We did not trust it for our TB.

26-Sep-11
I am out bush at the moment so can not check the cache until next week. I hope the container has not been removed!!

21-Sep-11
Magnificent views and memorials, well worth the hike in squally rain! a really nice hide too! Took a little TB tftc

21-Sep-11
Took junior cacher out today inbetween showers of rain, was a nice easy find in a very special place.
Left some stickers took nothing.
TFTC

18-Sep-11
Geo-daughter found it before I even had a chance to look. A very blustery afternoon.Listed TB's were not there so I assume someone must have picked them up.
Left geo jack silber. TFTC.

17-Sep-11
GPS was a bit off, but then found it really fast!

14-Sep-11
Great hide, great views
Thanks Hedgie TNLN

08-Sep-11
A very cleverly hidden geocache, which kept us busy on a blustery cold but sunny late afternoon.

04-Sep-11
Our GPS could not decide which of two possible locations contained the cache. We struggled to extract the first hide arrangement because of a very tight fit- eventually we were successful but there wasn't a cache. Then we tried the other and the cache was in hand within a second or two. A great cache in a very sensitive area. TFTC Hedgie

27-Aug-11
Quite easily found, drunk muggles notwithstanding.
Nice view.
TFTC

27-Aug-11
Love the cache! Picnic and lovely views. The Sanders Squad

25-Aug-11
Found it nice view

21-Aug-11
Missed it at first.... Then looked harder! Took the coastcruiser coin 1157682

12-Aug-11
What a magnificent spot got both a memorial and a cache. One of the best - blending with the environment - I've seen. Jake the skateboarder has moved on courtesy of the red-eye special to the Gold Coast last night. However, Aust Post left TB21HA9 a little closer to Kadina SA although I do think the West is a long way west.

12-Aug-11
Went at night. Big fail Sad

07-Aug-11
Nice work Hedgie. Quick find. There were a few muggles about, but most were on the other side of the memorial, so it was an easy grab and replacement. TN. Dropped off Jake the Skateboarder TB. TFTH.

Visited this cache to collect some TBs but none there inspite of the inventory. Dropped off a TB that wants to get back to Germany sometime.

Last one in Australia. End of the holydays. TfTC
Tom and Cat from Germany

31-Jul-11
Just getting dark, but located before night fall. Very clever hide. TFTC.

24-Jul-11

23-Jul-11
Super cool left cache for a little geo

21-Jul-11
Sneaky. Good hint too, thanks

17-Jul-11
tftc.sl. quick visit to the freo markets,
so we took diego(tb)up the the hill just before the sunset.

14-Jul-11
Lovely climb from the railway station just before sunset (and some cold beverages at Little Creatures). TFTC

10-Jul-11
Found myself with a couple of hours to spare in Freo, whilst waiting for my
better half to finish blowing her horn with her brass band.

So decided to venture out with Miss Chocoholic to search for a few Fremantle Caches.

This was a most unexpected spot, having never been here before, great views,
and a very tidy hide.

Many thanks.

M.

10-Jul-11
My Mum was playing in a concert in Fremantle, so The Machman and I decided
to go out Geocaching (in the rain) for a couple of hours whilst we waited for her to finish.

This one was quite easy.

TFTC

10-Jul-11
Well hidden, got quite lucky to find this one.

02-Jul-11
First find ever, windy day but worth it. Was told about geocaching by my boyfriend's mum. I did not sign the logbook as I did not have an account as of yet, hope I am still allowed to log this online.

After visiting Fremantle prison we came here. Quick log and our first cache find in Australia. Greetings from Finland! Inventory says 4 TBs/coins here, but we only saw one. After this we headed to the cemetery to see Bon Scott's grave.

29-Jun-11
Went by today to "swap" TB. There was none there. I left one of mine "coccinelle" as the GC i brought did not fit.

25-Jun-11
Nice quick find after our Tunnel tour of the prison!

20-Jun-11
Great place thanks heaps

12-Jun-11
We were walking around the top just after dawn collecting answers for the Virtual, and we stopped off to grab this very well constructed cache. Stunning view from here at this time of the morning.
Thanks, Robmc.

12-Jun-11
We were up here at dawn and in the early morning light we were almost the only ones around.
Loved reading about this place and your own personal history of this place as well.
The cache was a work of art.
Well done on the hide!
Thanks

10-Jun-11
I haven't geocached for a while because i don't have a gps anymore but while holidaying here in freemantle i had some time on my hands and thought i would find some caches with the power of google maps satellite imagery. Bingo, i knew the exact spot and with the clue thought i could find it without a gps. This was a great hiding spot! I loved it. There was no one around when i found the cache so it was easy to get but while i was writing in the logbook away from GZ some muggles arrived. They looked very intent on reading all the plaques so I had to take the cache for a walk around the block for a while until it was safe to put back in its home. Thanks for this cache and taking me up here, i'll have to come back at sunset and watch the sunset over the west coast!!

05-Jun-11
This is a great cache - one of our favourites. Good to meet fellow geocachers Natsync as well.

A fantastic hide, fits in perfectly to the environment. After contending with a swarm of ants near GZ, we had the cache in hand as the sun went down. Picked up a TB, will drop off soon. TFTC

21-May-11
Great hide. Lots of muggles had to take back to car to complete.TFTF.

20-May-11
Great hide and great views. Rain bucketed down but I had to find it cos I've had a bad run of not founds. I used to live near there many long years ago so am pretty familiar with surrounds. TFTH

Awesome hide! Thanks for getting us up here.

11-May-11
Found late, after a pilates class in North Perth. Strange sense of calmness here at night. Easy find. TFTC!

07-May-11
Found this one yesterday on our way into Freo to look for a mothers day gift.
Successfull on both Smile
We looked for this one a couple of weeks ago but didnt realize it had been removed ;-/ however we did have a good idea where it would be, so the second attempt was made very easy.
This is a great Cache and we were very impresed with every aspect of it. Now inspired to do something special like this for our next hide.
Thanks
No moss

07-May-11
What a great spot to hide a cache! I kept being tempted to look in the garden bed and had to methodically look at every aspect of GZ to think where it could possibly be. TNLN. TFTC.

02-May-11
Sight seeing on a trip from NZ. Very nice hide. What an exellent tribuite and memorial to those who made such a scrafice. TFTC

30-Apr-11
Found a travel bug! First ever! Smile t.b q78je2

29-Apr-11
Cache is back in place with a new logbook. Please, as it is small, can only coins and small TB's be placed in the cache as they will move on unlike other objects which accumulate and can make it hard to fit the log back in.

29-Apr-11
This isn't a new cache for me, but after collecting a few trackables at one of the ANZAC sites in Albany (being the last place they saw Australian soil, aside from a small group from Freo who joined them at sea) it seemed appropiate to leave a certain one here.

29-Apr-11
nice fun find. Great view take a camera!!! Smile

22-Apr-11
Yearly maintenance, I will return it as soon as possible.

21-Apr-11

A hot day and a big walk took us to this fantastic spot. Fantastic views all around too. It is worth the effort when you find such a clever cache. I was about to give up when one more check of GZ was successful. Thanks for your skill in hiding this one.

Came by today and had the place to myself so found and replaced the cache without trouble. As I was about to leave there were about 4 car loads of muggles walked up to GZ and other places nearby so these must be the ones TEAM Holden saw.

Reperio at 1250. Wow! What a memorial. Was amazed by how much information was on display, and so beautifully displayed. Once at GZ, I had a couple of options, and after checking in one spot, I checked the other, and the fantastic cache was found. It's always great to find a great cache, but in a wonderful location as well.

Gratias maximus.
