This cache was rather scary as the grass has become so thick and dense that most people mightve been scared off at the thought of going in. But that didnt stop us as we persevered and ventured into the grass. We had a good look around were the gps told us to. Shortly after we found an eclipse container, and with all the trash around, we supposed that it was just another piece of trash. But after a short open we discovered that it was the the thing we were looking for. TFTC
Didn't look too long as it was directing me Into some extremely deep grass and other area I thought It might be was a bit close to road to search safely
Spent quite some time without luck. There was a micro bat though so that was cool.
The fifteenth find for the day whilst on a geoadventure that took me from Twin waters, northward to Eumundi and west to about Gheerula! This one took a bit of effort here. Using what skerrick of phone reception I had left, I dived into the patch of overgrown grass and cobblers pegs and underneath the bridge. My first pass was fruitless, and after coming back out the other side to read some logs, I went back through, avoiding touching the damp areas of concrete and finding the cache soon enough. Thanks for the cache Scrub bull!
Hi there Scrub Bull, we found your cache Rest at Belli today. Today is Day Two of our lets introduce some newbies to our hobby. Were camping at Kenilworth Showground and had planned to find as many non premium caches as we could over the next few days, but now weve switched over to premium" as well. A nice quick find. Its really lucky that the graffiti artists havent spotted this one. Were thoroughly enjoying our jaunt around the countryside today, & so far weve found quite a variety of container types, sizes and ratings. Coordinate Accuracy: We found this cache near where our GPS said we should be looking. Cache Condition: Good. Regards Ian & Penny (Found and logged using Cachly).
Looked high, low, under, over, outside and inside, no luck. We then sat and had lunch, had another look and bingo, there it was. TFTC
On our drive today to Kenilworth, we decided to stop here since this one seem to be right on the road.
Of course, we did need to change altitude a little and after a short search, soon had our name added to the log. A beautiful rest area here.
Thanks Scrub Bull

Scrub Bull I found your cache Rest at Belli on 20/8/2022, 4:45 pm. This is my find 3969 and find # 7 today. Took a little longer than expected. Checked a few likely places until I found it. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Today, the primary plan was the hike up Kenilworth Bluff. An early departure had me driving via Montville, detouring past the northern side of Lake Baroon to check out the spillway. I then made a few driveby stops before arriving and setting off on our group hike and attending the *A Worthy Bluff Bug Bash* Event. It was a long walk around the bluff's plateau to the extent of the nature reserve, before returning back just as the light began to fade. I then made the drive back home connecting to the M1 highway via Gheerulla, following the quickest route.
Stopped off at a convenient parking bay, and then descended down to the bridge. There were quite a few small birds (sparrows?) flying about, obviously bothered by my presence here. After a short search, the cache was soon found, although the logbook was quite wet, so I ended up replacing the logbook. Thanks Scrub Bull for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. It was nice to have found this oldie 07/2007 hidden cache, of which is one of Queensland's 1000 oldest yet active geocaches. It was also nice to have found this cache with 400 days [13.1 months / 1.10 years] of unfound love since its last find on 18/06/2021.

Found at 2:30 PM GAFF1 in the company of Liz and Bruce, Snakepitters and Team JLBL.
Holy moly - should have read the cache description before attempting this one [B)] That was tough getting to it and also tough getting up - thanks Brett

Tftc , took a bit of searching, maybe we just didn't want to go to the obvious bridge hide spot
Completed with the group. Staying in the area for a few days. Thanks for showing us this area. Bit tougher than we thought for the gz location but then we remembered what the scrub bull hides were like back in the old days.
A quick rest stop for our convoy here on the way to Kenilworth for a group camping trip. Oh look, there's a cache here . A quick hunt around before we found the right spot and then bingo! Log signed and returned and back on the road. Tftc!!
Seventh in a planned trip to sign objectives "Up on the ridge", "Point Glorious View" and the caches in West Cooroy State Forest. 4 vehicles (all 4WD) in our group.
Challenging but find once in the right spot, signed log as CrossRiver 4x4 with TMZ59, Patrol 14, Tamara87, KK&K and muggle Arty.
Relive track from Point Glorious posted on Geocaching SE Queensland.
Fabulous run finishing at Kenilworth Pub for dinner.
TFTC, TNLN.
A toilet is here but permanent residents make you feel uncomfortable.
Glad we had lunch at Peggy Sue.

We are camping at the beli creek park for one night and saw that there is a cache nearby. Of course I needed to get it, tftc!
The geo-boi did a lot of heavy lifting for me on this one <3 not for the faint hearted. TFTC!
It was a planned day: Join the thirteen other cachers and conquer Kenilworth Bluff.
Now I hadn't done any long walks or climbs for quite a while and had several rather serious medial issues, so I know I wouldn't do the whole trip - just go as far as I can.
I did enough to log a couple of caches, then off to lunch in Town. Afterwards, on to do three traditionals on our way home. This was one of them
Log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC, Scrub Bull

Just a few last caches before heading back home to the Gold Coast. Pulled in here very early this morning and you couldn't fit another vehicle into this campground however its nice and clean here and all good with the log.

Was with the Goldy Girls + RoddyC to hike the Kenilworth Bluff.
Nice park. Was dark when we had a pit stop earlier. On our way home we stopped again to look for the cache.
Thanks for the cache Scrub Bull.

We stopped by here at 6am this morning but the area was filled with campers. On our way back this afternoon we stopped again to make a quick find. Log was full but we managed to squeeze in a signature. Tftc
This was our first ever find! Great fun! Paper damp and no more room to sign. Thanks
Found on a day out explore around the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Found a really cool camper van idea - half a Toyota conversion. Fantastic idea I reckon.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
A lovely little spot. Genghicat and I stopped for a while taking photos of the almost mirror reflection in the creek. A magic day, crystal skies, crisp air, good company and exploring. We discovered a great camper trailer at this spot to. It was the back half of a Ute converted. Top idea. The cache was found I good condition. Definitely a place i would come back to camp at. Tftc
Well it was muggle central here today, with all manner of free campers set up. How to get around it …. nobody seemed up and about or active as yet, being early morning, so we decided to go ahead anyway. GZ itself was out of view so no probs. On emerging from the bush there was a few who had risen and noticed us. We chatted out loud about how we'd been observing the many swallow nests down there to allay any suspicion. The log roll is damp and almost full, just FYI for next visitor TFTC Scrub Bull, a different hide for you!
The grounds were very muddy today as it had rained during the night and was raining off and on during the day. Not an ideal geocaching day but we wanted to go caching! Surprised to see how many people were making use of the free camping area. This one was a quick find at the correct elevation.
Stopped here on our way home from a camping trip, so that we could get the New Years souvenir. We found it quicker than we were expecting after reading the description. Great spot, TFTC!
On a day trip to Kenilworth to the world famous bakery (1kg donut challenge) and decided to collect this one while nearby. TFTC
Amazing little place for an overnight stop! Over thought the clues great cache thanks, scrub bull!
We worked out were it was but unfortunately we could not go and see due to all the long grass stopping us but will be trying again in a later date.
Having a fun weekend away with Rani from Ranibaskale... gotta love it when a friend kidnaps you to escape to the beach.
Naturally we did a little geocaching, and this one was found on our way back towards home.
A nice stop to stretch the legs and sort the bladder, and an easy find as the container was out in the open. Log signed, it was tucked away back out of sight.
Thanks for the cache, Scrub Bull.

Out and about caching with Sparhawke on our way to the now famous kenilworth bakery for some lunch. Maki g stops along the way for caches. TFTC
Tftc and the pretty spot we did not even know was here. Out and about with lcoll112 before we have to head home from our time at the coast.
Out and about with the rankindes and picked this one up on way to kenilworth! Tftc nice hide found by geokids!!
This was my second attempt at this cache after stopping previously but being surrounded by muggles. A few campers about today but not close enough to be worrisome. A quick find in a clever spot. TFTC
We've had a nice time with this cache we made it harder than it was of course and then we explored the nearby creek. Tftc
Over here from Kapiti NZ escaping our winter and seeking some sunshine - we have not been disappointed. We stopped by to pick this one up on our way to Kenilworth. Cache was an easy find, despite being well hidden. Lots of birds nests under the bridge (swallows I think) and the birds were darting about probaby after airborne insects. Plenty of people camping in this pleasant spot. Thanks for the cache.
Found it. Was a little hard and the kids were a bit funny about doing this one. My son sat in the car with miss 2 while we went with miss 7 to find it. Found it afyer abit of a hunt around. Well hidden.
Out for a drive today and hunting some caches in the beautiful Kenilworth hinterland. thanks for bringing us to the area all well with this cache
on our way to visit an old cafe in a new spot - bellbird cafe from kenilworth, now at Carters Ridge! This is a lovely stop and grab - yes, the noisy trucks overhead. And a BIG lizardy thing guarding the cache. All good, and definitely out of the flood line.
Out doing the caches in the West Cooroy forest today and stopped off to find this one and left a specimen. Thanks Scrub Bull. .
During our holidays in AU we discovered a lot of interesting places and caches. This is one of them.
Thanks for hiding and maintaining.

Out on a Monday again after finishing home visits and looking for a rest area with some facilities to eat lunch, especially a shelter as the light rain was persisting. This spot fit the bill perfectly after admiring a beautiful rainbow towards the south below the mountains.
Stopped for lunch and how convenient.... a cache here as well...
Wandered towards gz through some long grass, obviously not visited too often and luckily didn't have to get too close to the edge so less risk of falling in the creek. Under the bridge and safe from floods as noted in the hint, I soon found the cache. Not to keen about the type of container, knowing what the intended use is for such a jar, but signed log and returned to its resting place nice and safe.
Back through the wet grass quickly - not too nice hanging around under the road.

Sweet - Sour and I had decided to find a few caches in the West Cooroy State Forest and then after doing those heading down to Kenilworth. Sweet - Sour had previously found this cache so he pulled up at the rest area and allowed me to find the cache.
After a short stroll to GZ it was not too long before the cache was in hand.
The log was signed and returned to the cache and the cache replaced exactly as found.
All is good with this cache.

Despite the six foot high, and I'm guessing snake infested, grass. This was a relatively easy find among the mud wasp nests and with the traffic rattling overhead. Short break on the home from camping outside of Kenilworth.
We were in the area driving around the West Cooroy State Forest and stopped by here.
We logged this one as a dnf a few years ago but no problems finding it today
Thanks Scrub Bull

Nice easy find on the way home after a days riding in at Kenilworth. Tftc tnln cache is dry and in good condition.
Out for a drive through Kenilworth, after the disappointment of not finding Gheerulla Creek Pit Stop down the road we came up trumps with this one after a short search. Cache signed and returned all in good order. TFTC Scrub Bull
It's schools holiday, so I am heading to Kenilworth after work to join the rest of the Crooked Clan, who have been camping for a day or too. Time for a pit stop, and, oh look, there is a cache nearby.
Thanks Scrub Bull.

Thanks for the cache! Brained myself a couple of times trying to find it.. thought it was further in.. but ignored my instincts and it was where I thought it was the first time when I got under there
A very peaceful spot (when there aren't any cars on the bridge! ) .Lots of swifts flying around us. Mr. Herbz clambered around and came up with the find. TFTC.
While in the area between caches this looked close so detoured over to try and make a find. A big of a look around and once in the right area we spotted the hide. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC
What a beautiful spot in our Noosa Hinterland. Easy find. Noisy trucks!! Creek worth exploring after the cache. Despite our GPS phone out of service. Hint says it all replaced marble with another trinket.
Back in the fifties, Father used to frequently stop here on the way to Gympie. In those days, I think this was the preferred route to Gympie, unlike today's super highway further east.
I don't believe the bridge was here then, at least not this fancy concrete bridge. Not too many folk using the road today, so a nice easy search followed by an eventual find without the aid of the GPS at GZ of course. Amazed it hasn't been carried away by the water given levels of flooding in the area.
TFTC, Scrub Bull.
