I had a good look about, trying to doge muggles. The areas around the flax look to have been cleared. I will have to try this one again.
Wasn't me. Looks like there has been a bit of tree work in the area. Might pay to check it out?
Had been here in a darkness but didn't find, came back tonight on dusk and still no luck. Will keep an eye out to see whether anyone else finds it
There has been some drastic pruning in the area but thankfully the cache was spared. TFTC
Introduced a mate and his 5yr old to geocaching. 1 less muggle to worry about!!
Fine once we found the right flax bush ! Enjoyed cafe , art exhibition and gallery shop thanks .... Haven't been there for years !
GZ currently roped off for Wood Live 2013. Interesting, if noisy, watching the artists working with chainsaws and axes.
The male members of dean-crew were at the golf driving range, so I took the opportunity to collect some caches within walking distance. All quiet on a Sunday afternoon. Started searching in the wrong spot, but then saw something that looked out of place. Neat camo. Noticed the pile of wood that must be used for carvings. TFTC

Was sure I was in the right place and looking as described by the hint, but no luck this afternoon. Interesting area. Thanks for attracting me to it. No muggles today, but wouldn't like to try this during school lunch hour.
First cache in the New Year. A good choice for location well screened from NP persons.
Popped out with the Future Finder for some afternoon caching in the sunshine! Somehow we both missed it on the first pass but got it on the second time around. Everything in order here. Cheers for the cache placement!
Called in here with the ACTA (Auckland Cycle Touring Association) during our coffee ride. No problem finding the cache and the coffee and scone were nice. Good service. Thanks for the cache.
Pondering upon the prepositions in the hints and what they were in relation to, momochanpwnu and I picked up the cache fairly easily in the afternoon showers.
Hunted in the flax as per the hint but couldn't find anything, took a couple of steps back and spotted the cache lying right out in the open almost like it was sunbathing. Signed log and re-hid as per the hint. TFTC
Out this way with the family to enjoy some quiet alone time after some recent full-on happenings. Unfortunately we could not take the pram to this cache due to rough grounds so while the two ladies enjoyed the views and breeze.
I kept walking around this empty area to get to this third cache of the day. Nice spot for the cache for another quick find.

Great little park for a lunchtime stroll, had to avoid the workman, bit wet underfoot, soon in hand, TFTC
Good place for a cache with the cool statues and mysterious bubbling noises, TFTC [8]
Very unusual sculptures in this park, spent too much time looking at them and nearly ran out of daylight when looking for the cache. Nice new log book too.
And yes The wife and I found it while sharing a lunch break together. Nice stroll and find. Got to get better at letting her look tho, keep grabbing them first.

Log Book is still full. Glyn this is just across the road from my work. Would you like me to replace for you?
Enjoyed the walk through the Arts Centre and seeing the rather unique looking carvings on display. Had to widen the search area for this one. TFTC.
Almost gave up on this one, but then it caught my eye sat there in plain sight.

A quick look in the garden and found soon enough, although my co-ords seemed to be a bit out. Used commonsense and read the clues properly and voila, there it be! TFTC.
2nd time and found it within seconds. How did we not find this on our previous visit?

Didn't expect to find it there. Another day out caching with my dad and brothers. Good thing the sun ended up showing up. TFTC
Great place for a cache - would never have known that these carvings existing otherwise. TFTC.
Wow - beautiful area. Didn't know this existed either. Nice find because of the easy peasy clues and no bush hitting whatsoever. Left Jeep TB. TFTC!
Nice spot for a cache, and I loved the artwork! Especially the puzzle statue thing! Very awesome!
I spent ages looking for the cache though... GPS was everywhere, and even though I'd read the description, I'd somehow missed the point that bush bashing was not neccessary... Ah well. As soon as I re read, and found that it wasn't neccessary, I looked around, and yup... I really could just reach in. The cache was right there, staring at me!

Last one of the afternoon for Mr BMNZ, third time here trying to find this one but easy-as this time around, how we missed it the other times I have no idea. slowly get back to the previous DNF's, great to this one out of the way. TFTC.
Looks like workers had been through the area with heavy duty weedeaters so I was a bit worried about the cache. Sigh of relief when I reach out and grabbed it. TFTC, Biggles.
Had heard of Lake House but not been. Lovely grounds with statues as remarked but have heard the joke with the title as its puch line so cammo was not as expected. NINO TFTC
A quick & easy park and grab (this time... I'm sure I searched before & don't know how I could have missed it!)

awesome cache, at first the GPS was telling us random places, but we managed to find it thanks to LittleMelon's awesome finding skills!
I had a couple of cracks at this, found it on way back to car after doing a couple of nearby caches, thanks for this cache, nice quiet spot on a cracker morning.
Only had a couple of spare minutes for this one.Got to GZ and 'Oh no! Flax!!!!" Had a quick look but quickly decided that flaxing was not how I wanted to spend my evening. Will come back with the Junior Pastamakers and send then in amongst it!
Not the best for 1st effort. Better step it up from here. Was sure I was looking in the right spot but no luck
If I had known the type of hide...... I'm like the Wonderstuff and hate it too. TFTC
added pencil sharpener, and new logbook , theres still a couple of pages on the old one yet.
Yay!!! Found the little sod today before enjoying breakfast (hmmmm, eggs benny) at the establishment. Had been here for an hour or more about a year ago to no avail so were pleased when we got lucky today! TFTC.
Had a nice cup of coffee at the art house and a sit in the sun.
Cache was easy to find.

Dont know why I had so much trouble with this one - maybe it was the flax thing, but should have been easy enough. Seemed to take ages to locate. SL TFTC
Good find dropped off a Micro GC
Came from across the far field but enjoyed the walk on a great Sunday afternoon.

Thanks, enjoyed the sculptures and a nice walk in the sun during ANZAC Day. TNLN SL
The first find in the morning, after a DNF before - was good for the spirit. TNLNSL cheers
Wow... Took us some time but for our first ever find it was extremley exciting!!! TFTC!
Came here three times - finally we found it right where we have looked heaps of times before. T4TC
An easy find but an area that was worth spending some time at to look around. Thanks for making us stop. TFTC
This one had me stumped initially. I blame it on the constant rain. Eventually had to get Mrs Gadget-Tron to come check out GZ and she had the cache in seconds. Go figure. TFTC
Straight forward find, cords all OK. I just reached out and grabbed it as per the instructions. Thanks.
