We found the trees and the hole it should have been in, but there was no container. Possibly taken or pulled apart. Great hiding spot though!
What a beautiful spot this is. Was looking around the bigger trees only to turn around and see it poking out quite exposed.
Like others have said the log is drenched. Definitely needs replacing but glad to have logged this find.
Tftc!

The log was absolutely drenched so couldn’t log the find. Quite exposed position.
Soggy log was too hard to sign, have taken a photo for evidence. Always nice to find an older SB cache
Our GPS was throwing fits today thankfully the hint made this search much easier TFtC
Wow that was easier than I thought it would be. Great hint. Walking along just happened to stop to hang onto a tree and noticed I stopped at two small trees I looked down and saw a little bit of plastic poking through the leaves.
While up visiting our friends we got a chance to fill them in on geocaching and used this cache as the example to find. We also used precious posts to help locate the find! Signed log. TFTC!
On the way to visit my mum from Brisbane to Peregian I always stop off to find a cache or two on the way home. This was a really beautiful spot. At gz I spent ages looking and was nearly going to give up but then read a lot of the previous logs and I saw a spos . I was lucky to find this one today as it is a very tricky hide. . Thanks for taking me here and for placing this cache here for us to enjoy.
Drive past here often and never had a need to stop until today. If you’ve read the logs it’s quite easy. Nice bit of variety on a scrubby cache too. Great park for a quick picnic stop. Tftc
After only finding three caches, I knew it was inevitable that at least one of my daughters wasn't going to get out of the car to help look for the cache. We promised her we would be back soon but underestimated how long it would take to find.
We all walked around in circles for some time checking anything and everything obvious. In the end I handed the phone to my daughter to start scouring previous logs for clues while Mrs Woodyrothwell and I kept kicking everything we could see. My daughter yelled out that this was not going to be an easy find and I yelled back to ask that she not state the obvious.
In the end, she did start reading our some tidbits of information which caused us to change our search area. Between two small trees you say. I hope those small trees haven't grown into big ones because teenage trees don't have a good work ethic. In the end I uncovered the glint of plastic in an area my wife had kicked up pretty well. tftc

TFTC. A beautiful little spot. I ended up having to look at the logs below due to GPS bounce, then made the find nice and quick after.
Was an easy find as it wasn't under anything, pine needles now replaced. Nice spot for a break from the highway, thanks.
We walked in circles in the area inspecting every tree and it was only by sheer fluke that M found it. Note that the clue is correct but do not think of an Arnold Schwarzenegger type of tree .... and if still in doubt read Oldgoldfellas description in the logs below. Only read it now whilst logging the find at home, would have made things easier for us!
Nice little park along the river. Spotted two fishing muggles down at the water before looking for the cache. Spent 15mins looking here and there then went back to the car to power up the phone and check out the internet. Read a few logs with YOF's log the pick of them and wouldn't you know it, the cache was in the first place I re-looked at Must have walked past this spot a few times.
My GPS was about 10m from the current co-ordinates but there was GPS appreciable bounce encountered. For those that are interested my mark had the cache at S 33.672 and E 58.456. Thanks for maintaining this cache Scrub Bull.

It was pretty hard to find but we found it and the TB wasnt there because someone got it first
Found thanks to some clues! Pretty wet atriums the area but the cache is dry. Left Travelbug

1986, American singer Mark Dinning died from a heart attack aged 52. He scored the 1959 US No.1 hit 'Teen Angel'. The song which is about a girl and her boyfriend whose car stalled on a railroad track in the path of an oncoming train was initially banned by many radio stations that considered it too sad.

Drove up from Canberra, for a much needed holiday staying with my parents in Caloundra ... Up here for a few weeks (Christmas, and most of January
Been finding at least one cache a day since I left home, went to Widgee for the NYE Geocaching weekend, and had heaps of fun up there finding lots of caches with a bunch of great people, now back to caching on my own (or sometimes with my muggle parents if we are out and about together)
We came camping for a few days, at a cane farm on the river bank (owned by some good friends of my parents) - too many bull sharks for swimming, but lots of paddle time in my kayak
Came in to town for the markets, with Mum (Muggle, but sort of part of my caching team because her and Dad have helped me find a few whenever we have been visiting each other or travelling together) ... Decided to grab a daily find on the way back to our camp on the river ... nearly running out of caches I can paddle to on the river, from the farm.
TFTC - Looked around and found a cache shaped hole at a place that matched the hint... but decided to keep looking... still no luck... Figured i might have to go find something else to find, but first I might just look "over there"... half way to it I spotted a corner of something familiar in the kind of spot i was not expecting to find anything ... right when Mum called out to see if i had got lost in here - lol
Mum decided to do her bit for the environment and weed out a heap of tiny camphor laurel tree seedlings (weeds) ... but I looked around and realised her efforts had barely made a tiny dent - lol
I guess I *could* have paddled my kayak up here ... but it would have been a looooooong day - lol
Just realised ... This day marks 5 years since I signed up and became a Geocacher - found my first cache (or 2 - lol) in the wee small hours of the morning on 13/1/13

Find #333
Driving from Beaudesert to Cooroy and back today, had to break the trip up a bit and what better way to do it then to find some caches. Ended up finding 6 today, not a bad haul at all.
Took two attempts to find this one. Searched and searched with the GPSr to no avail. Lots and lots of mozzies and spiders and associated webs which would've made anyone watch laugh at my dancing. Couldn't find it so retreated back to the car to read some more in the safety of the car. Found a really good description from YoungGoldFella which was pretty spot on and made for a quick find.
In the cache discovered a TB which I grabbed as well as my very first path tag. I was so excited to do more research on what it was. Turned out to be owned by the great SaintsMadHouse.
Thanks for the cache Scrub Bull, finders should read previous logs for better directions

Found it at the end of a trail. Hidden away nicely. I added a trackable owl to go and travel the world! Thanks for this cache, I have been past this a few times and didn't know about the little park.
This cache does not need maintenance and was found at the listed coordinates using my Garmin GPSr
Found with Brissy Cat but would not have found without the description of Younggoldfella - thank you! Happy to provide hints/photo if you are stuck. Definitely found 19 September (think Brissy Cat's log date is wrong).

Just visiting some trackables as I had already found this one on a visit the year before. Rhobocacher eventually came up with the cache as it wasn't where I had found it previously.
I came up to Yandina for the event yesterday and cached my way up and found two more close to the Scout Camp yesterday before lunch. Plan today was to find the 5 I had on my list and leave for home by 0930. Plans changed.
Teamed up with RhoboCacher and Echocage1 with me being the pilot for 11 for me,9 for one and 7 for the other as they had these as found earlier. Left base camp at about 0915 ans back at about 1115. Good company and no DNF's but came close once. Got back to Nanango at 1400. Very good two hours in close proximityu to the Scout camp. This one was very tricky and seeing the last two attempts were DNF's had our doubts about finding this one. Rhobocacher came up with the find after about twenty minutes. Used clues from previous logs. Not under any trees. Between two very small tress in a hole covered with pine needles. large tree close by and close to gully. Gpsr had to settle and was about 3 to 4 meters out in the trees. TFTC scrub Bull

Out with YoungOldFella and Echocage1 today for a few of the surrounding caches, after turning over every pine needle (well thats what it felt like) I finally found this one and purely by accident at the time I almost thought that I imagined a noise and had to confirm my find before yelling out to the others. Thank goodness obviously someone was looking down and helping me out today. TFTC
Billyjoy and I arrived quite late and our ipad ran out of power, couldn't see in the shadows will be back another day. Thank You for the cache

While Mrs Just a Trifle found herself unexpectedly in Perth, Mr Just a Trifle decided to go for a drive and find a few caches up the coast. He had an enjoyable day, finding a variety of caches along the way.
Thank you Scrub Bull for having placed the cache and for maintaining it for everyone to enjoy

Found by Mary & David at 1324. We've had a wonderful few days in Noosa for a RAAF Course reunion. Just spent an enjoyable time at the Ginger Factory. Found the cache after several minutes once we ignored the hint and looked elsewhere. Our thanks to Scrub Bull.
Found, but out in the open likely due to muggle activity Have placed in a safe spot and notified cache owner so hopefully it should be back in its rightful place soon.
Also picked up trackable which we will pass on soon

We had no luck with this one today. We checked the base of every tree within a 15m radius of GZ but came away empty handed.
At the Dunethin Rock weekend, we (2 x RoddyC and Nadine1989) tick out a few caches to hunt down
Day three (Sunday). Having cached the west/south west of Yandina on Friday, then the Ninderry caches, the new caches on the River and close by and the Event on Saturday, we decided today to do Yandina itself - there is a Multi there that Nadine1989 has her eyes set upon.
A quick walk through the trees had us at GZ and the cache located easily. Good one!
Log signed & replaced again. Found at 10.30am on 7th August 2016. TFTC

Being a lover of Scrub Bull's caches and knowing that unfortunately the caches aren't being maintained, I came to this one all prepared today. We were camping at Dunethin Rocks for the Sierra1 event so as we had done most of the close caches on the river in previous years we decided to make this our target cache. We paddled up on very quiet and still water. It was an easy trip for the 4 chikins in the one canoe. It didn't take too long to find at all and I replaced the container. The original sticker has been left inside the new container. I added new swaps, a pencil and one of our signature coins. Hopefully this will last another 9 years LOL. Thanks Scrub Bull for all your amazing caches. This was such a pretty spot we had lunch here (well our canoe was well secured to the tree roots so it only made sense!).
Found cache but plastic container disintegrated on touch and had to be taken to the rubbish bin.Unfoftunately I didnt have a replacement with me.Log in bag was left in good condition plus remaining trinkets less the golf balls .
New container required.
New container required.
Found it on a roundabout zigzag through every spider web in the area! Removed the usual rubbish people put in caches but left the golf balls that seem to be courtesy of the neighbour. xxx
We were in the area today with a view to cleaning up some of the land based caches around Maroochy River. This was cache Number 3 on the list.
We found a suitable parking spot and made our way to GZ and after searching several spots where the cache could have been we finally came up with the item that we were seeking. It was a little exposed.
The log was signed and returned to the cache and the cache replaced exactly as found with additional camo added to hide it better.
All is good with this cache.
Find #403.

Out for a day of caching with stortigirls. We had a few caches that we were targeting for the day, but were also happy to pick up others along the way. After finding a couple of caches on a nearby mountain, we were driving past this one, so decided to stop. After waiting for some kayakers to relaunch their craft, we began the hunt for the cache. It was soon located and the log signed. TFTC
On the way home from Mt Ninderry, we were driving right past, so couldn't possibly ignore an opportunity for a smilie. After waiting for some kayakers to launch back into the water we made a quick find and added our names to the log. Tftc Scrub Bull.
first dnf in a while. spent a fair while looking with no success, widened the search, looked at new co ords , and still nothing.
I've been here twice now and have spent some time going around in circles to no avail. Boggy and wet today too. Leaving a little disappointed and none the wiser. Hmmm..
