We were on a cruise from Brisbane to Japan and back on the Sun Princess and the shuttle bus dropped us off at the shopping mall and I took a stroll while the wife checked out the shops.
I had checked out a few caches along the way and arrived at this spot at the same time as a few other tourists who took their time taking selfies with The Lady.
As soon as they moved out of sight I paid my respects to the lady and soon discovered this body cache hide.
TFTC.

Found it during tropical storm bavi.
Changed log date to correct date. Geocaching app not adjusting for date line, I assume.

Out taking pictures when I thought I'd just check to see what was near-by. Fun find!
There should be a German Flag trackable in this cache, might be the reason it is getting hard to open. Please report if the trackable is there or not so I can possibly move it to a more suitable cache.
Found it but could NOT get it open. We did not bring a wrench. Did we need one? Maybe the lid is rusted shut? All the strength we could muster did not budge that lid.
My last day on the island, and work finished up late last night so I had today free. Unfortunately the heavy rain from Thursday continued into Friday so I couldn't spend as much of the day geocaching as I wanted to. A big thanks to all the hiders on the island and hopefully I'll be able to grab another group the next time I'm out here for work. TFTC
The cache is there and in good condition It was kinda hard to open though but somehow we managed TFTC at this interesting place!
After replacing the cache on Monday, I get the email that the cache is missing again yesterday. So I headed out this morning to check on it again and lo and behold, the cache is still there and not missing at all. Still good to go. Decided to do my morning walk around Paseo.
Replaced this cache today. If it goes missing one more time, I think I will have to move it to the other side.
I think we found it but there was no cap, no log, just a plastic bag that would normally hold a log. Was also full of water. We are only on island for a few days and thought it would be a quick easy grab. Would love to try again if it does indeed need maintenance.
My daughter and I are here visiting my two sons and a daughter-in-law. My son is a scuba instructor and was giving my daughter lessons while I would rather cache! My daughter-in-law went with me on her maiden geocache voyage. She was interested but the weather was extremely warm so this was only one of two we found today. We found what we assumed was the cache pretty quickly but couldn't unscrew the cap to sign the log. I contacted the CO to make sure it was the actual cache we found and to make sure we could claim it as a find and he said yes! He will be by soon to fix the issue with the cache for future finders. He was so nice and offered any help I might need on the remainder of my time here. I will be here a few more days and hopefully make it up to 1,000 before we leave. TFTC
Yaya! Finally get to SL thanks for taking care of this cache! One of the first ones that we found with grandad Hollywood that inspired us to geocache!
Found this cache with grandad Hollywood a few weeks ago. Went back today to do our official log with our own handle but Cache was missing the lid and no log to be had.
You are right. Have to wait for muggles to dissipate before opening the cache- oh so many photos to be taken.

Checked on this one today and the cache was still there. The cover for the container is missing. We replaced the cache and log with a new one and hid it pretty well for now. I'll get another cover and replace it later but it is not a vital part to finding this cache.
Arrived here during sundown and it's the perfect time to attempt this cache. It's a well lit place, not to mention beautiful scenery coupled with beautiful sunset makes for gorgeous photos, and I'll post a couple of mine when I have the chance. There's also hardly any muggles around that time as well. For me, it was just the joggers, which you can time your grab to, and a couple snogging to the romantic waves who didn't give two cents about me.
Found it very easily, but I think the cap is missing. It still blends in quite well, though I worry about it getting wet.
Fun hide, TFTC!

Had no idea this was here. Found the cache and even posed with some Japanese tourists for photos. Definitely getting a favorite point.
Jimp59 met me at my hotel and took me around to grab a few on my way to 2000. Nice piece of history here and a fantastic park to hang out.I like the container.TFTC.pattayadave
First cache we have found on Guam. We just moved here and I can't wait to get caching! Beautiful place to visit. A good one blygoat. Couldn't sign, didn't have a pen, tnln
Cripplegoose thought he was gonna have to scale up her so I sat down and opened it up and laughed! Easy PnG probably top 3 fastest for me yet! TFTC!
TFTC, pretty easy find, not going to stumble upon it though. Cap was cross threaded so I had to use caveman tools (rock) to loosen it. It's on straight now. TNLNSL.
I didn't find the cache. I couldn't search as long as I would have liked because my eight year old son, who caught three geckos while I searched, was anxious to leave.
I hope it was just a vague hint vs muggles, looked pretty thoroughly b4 the tour bus throngs arrived. Thanks for bringing me here, & TFTH!
First cache found - with my love - fransosick. TFTC

Our Boy Scout Troop 7 is renovating the statue area, pulling out all of the brush, repainting the base, putting in new grass for an Eagle Scout project. I've got the replacement cache ready for this and will replace it in the next couple of days. The rain has been playing havoc with us in finishing this project.
We visited Lady Liberty, unscrewed the metal cap and it was empty. The area looked like it was being renovated. Maybe it was muggled...
Would have never known She was here if it was not for this cache. Nice hide. TFTC SL.
My third find! Thank you so much for bringing my siblings and I here! They never thought that Lady Liberty existed here on Guam. TFTH.
Found with Lexie1969 and Oki-dude on our Southern Loop trip around Guam!

Was down by Paseo doing a project for school and decided to stop by and try my luck. Almost walked over it without noticing! Thank goodness the sun made it glare or I never would've seen it.
Happy to be able to find a previous DNF! Thanks for replacing the cache. Had to hide from ALL the people fishing for Mackrel today. It was crazy out there.
Found It with my beautiful wife (we are expecting in Nov) and my two friends (new to geocaching)
Nice Cache and log in good condition. Ornot2do
