As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
Reperio at 0845. Unfortunately I hadn't updated my GPX file, so still had this one listed on my GPS. Enjoyed walking to GZ, and the area is quite nice, and still managed to locate the cache, but as others have already stated, the cache is in bad need of repair.
Gratias.

Nice walk path to GZ.. Found cache Damage missing lid top - Need new one... (see Photos)
Finally found this.. But it took 3 visits!! In hindsight the clue is a dead giveaway... Unfortunately couldn't sign the log because everything was waterlogged. Could definately do with some maintenance ASAP. TFTC!
well after the rains, that creek is certainly flowing! It was such a nice walk to the G.Z. here with the sound of the babbling brook next to me.
I needed the hint and it was a good one, so I had the cache soon after. evrything is quite damp after all the rain, and the log book could use another zip lock bag, as this one is torn.
I left a little red shoe and took a shell.
I enjoyed this cache, thankyou.

We took a good 45-min look around at GZ, never found it.
From other comments, we figured it was either a you-see-it-or-you-don't scenario, so we called it time and went on to the next cache.

found it this time within a minute. surely it must not have been here yesterday?
A few of us searching for an hour and a half and now we wonder if this one has been washed away??
We found this one on a caching weekend on the Central Coast. We managed to park the car only a short walk away from GZ and enjoyed a stroll along the pathway. The clue had us scratching our heads until we got there and it made sense and helped us have only a quick search for the cache. We weren't bothered by any passing muggles [or dogs for that matter]. TNLNSL TFTC
Third times a charm! I feel like a idiot now I've found it!
Tnlnsl as I was just passing through and didn't have my caching gear with me.

Can anyone verify its still there?

We parked a fair distance away from gz (bad plan) but really enjoyed the walk along the creek to GZ. Surprisingly we had the place to ourselves so the hunt was short and sweet. Great hide TFTC gkseal. [627]
Found it! Took eraser, left duck whistle. Batteries died on GPS as we arrived but didnt stop the find!
I headed down early on my way to the Jets-Mariners game and to do some caching before it and this was the first cache. It was starting to rain a little as i got out of the car so I put a jacket on and headed for the cache, found the cache easily enough but had to just stand around looking at the creek before I could return it then headed back to the car before the rain got heavier.
Found this with the assistance of my two-year old apprentice. Talk about laugh, huddled under the bridge like a pair of trolls in the pouring rain when muggles walked over the bridge talking rather loudly. The mini troll was a wee bit scared but I turned it into a game and all was good. Now I have removed the old zip-zlock bag (which is large enough for me to use as a sleeping bag next camping trip) and placed a new log book, laminated card and pen in a new zip lock bag and put it into a new larger Coffee jar, and left some toy swaps in it as well.
Well after reading the logs of this cache when working out the Hunter boys trip I noticed it needed a new log. So I ensured I packed a few extra.
When we got there we found the moccona jar with the very wet log. We replaced the log and then thought we would leave a water tight cache as well.
It was excellent to see theheadchef also went out of his way to do the same. We must of just missed him.
This cache is now ready to be logged once again.
Thanks gkseal for bringing us to this beautiful little river crossing. It was fun in the rain.

Well what I thought may have been the cache may have been or may not have been..the notes we took with us was to replace the log as there was an indication it was full but we decided to replace the cache. We did sign it before placing it out there, it looks like it has been replaced again by the cache owner...Very well tucked away and what a damp day, we are screaming along to the end of the list right Madstars

I was trying to figure out the cache name as I approached gz - seemed a little odd given the surrounds. The cache was quickly found and now I get it - although using a moccona coffe jar for a cache is clearly not a great way to go given that the log is now just a soggy pile of pulp. Anyway, TFTC.
We found this won easily enough, although it needs some TLC as it's rather soggy, so we were unable to sign the log.
A nice stroll down the path past the mandarin tree. They were delicious...
Unfortunately the cache is in bad need of TLC.
The log inside resembles a lump of mashed potato.
We still enjoyed the hunt and many thanks to gkseal for setting up the cache.

A short walk to a quick find! I liked the tree swing near where we parked.
Thanks gkseal for the cache.

Had a nice walk down the track to the bridge, but the contents of the cache have seen better days. Cheers Gav [3973]
At first I took the cache for a bit of rubbish(!) but soon realised my error. These types of containers tend to not work too well for various reasons, including that they tend to not be watertight as the contents indicate. Managed to write my name but a better container may be in order.
Log book too wet to use, but wrote on a dry piece of paper left by someone else. TNLN. Nice walk.
Log book(s?) now just a pulpy mess. A scrap of paper is all I had to show I'd been there and will maybe get a few more names on it. New log book now URGENTLY needed.
Parked the car and walked a couple of hundred meters along the bike/pedestrian track. Three of us found the cache quickly and had fun with a running race back to the car.
Log was very damp and full. TNLNSL

I'd climbed all over the bridge before looking in place that dentoz had already looked that hid the cache. 9th and final cache for the day. TFTC.

Clever spot, pretty walk down an easy path - saw resident lizards baking in the sun...
Cache wet - dried as much as we could and replaced the old bag with a new waterproof one - hopefully this will help.

Had great fun hiding whilst geopartner and geodog had a very long conversation with some fellow dog lovers. Thought I was never going to get out, but did give me time to log the cache and leave a coin.
Quick find for Sixstars and the junior seekers. The log is pretty damp. TNLN TFTC
Looked around for ages, and couldn't get it! Will have to come back for another look. Nice place for a look anyway. Woyboys.

I arrived at GZ and poked around a little but was not prepared as the torch was left in the car eeesh now I'd have to stick my hand in dark places, luckily the first place it was stuck was the right place! No swaps today and the log book is a little damp, TFTC SL
My first find.
Arrive at location and was tempted not to give this a go today as a bit wet around.

Out with geo-brother for a day of caching in and around Gosford. Brother was the one who found it within minutes.
Found with richlink. An easy find. Thanks. Put log into a resealable plastic bag as it was a bit damp. The original plastic was ripped.

first was on the wrong side a bit muddy as it was raining. read the clues and looked around and found it after some searching.. scared a guy on a bike as i was coming out!!
Got a little bit muddy when we found this one as the GPS wasn't giving us very good accuracy so we had to rely on the additional hint which lead to the find after a bit of searching. TNLN, TFTC.

Walking along the path to GZ we were passed by a Dad with young kid on the back of a miniature Harley Chopper, the things you see. After the recent rain getting the Cache out was a bit messy. Nice hide though and good clues.

My very first cache. A work mate introduced me to Geocaching and showed me what it is all about. A great way to visit places that you wouldn't normally know about. Also a sense of purpose to a trip.

I was expecting this to be near a coffee shop, but I wondered about the significance of the name when I arrived. It didn't take too long to find, then I realised why it was named.
Despite looking in all the areas where you could be licked by a dog, we had no luck. Caches near bridges don't seem to be our thing.

Found it within 30 seconds! Not that it is an easy cache - just luck it was the first place I looked for a change! Left a Lady bug, took nothing, signed log. TFTC
Came here with other Brethren of the Coast members after a meeting. We missed out on FTF by about 10 seconds. Pesky looked on one side of the bridge and we looked on the other, while Maverick looked at the other end. Guess who found it first.
At least we are first to log.

Hargh! to the Cap'n go the spoils!
I tried my hardest to sneak off with the booty, leavin the rest o' the crew scrounging, but one of the officers busted me with the booty!.
quickly made my mark before they could wrest the prize from me hands!

we'd been busy planning our next Pirate event ( stay tuned for location and time) when a new cache nearby was mentioned...
the meeting ended qwuickly, and the course set for the new cache to plunder.
Well done a n interesting hide .
