Hi TheWanglers
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards

(# 6020). Day 3 of my South Island odyssey. Today is getting caches from Kaikoura to Christchurch. Woke up to a fine frosty morning with views of the snow capped ranges. An uneventful trip down. A quick find. Everything in order. TFTC
Searched for a while but found no sign of it. Might have to try again later
Bag and paper was in good Nic but everything else in the container was a bit weather worn. Good cache in a good site though, thank you
I've been meaning to nab this one for a while now since I live just around the corner. Finally got around to it. Found with my geo-son stickmanjnr. Here's a wee tip, wear long sleeves, the cutty grass is very cutty! Took the travelbug to send it on it's way.
Found on the way home to Nelson with Nanzie. Left a TB. Thanks Hello Mrs

On our way back to Nelson from Christchurch after visiting family for the weekend a quick easy find Thanks for this cache Hello Mrs
An interesting spot to stop at on my cyclocaching trip this morning. An easy find here. TFTC.
Out for another day of collecting caches in the local area.
A quick find.

Yeah, I suppose it was a significant occasion but I'm not sure it warranted such a memorial. I attended a camp in Woodend once but not here. It was a very long time ago. TFTC .
The 3rd and last day of our Easter raid East and we are out collecting some points for the Planetary Pursuit.
Yay! We have made it to Pluto and are now official Space Explorers but there is always more caches to find so we are now out in the dark trying to find them. This one was actually really hard to see the hint in the dark as it was completely hidden by cutty grass. Pleased to finally spot this oldie. I think its time to pack it in for the night. Thanks for placing the cache

I've never been a scout unfortunately but not long ago I had a scout travel bug to be taken around scout sites. I hope it makes it here. Wouldn't have found this cool bit of history if I wasn't caching.
Thanks very much!
Thanks very much!
We were both Cub, and Scout leaders in years gone by so it was nice to come and find this cache. Great memories. Thanks for the cache
Found it on a rainy afternoon but forgot my pen!! Not a good Boy Scout here Thanks!!
I have dropped off the 'kids' for an event nearby, and had a couple of hours spare to cache, how convenient! Luckily I have not cached much around here, so plenty to keep me occupied It did get dark in the process unfortunately, but I had quite a bit of fun! Very cool spot for a cache this one! TFTC!!
The road was closed off for alot of the day, but after 3-30 they all packed up and we could get to the caches along the way. Easy find in an interesting spot, out with Wurzel'47 collecting a few smilies today. TFTC
Tftc. Thanks to whom ever left the stick to use to retrieve the stash. Once upon a time I was a brownie and a girl guide. I went to charnwood85 camp in england.
Introduced a friend to Geocaching with this one whilst out for a run around the beach block. TFTC
Quick find. Spent quite a few nights under canvas as a brownie, guide, ranger, ranger leader and Duke of Edinburgh advisor. One of the most memorable would be in gale conditions at MOA in 1993/94 Christmas holidays. Tftc
Out on a geocache trip. The crew found it in the cutty grass. Be careful. Learnt some history while there. Don't have a story to tell while in the cubs or getting to old to remember lol. We left some of our bounty behind.
Looked for this once before in my less experienced caching days. This time it was a cinch! TFTC
Driving home from chch to Blenheim and getting a few caches on the way.
Nice easy one this. TFTC.

Would never have known this was here! Good to get out and see something different.
Scout Troop Camp (Canterbury) was transferred from Hello Mrs to user TheWanglers
Did not realise we should be able to enter the area with the monument as the gate was screwed shut. Managed to find our way in and the cache was a quick find after that.
Went for a day trip around Pegasus and Woodend with Injeanious and jess.daphne, we signed the log as InTheDaph. TFTC.
Jess.daphne, The Burnsy and I decided to team up for a day of geocaching around Pegasus and Woodend. We picked up 21 caches and had a good time exploring the area on a cool summers day.
The gate seems to have been screwed shut for some reason but Jess.daphne jumped over and located the cache. Thanks for bringing us to this location. It's the kind that you could easily miss. Tftc.

Yes! Found it!
It is in a little sistema container. The pencil has gone missing though.

In town for a “Mega” weekend of caching. I joined up with Yeetrees and gonefishing to form Team YGB. I really enjoyed exploring the country roads of Canterbury. We travelled a fair few Kilometres in the 4 days we were here, and had a great time, with a lot of laughs along the way. Good weather, and good company. It doesn’t get much better than that does it.
Monday. Day Four, Area 4. Today we ventured north up towards Amberley. A change of scene from the long straight roads on the plains that we had experienced in the previous days. We then headed back to Pegasus and Rangiora to round out the day with a bit of urban caching.
Thanks to all the CO’s for all the caches we found.
Cheers and TFTC

Two old scouts out for a day's geocaching after the Mega. Nice historic site but only one of us was prepared to climb over the gate. (I know, in my younger days I would've jumped over with ease). I remember my Dad telling me of his attendance at a Jamboree here in the early 1940's. Thanks for bringing me here.
Found during the Mega weekend on bit of a tiki-tour around the Canterbury back blocks. Great weather, great caches, great fun! Thanks to all the cache owners for putting out and maintaining caches for us to find. All in all, a fun road trip with Boxhill and Yeetrees, we signed many of the logsheets as YGB to save both time and logsheet spaces.
TFTC Hello Mrs
TFTC Hello Mrs
Crood K was eager and willing to climb over for this. Crood Dad pointing at wrong post but like a scout he used his keen sense of direction to find the right spot. Tftc.
