What a lovely park, with lovely views. A lovely spot for a lovely cache Smile We really enjoyed coming here, it would have been an interesting spot to have lived in the old days although the work would probably have been rather back-breaking.

This was a beautiful point to visit and the cache made it more enjoyable.

What a nice hide, I had no clue but Mrs Madstars approached it from the right angle and saw it straight away. I was confused.... mind you I am like that most of the time looking for caches. hahaha

Thanks Detourism for placing a great cache in a great hide, it was appreciated.

Found this cache at 2pm after booking in to our Motel for the weekend for a family get together. What a lovely penninsular and lake. We had it all to ouselves. After hanging around and working out which tree it was in hand and thrown up to the other Bushie.
Took: Nil.
Left: Bottle opener and coloured wooden dolly peg.
Thanks Detourism for the hide.

As I approached I noticed some kids playing at GZ so I sat at a table nearby to wait them out. After about 10 minutes looking out at the lake they were still there so I called it a day. As I drove off I thought I'd have once last check and noticed them riding away on their bikes. Tops a quick U-Turn and park and I was a GZ. I found the cache within a minute. I can't believe that the kids haven’t found it yet as this is obviously their hang out, and there are right next to it. The cammo is starting to flake off a bit so I did my best to make sure it was not too noticeable. Nice job on the container and a great location for a Cache.

Went for a pleasant walk this evening out to this park.
This was a very busy area this afternoon, with a lot of fisherman out and about.
Got the cache finding duties out of the way fairly quickly and spent some time at the park
TNLN .. the cache needs a new pen, so couldn't SL

This was 3rd find for the day. Really liked the locations views. Also, the cache itself was a most unusual container and fnding it required some unusual techniques! My wife Debbie found it....needed a womans logic. TNLN

The Passengers favourite cache for the day. Well hidden (the little torch came in handy) and in a lovely little spot.

On our way to the co-ords we had to pretend to be taking in the view due to muggles (one of which was using a tree as a bathroom). We were a little worried that the cache was going to be in the middle of a muggle BBQ but then we realised where we had to go.

Once we found the cache we used the privacy of the area to sit and enjoy the contents of the cache and the view. I was quite impressed with the business card of the cache owner and am about to go look up the site.

Before we left we dropped off TB (Just a Pink Ball) and left a fly eye toy, why not use it to look at the view.

Thanks very much for that cache.

Third and final cache for the day. A great park and an easy find, especially when approaching from the right angle.
Plenty of muggles around, but thankfully not near the caceh. We enjoyed watching the model yachts being raced before we left the area.
