Couldnt find it gps says we were right on top, had a good look for half an hour, next time
Whilst on a geoadventure that took me in a loop from Beerburrum, Glass House, Beerwah, Peachester and Woodford and back to Beerburrum. Drove until I got to some large puddles in the road and walked the last 300m to GZ. Took a bit of time but I found it eventually. Looks like someone was hungry! Thanks Cookie16!
Thanks Cookie16 for bringing me back here after more than 10 years. I had forgotten the subtleties of this hide so we spent a bit of time scrambling around before I noticed something unusual. As others have mentioned the container has a hole chewed in it. After signing in and re-hiding we were surprised by what sounded like a loud gun shot! We tentatively went back to the road and found that my back bike tyre had burst as I had laid it down in the hot sun. It was a long hot walk back to Beerburrum as we had a repair kit but didnt have a pump! Life lessons!
We are staying a few weeks with our son in QLD.Today my wife and me walked the Trachyte circuit. On our way, there is this Geocache.I have searched for it and found it.Though the logrol is wet, I wrote my name on it.It was a beautiful walk.Greetings from the Dutchmen.
Took us a while to find this one. Fell for the obvious at first then paid a bit more attention to the gz. Looks like some critter has had a go at the container and moisture is starting to get in. Great hide. Cheers!
And we’re back at the Sunny Coast to finish off this months challenge, its been one hell of a struggle but we’re on the final stretch to get it done. Pheew!
We drove down the trail in my little beast up to the water than went of foot the rest of the way. Once at GZ we had a quick poke around in several spots and eventually found the cache. Went to place the log back in the baggy than I noticed a rather large 8 legged friend on it, at that very moment I dropped everything and had to fight the eight legged friend to retrieve the baggy.
Thanks for bringing us here.

Pretty hard to find only cause we had to trudge through the bush a bit to find it. Cool things in the container though.
Been through this national park quite a few times and never even thought to look for a cache. Thanks for the hide
Tftc cookie16, looked for your cache today and found it in good condition.

Walking around this circuit track and saw this cache here. So decided to get it. Went to the obvious one first but it was not that one as gz was a bit further. A nice quick find. TFTC
Cookie16 I found your cache Dirty Dog in Glasshouse on 30/6/2022, 1:55 pm. This is my find 3670 and find # 24 today. Lovely drive in and a short walk to GZ. Found it after a brief search. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Picking up a few caches on my way home to the Gold Coast and after having a DNF nearby on the power trail, I did a slight detour as far as I could stopping short of the croc infested waters, lol, and having just a 375 mtr walk to GZ.
Nice quick find of this oldist cache once I arrived at GZ, thanks CO.

Great day out with a bunch of kids who were very excited and determined to find the cache. We’ve left a little present inside.
Relogging found caches under the name Bonkersandshush to my other accountGAZKERSH.Thanks.Nice quick find while heading to the lookout Thanks for the cache
Nice to find another oldie with davidwazza and smallwombat after our Mt Beerwah expedition.
Thanks for the cache and taking us here Cookie16.
Thanks for the cache and taking us here Cookie16.
Today, I joined a small group in hiking up Mount Beerwah in the Glass House Mountains. We had a reasonable starting time, and then proceeded up to the summit, to be rewarded with some terrific views of the surrounding mountains and plains. After taking a short detour past the summit geocaches, we were back at the car park in 6-7 hr. We managed to take a few more stops in the vicinity, and then I travelled solo south to Caboolture, where I managed to completed a few more Adventure Labs: *Caboolture Oldies* and *Sports of Caboolture*.
Following our Mount Beerwah summit hike, E_Smiley, smallwombat, and I decided to head to this oldie geocache as our final group assault for today. Our plan to drive to GZ was thwarted by some fairly large puddles in the road, but in the end, a gate not too far away meant we were always destined to walk here. Our focus was initially towards another large stump and log, before looking at our GPSs to discover there was another log 10-15 m away to where we needed to go. However, it then didn't take long to find as I saw it upon approach. Unfortunately, this geocache container is starting to show its age, as the container is cracked at the bottom, and its contents (including the logbook) were quite damp. A TLC visit may be required here soon. Thanks Cookie16 for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. It was nice to have found this oldie 09/2007 hidden cache, which is on the list of Queensland's 1000 oldest geocaches.

This older cache was spied today after an epic climb up mt beerwah and was set upon by our intrepid three, e_smiley, davidwazza and myself.
This cache was one of the easiest finds of the day, which was a nice slow winddown to an adrenaline topped morning.
Thank you for the tutu cache!

Found with Just_Jess! Our first and possibly only cache in the Glasshouse Mountains. Thanks for bringing us to the lovely Trachyte circuit. Cache has hole in it, as reported by others. TFTC
Great the book is a little damp and a tiny hole in the container.. Great find
Loving getting out on new trails. Been in & around this area lots, but never on this trail. Pretty quick find. Cache needs repair, log is a bit soggy. BYO pen. TFTC
We were here walking a few trails, on a strictly sightseeing day, but when I saw we were passing this one I had to stop. It is a nice big container which made the search very quick. TFTC
Got it. Took a bit of a wander though. Heaps of annoying mosquitoes today made for rush signing before we had to run back to the car outside the gates.
Did it the lazy way today. Had planned a nice trail walk to the lookout nearby but arrived too late in the area. We shall return and do it another time. This is a really beautiful part of forest and one we hadn't been to before, but mind out for the potholes! TFTC
Found with my mate Wayne today. TFTC
Needs maintenance, container has a whole. No pen/pencil

Cache a day to keep the doctor away, or is it to keep me sane. No it’s to keep my streak alive. TFTC Cookie16 ¥292 . #1842 Finds.
Out caching with the Tough Mothers (Jemillalucy, Bennyboppers and Lisylou). TFTC!
Tough mother weekend away with Benny boppers, Lisylou and Mnance101. Lovely day for a walk. Tftc
Doing a spot of caching this weekend with lisylou and jemillalucy and mnance101 tftc
Lovely walk and an easy to find cache. The container needs to be replaced - has a hole at the bottom.
This hide was not targeted on today's list but as it was just down the road from a puzzle it would have been criminal not to steal it. Check two likely spots as the first spot failed to provide a cache. Then had to wait out a herd of muggles. Heard this herd a few 100 metres away. Seriously they made more noise than a flock of cockatoos. All good in the end as we were calling stumps after finding this cache. thanks for maintaining this cache Cookie16.
Just up the road from our puzzle collection so decided to make this the last for the morning . Quick find despite having to wait out a trail of muggles passing by!!! Tftc
We found it! But there was no pen or pencil to write our name in it. Should have brought our own. We had eight kids with us so it was an easy find and it was at a perfect spot in the circuit which kept them all motivated to keep walking. Thanks for a great cache!
Out hiking with girls. Picked up this cache along the way. TFTC TNLNSL. Might need new container, bottom chewed out.
After picking up a mystery cache down the road, we drove on to look for this one as well. When I parked the car I took notice of the walking trail signs and laughed that no one would come out here on their own. I might have included an f-bomb as well in my exclamation. Of course out of nowhere a couple of hikers emerged from the path.
Well I felt like a right tit but I needed to find a cache. Mrs Woodyrothwell hung out on the large log taking photos for something called Instagram while I waited for my phone to play the game. Once in the right area a quick find was made. tftc

A morning of walking around the Tibrogargan and Trachyte trails, dodging the rain showers. This was a fairly easy find. However, like others have commented, it was very dirty inside and has a hole in the bottom. We removed some rubbish, but didn’t have any supplies with us to do more. Thanks for the hide.
I was in this vague vicinity for a tricky new puzzle cache so it made sense to come along to look for this one. Very peaceful here at 7am on a Sunday (no sign of muggles or dirty dogs) and it makes me want to do a few of these trails that I've not been on before. Fairly easy find after ascertaining which piece of lumber I had to nose around. Thanks for the cache, Cookie16.
We chose to be lazy and drive right up to the cache. Second find for the day and we had many more km's to drive so lazy was justified! This cache lived up to its name of Dirty Dog and was filthy dirty inside.
Found it on our trip to the Sunshine Coast!
There is a hole in the container so the cache is getting wet...
Took out the black ninja trackable to help him on his quest!

I took the lazy route. There are some amazing fallen trees around here. Thanks for the cache!
Found it! I put in a trackable geocache and some Namibian coins from our trip to Africa =)
We finally made our way out to this one the hint and geotrail led to a pretty quick find I picked up the tb which happened to be mine TFTC
