Sorry, but this cache is a first for me, the first one I have ever wanted archived. I decided to look for it, even though it has not been found since last year, and 3 DNFs are the last logs. This in itself is not really a reason for archiving- if I owned a cache in similar circumstances and someone put in a SBA log, I would be peeved, but the main reason is the prescense of drug taking paraphinalia at GZ. I uncovered needles, plastic baggies, swabs, and various other items in the most logical spot for a cache. I did not locate the cache. I have to warn others contemplating searching for this one, be EXTREMELY CAREFUL, as all sorts of nasties lurk in the leaf litter. I am lucky, something pricked my senses, and I grabbed a stick to do my searching, something I honestly rarely do.

We spent a bit of time here and still could not find might have a look next time we are down that way.
Great spot for a cache.....but the hide was to good for me today. Spent around 5 minutes looking, but with the damp ground and rain around, had to give up.
Thanks anyway......
Thanks anyway......
A local stray dog helped me find this one..... well, he was hanging around when I found it. SL. TFTC brockjab.
Easy-ish find, one I stopped trying to get into someones backyard. Tiniest park ever. Thanks.
Found on 2nd attempt was too dark last night and I was too stressed out with narrow streets, one way streets and steep hills. Not used to Tasmanian driving. Better in daylight.
First find for the day cold and realy blowing hard what were we thinking took TB left toy TFTC SL
Our last cache for Tasmania. Back to the North island today. TFTC. Dropped in a TB.
Be warned... the leaves etc on the hill in this park are slippery! I spilt my hot drink all over my hand sliding down the hill. Thankfully, other than feeling a bit sticky, I was unharmed. Found the cache quickly and back in the car and off to the next one. Thank you for the cache.
Having finally returned (armed with GPSr this time), the cache was located. This proved much easier now that the autumn leaves are all but gone!

Found this one eventually. Was to busy watching mini cachers sliding and slipping around everywhere due to the recent rains. Mini cachers must have looked at this one a couple of times before I seen it from afar.

Our one and only find for the day.
The recent wet weather meant we accidently left a few skid marks.
Sorry.

topped this one up with a bunch of swaps, as it was looking a little empty. took hourglass and pink kitty. leaves and rocks were a touch slippery as it had been raining! TFTC!
Nice find, Sidekick Samual's first find! I just went along for the walk! Not sure what was swapped but Lachlan should log that soon as he was tech dude for this one!
After an extensive search (without the GPS) we had to admit defeat and move onto the next cache... The masses of autumn leaves everywhere no doubt helped to conceal the target.
We'll be back!
We'll be back!
Had to do a bit of digging through the autumn leaves to find this one but got through to it eventually. Nice hide, TFTC
A tricky spot for parking. Walking on the acorns was a bit like walking on ball bearings. But the cache was successfully found and logged while managing to stay upright. TFTC
The et al found this after setting off a minor rockfall scrambling on all the stones in this park. Acorns under foot made the walking tricky. TN left a pink cat. TFTC.
Found the acorns a real trap, with one of the party slipping almost down the hill during the search. A very busy spot. A dumped shopping trolley spoiled it a bit, as well as someone's phone bill. Left Marg Simpson card and took dancing bear.
An interesting little park. TFTC

15:55 Found on our Touring Tassie and Beyond 2009 Trip!
We missed the stop on our way up the hill to the gorge, so on our way back we made sure we stopped and double checked the hand brake before heading off for the cache. M made the nice easy find, which left A with the time to stroll around in all the falling leaves, before we raced back to the car to warm up and continue on our way

Found it!
Well son Phil found this one after falling off the very large rock located above the cache location. Well he had a few dents in his pride, little blood and skin off the knee but happy that he then went on to find cache. [B)]
Thanks "brockjab" for the cache.

An unusually warm night for this time of year made a good night for caching. This is our first find at night.
Great little cache, coordinates bang on, well hidden but easy to find (if that makes sense...)
Only downside of it was the multitude of mossies!!!
Thanks for the cache

Out walking around town. Found this one pretty quick. Nice view here, and good exercise!
GPS had us in the front yard last time so the clue made it pretty easy this time around. On the way to 40 steps now for another attempt at it.
Found this one after a long serch in the dark at 22.30.
Took dutch geocoin... will try to get it overseas or somewhere different from where it has been.

Our first find for the day before it gets too hot. A nice little park except the local lads have obviously had quite a party nearby - they even left their shoes. TNLN. Tnx for the views
Found this one on a quick trip into town. Took Green Jeep travel bug, left a little spanner and an army man.
Had to do this at night with a head torch. Took the Viking and a keychain to Melbourne. Left a Trackable Jeep and a Geocoin.
Great little drive-by. Would've been a whole lot harder whithout the clue. TNLNSL.
Great hide. I had my hand on top of it before I found it.
Had to wait for a couple of young muggles on bikes to pass before I could replace it.

I found this cache on my last day of caching while on holiday in Tasmania. I unfortunately was ill when I returned home and needed to be in the hospital. I have Leukemia and this visit to Australia was a trip of a lifetime. TNSL TFTC! Left my Pathtag. Sorry to log so late. Jodi of team Fireboy ~ aka NurseGIRL
Found on our way to Central Park. A lovely day and a pleasant stroll from school. Took "girly" items , gloss and mascara, and left blue monkey.
Third for the evening. Took cow and left Ballerina Bear. A great introduction to a a fun pastime

Our GPSr had some problems here wanting us to search about 20m away from our final find. Bad time of the day for the satellites!

Found it on the way back from Cataract Gorge. It was an easy find but very slippery. TFTC
Interesting spot. Very exposed to muggles. Have gone past this park 100's of times over the years & never really noticed it.
we went to the wrong park to start with - but after a walk up the hill and a climb in the rocks and bushes we nailed this one! Took the thong keyring and left a cow - mooo
I noticed that there were three caches all near here but only picked up two on this round as I mistakedly believed the third to be accessed from elsewhere. Anyway after parking not so far away I made the find in a really pretty part of town
Thanks TNLN

Haven't seen an oak tree for years. This was our 1st Tassie geocache.Very exciting for us indeed. We have set off on a walking exploration of Launceston including as many geocaches as we can fit in . ... TFTC ... eatmorchickin and Stigglepot on honeymoon from Brisbane (we are enjoying the cold weather).
First find on my early morning, pre-breakfast walk. I looked on the wrong side of the path to start, but once I realised my error it was a quick find.

Another pretty autumn park in Launceston. The park was quite clean for once.
Caution will be needed approaching the cache in the wet season otherwise a quite noticeable and slippery path will be worn directly to it.

We located a suitable parking spot for ourselves and maccamob and headed off down the steps of this steep little park The GPSrs were a bit patchy here today and we decided to spread out and look for logical hiding holes which worked and Team Crackers found the cache

Glad you warned us about the path!!
Gosh they make steep roads; paths in Tasmania! Was well puffing by the time walked from 'arbour with no boats to here and back again!
Pity about all the rubbish left around in this little park

FOUND: a good quality relatively new leatherman type pouch or slightly larger next to GZ we have brought it back to Vic with us as there was no room to leave it in the cache - contact if you wish to organise a return

I was in Loonie to train some lovely people, so spent the evening caching around and catching up with MullinItOvr. We parked near this, then I lead her on a deathmarch to the others in the area. Good thing she didn't have herr GPSr out so didn't know how far astray I was leading her!
The cache was found easily, logged, and replaced.

The seed for this "FEB 08 NUMBERS RUN" germinated during our South Coast Chaos walk and now we have done it.
Finished work as early as possible, not early enough, on Friday and set of for Somerset. Managed about two hours sleep/rest and started 00:00 and finished at 23:54 today.
We had relaxed breaks for breakfast, lunch and dinner and achieved our goal with only nine DNFs, no injuries and were still smiling at the end.
Thankyou for this cache brockjab

Another cache and dash. Not sure about this location, seems a bit of a cache for the sake of placing a cache but it's another find. Cheers Brockjab.
Found this one when I was Mrs Cheesy Pig. I have struck out on my own and am now logging the caches I found in my previous persona (but not the ones found only by Mr Cheesy Pig of course)! Let me know if you would like me to find it and log it again but under my new name.
Found this one right after RobTas today! Seems like we have been following him around most of the morning!

Found this afternoon by Mr Emu, GAFF3 http://wiki.geocaching.com.au/wiki/GAFF . Another "opportunity grab" (delayed flight) while I have the rare treat of a hire car. Enjoyed visiting the little oasis on the corner, after which I followed forthferalz recommendation and went looking for the café on Frederick St for my caffiene fix. Thanks for the three quick caches "brockjab" - a much appreciated break after work for this rather tired visitor.

Really great day for a short walk - the three caches nearby make a lovely circuit from a great little cafe down the hill in Frederick St. Thanks for the caches! Not a hard find - wondering if this has been muggled as there was no blue nose badge or any trades at all inside. Logbook intact though. TNLN
Nice easy find in a snug little park. My 8 Y.O. Dtr did all the work! Took nothing, left Bluenose badge. TFTC.
Very sneaky hide, you need to keep your eyes in every direction while grabbing this one from its hiding spot as there is the possibility of getting sprung from any angle, even THAT house…..TFTC TNLNSL
