I'm going to archive this cache in a couple of months because the hiding spot gets too wet over winter.
The cache is still there at the moment.

we wandered a bit. what a fun place to visit. had coffee and snacks with two mums over easter.

Took a quick diversion off SH1 to grab this one, easy enough find once we were in the right place! NINO TFTC

Took a while but finally found it. Plenty of 'hunting' spots to choose from. Thanks for the lovely walk in a track I would not have known exited otherwise. I have been to the beach here, but no further. TFTC

Found as part of my three week caching trip from Wellington to Auckland - # 271. Nice area, seemed to be a working bee of some sort going on - but not too close to the cache. Thanks.

Miss. Iarekt fell asleep in the car on our way out from Bulls so I stayed with her while Mr. Iarekt braved the intrepid trail that is the Tangimoana Walkway! It is a nice, peaceful area that we will have to return to on a more summery day. He was nice enough to bring the cache back to the car so I could join in the loot mooching and log writing. Unfortunately the cache was completely wet. We drained it as best as we could but the log book was ruined. We delved into my McGyver backpack and came out with a replacement log book with its own bag. We also put the container in its own bag to hopefully stop this happening again.

Cache was saturated and full of water, tried to dry it out as best as I could, may need new logbook

After doing the caches in Foxton I decided that I needed to head a bit North and clean up this area around the coast, found cache pretty quickly, BUT it was upside down, managed to retrieve it easily enough and then realised it was full of water , emptied it all out and the contents were all saturated including the logbook, dried it out as much as I could and managed to sign logbook, need maintenance, not quite sure how it filled up with water, love this spot, thanks for bringing me here, TFTC TNLNSL (824)

A nice Sunday morning stroll brought me to what I thought was GZ and I hunted around trying to make the hint fit what I was looking at - but it just didn't! Then I opted for another GP mode and walked onto the co-ords and it all became very clear.

We took a drive out to the coast on this sunny winter's day. Enjoyed looking around Tangimoana. This cache is a nice hide in a nice spot, thanks nzcoozer.

Nice location, we never would have come here if it not for geocaching, TFTC, SL. -tag, -rubber, +coral, +giraffe.

Found easily today. There is now a nice new dry cache in place. Lots of Monarch butterflies flying around.

Easy to find, terribly water logged.

(160) Cold wet day but easy find. unfortunately cache more than 50 percent water! could not write in log. Maintenance required.

(160) Found without too much trouble. At least 50 percent of the space in the cache was water - cosequently everything in it is soaked!

First time visit out here for me. Interesting walkway and plantings in the area giving it some character already. Spot on co-ords which was good, I left the cache notes at home!

Found without too much difficulty although marked position was some distance away from GPSr indicated position. An interesting little spot I had not been to before so thanks for giving me the reason to find it.

Found it with Scoop81. The co-ordinates seemed to be a but out which caused confusion on an earlier attempt. Easy find once we widened the search zone.

Top marks for your cache placement, right between Punga St and Paua St!! A great start to our day. Nice little park in a quiet sleepy little beach bach community. Enjoyed the walk to the cache on a hot summers day.
