Located by Rubus Pickers and cousins at 3.50 pm. The third HJ73 cache of five for the afternoon. A nice hide. TNLN. Thanks Homerjay73.
Found by Mary & David at 1635. Another quick find, and good fun, as we start heading homeward. TNLN. Our thanks to homerjay73.
Nice hide.
The hard part was waiting for the traffic to clear to retrieve and replace it.

Number 15 of 25 finds in our "Epping and beyond" day out. Found at 2.25pm. I very quickly recognised this cache, as I have been told that one of mine (Green Wall) is very similarly constructed. Previous finders had even left a retrieval implement for us! A quick find, signed log, and continued on our way. Thanks once again, homerjay!
13:55 was the time this cache was found! This cache hunt was completed with Scooters Mob on our joint geocaching expedition. TnLNSL SL TFTC

Success at out third attempted homerjay73 cache today. An easy find this time. Cute container. Thanks homerjay73.
Followed the GPS, found it straight away, took advantage of having the 12yo to retrieve (and replace) the cache.

An easy find but not so easy to retrieve. Not being as athletic as Muzza, we used a device we keep in the car for such purposes.. After that an easy retrieval, but gee is this a busy intersection. Put back after some time.

I'm getting a bit old for gymnastics, but I managed to make the right moves here and was able to log the cache.
Thanks Homerjay73 - one with a bit of a difference.

Any cache Jen found, On a caching day with Muzza and Barcoder cache # 11 of 30 today. My thanks to homerjay73 for the cache.
This is number eleven 30 caches found today in company with Muzza and Kiwideb on another great caching day. The weather was perfect, the company excellent, the caches fantastic. We actually did this one before MmmmmmmDuff on the way in. Muzza our hero did the climbing as Kiwideb and I are not as tall as some. Although once at a GZ you never leave till you retrieve it especially if you can see it!! We would have used the car I think. Anyway thanks for the cache homerjay73

Took us a while to see this one, even though it stands out quite clearly. As others have said, it's a two person job to get it, or one person if they're much more agile than we are.

We found our 1st HomerJay cache at 3:55pm as the 3rd of 12 on our Warrandyte to Yan Yean Ramble. We had had a tip that Homerjay caches were given a little extra effort than the normal run-of-the-mill cache so we were eager to partake a little this afternoon. A nice and pleasant start here. Luckily, a team effort was enough to sign this one off. Thanks for the cache from D & H B-A.
We found this after spending the weekend with friends in Croydon and then doing a 'drop-in' on friends in Diamond Creek. A nice quick drive-by. D spied the hide from the car and do the required maneuvers to have it in hand. A clever little cache container indeed. Did you know that on Sunday 4 July, 2004, two Aussies, Ray Cooper and Ray Pike set a new world distance records for Electric Powered, Fixed and Rotary Wing Model Aircraft. They did this not far from where we live at Tungamah in Northern Victoria. More info here:

Find #1 of 8 on a northern excursion with pinguone.
Bec & Matt were having their engagement party in the picnic area and hopefully they didn't pay any attention to the 2 blokes & 1 dog wandering around. This nicely hidden cache was retrieved at 14:30.
Thanks homerjay73.

Cache # 25 of 29 in company with acts2youthgroup in our 'clean up the northern suburbs' day. We found this one at 1600. I have a crook knee and AQcts2YG has a crook shoulder, so neither of us would have been able to retrieve this one on our own. One of the advantages of caching with a good mate is that you get to use teamwork. Acts2YG provided the knee, and I provided the shoulder, and we were able to log this cache. Luckily, neither of us is a Hobbit! I made no exchange. Thanks to homerjay73 for the cache, Cheers, dak.
This was cache # 21 of 24 for the day in the company of dak's Emu mob on our northern suburbs assault, the cache was found at 1600. This was a nice quick find for me, but the retrieve was tricky as i have one arm that wont work so we used our well practiced dak stand on my leg method to retrieve the cache. My thanks to homerjay73 for the cache.
Found at 1345. Having found a couple of homers caches previously, I had an idea it might be cleverly concealed, which it was. The description you gave of the cache was perfect. It didn't jump out at me at first, but when you see it, it sticks out...just. Good camo work.

I was hoping Rhinogeo had some photos of his attempt at getting this, perhaps a well trained geohound on his shoulders? I did my best to sign this one without drawing attention to the spot, which meant I had to sit with my legs tucked up and holding on tight.

Thyla found the hiding location of this one straight away, difficult part was retriving it, due muggle activity so close by, and needing to extend our arms.

I have a son who is right into this type of hobby; in fact I used to be into it too years ago and a great hobby is is too. Makes more sense than this crazy caching game I am into now but still I continue to do it. Found the cache quick enough but how to get it took a moment or two. Robmc solved that one.
Thanks very much again

No one practicing this hobby here today. We were here practicing another hobby, well for a short time.
Needed a bit of a long arm for this one.
Thanks, Robmc.

Found by Roma and Max.
It took us a while to suss this container out and then some consideration as to how we were going to perform the necessary logging duties.
Roma was responsible for the find so Max was delegated to retrieve and log.
He rose to the occasion, signed the log and made no exchange!
Thanks once again homerjay73.

Found at 3:45pm, our last of 10 for the day. Luckily there was sufficient agility left in the old bones to get this one, and we didn't have to just stand and look at it!

We really must be starting to think like Homerjay. We spotted the cache within less than a minute of leaving the car, retrieving it took quite a lot longer. There seemed to be an endless flow of muggles, not really interested in us but it only takes one. We finally got our chance, grabbed the cache, signed the log and then waited for another opportunity before replacing it.

Found at 2.25pm GAFF1. We thought we had driven over the cache according to the distance on our GPSr, so back in the vehicle to reverse and something caught p-prass's eye and the cache was soon in hand. Good hide if a tad tricky to pull out! Thanks homerjay73.
Apart from Oenze falling over while getting this one no real adventures were had. Lots of traffic on the road nearby kept us on alert. Thanks homerjay.
Find # 2151 and 12th of the day at 1:40pm. Accompanied by Feathertop on another day out caching. Easy find just a bit tricky to get to, TNLN, Signed Log, Thanx Homerjay73....
I found this cache pretty quickly. It was a good spot and quite clever. I signed the log, took and left nothing.
Heading back to work after missing the FTF up the road, couldn't resist this one in passing, only to find I must be tracking behind Matty24! This time the novel container was much more attuned to its environment. Unusual obstacle course . TNLN. Thanx again Homerjay73 (for reminding me how unfit I am)
STF, We went for a quick walkies caching trip this morning seeing there was 2 new ones around, Great hide and a nice challenge to find and get the cache.

[20:41 *FTF* King Jnr. I started off the year with a FTF so I thought I would add a few kms tonight to complete my caching year. Ohhh there it is - yes. I did think though I was not qualified to open it. Tried to add a TB but in the end could not get it in so I left a hope pin instead. Thank you both a clever first cache, not as hard as I expected] but I did need some special equipment - namely the geocar to access the cache - I am too short. [Thanks Again.]
