Has searched for this one a long, long time ago and had pretty much forgotten about it again until today. This time we were in luck. The barber next door was very happy to show us where the prize was located, unfortunately the bloke who uses the stairs to access his business was less than happy and asked for the cache to be moved elsewhere. I'll leave that for the CO to decide. Nice hide, very happy to turn a frown upside down. TFTC
Thanks to a lovely chap who assisted in the find and then a not so happy chap wondering why we were there.
This was a previous DNF on my map. It looked as though it was going that way until the barber came out of his shop asking if I was looking for a little blue box? He showed me through a gate to a sneaky hidey hole . Hes a great caretaker! Second time lucky here!
Been in this lane way a fair few times when visiting wodonga but never thought to look to see if there was a cache here. Had to bring the car to Wondonga for a service this morning so decided to go try to find some caches in high muggle areas that might not be busy just yet. (Shops are only just starting to open now) I found where I needed to be for this cache though thought the locked gate was going to stop me from getting closer. Walked away but than thought I'd try one more spot so went back. So glad I did as I soon had cache in hand without entering the locked gate and was signing. Tftc!
My second attempt at this one and this time a tried the one spot I didn't think it could be. Spotted after a short search.
Had a bit of a hard time finding it but i heard you could ask the barber for tips so i did that TFTC
Overnight stop in Wodonga en route to home from Canberra Geobash. Had to find a cache. Could walk to this one from my motel. Loved the hint - made for a quick find. TFTC
Shop owner came out. What are you doing?I have been here for 6 years and hasnt seen it. We found it ,showed him and explain geocaching. Vey good him said. Now I know what people are doing here.
A loose plan was hatched for a 3-week road trip with RoamingHowie to explore locations in Country NSW wed not been to before and of course, find a cache here and there.DAY TWENTY: Time to head home, picking up a few random caches along the way. We took the long route to get to this Sesame Street. Once at gz, we had a close look at what was between us and the cache and shortly after, we were in, and Big Bird quickly found the cache. Thanks for bringing us here by placing this cache, Marcus Vitruvius ~~
It was time for the traditional post Christmas road trip. The stockings were emptied of presents, feasts were devoured and great times were had with family and friends. Now to get away!Day 20: Time to leave Albury and head home. A few scheduled stops along the way!I wonder if some additions have been made to this location that now make it a little harder to access? Alas we were able to locate the cache and sign the log book. Might need a double check by the CO though to ensure the location is still viable. Thanks Marcus Vitruvius for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy. ----------------------------------------------------------The Ballarat GeoTour ends on 4 March 2024! Be sure to find all the caches and earn the souvenir before the tour is archived. The [Farewell Ballarat GeoTour Event - GCAFQ8B](https://coord.info/GCAFQ8B) is on 18 February 2024.Looking for caches to find when visiting Victoria? Why not check out the geocaching lists available on the [Geocaching Victoria Website](https://geocachingvictoria.com.au/information/great-caching-lists/). There are plenty to choose from including all of the previous nominees and winners of the Victorian Cache of the Year Awards.
I don't think gz was acsessable, locked behind a fence. Regarding the clue and other geocachers logs. Dnf for me today.
A quick find as I know the area well having worked at Wodonga Pharmacy for many years some time ago.
Fence and gate installed so you will be entering a small parcel of private property.
PS... It's actually Sesame Lane. Am I too pedantic?
Thanks for placing and maintaining the cache.

This weekend, it was a trip down to Victoria to attend [The Rutherglen Event](https://coord.info/GC9MH9M) 2023 Mega. Arriving on Thursday with a flight to Albury, I joined a few South Aussie friends, which consisted of e.gregory1, FeatherWaite, and Freddo.
Several geocaching series were completed, which included the Easter 2023 Wherigos, Brolga Bill’s Bike Trail (BBBT), Brolga Bill’s Puzzles (BBP), and the Ladders in Rutherglen series. I also hiked in Warby-Ovens National Park and completed the Wangaratta Warbys Challenge Trail (WCT) series. In addition, we targeted uncommon cache types, rare/unique D-T combinations, older caches (although not too many of these) and those with high Favourite Points.
We also completed several Adventure Labs (ALs) during our stay, which ranged from the Mega specific maze and gadget ALs, to sightseeing around Rutherglen and nearby towns:
• [GPS Adventure Maze Rutherglen](https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/6b3687ae-11f7-4479-8e38-1392aa969cc6);

The weather ranged from sunshine days, to overnight rain and dreary days, but for the most part, it didn't impact our geocaching as we targeted tree climbs on dry days, and power trails during the drizzly days.
A rather cute little street/alley of shops, and with it being Good Friday, it was all quiet today, which gave us ample opportunity to safely search for this cache. I looked in the usual spots and nothing turned up, so I deciphered the hint, and realised there was more to this little area than what I thought. Further searching and the use of my phone's camera to check a few spots soon had me yield the cache. The cache container and logbook were in good shape, and the logbook was stamped with DEFF (Davidwazza, e.gregory1, FeatherWaite, Freddo) to save logbook space. Thanks Marcus Vitruvius for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

OCW Calypso62 heading to the Mega event in Rutherglen.
We arrived in Victoria and found our motel.
We walked down to get some Fish and Chips from Gregs for dinner.
Whilst waiting we walked to this cache to make my first fine in VIC.
It took awhile to locate as was unsure about going behind to get to where the hint was pointing, but there it was.

On our way to the Mega in Rutherglen. We are staying in Wodonga. A find while we waited for our fish'n'chips order. Not sure if I should be here but cache was found and the log signed. Thanks for the geo-fun MV.

A weekend with Dino at the Victorian Mega in Rutherglen over Easter Friday to Sunday. To find lots of caches and have lots of fun. Quite rainy this Friday with a very painfully delayed trip over from
Canberra to make it here just before today's closing.
This cache was on the way grabbing some food while charging in town.
This was a nice, having to sneak around with some confidence. Dino will give a favorite for this fun hide.
This is one of the caches we found today. Thank you Marcus Vitruvius for putting this one out.

I had looked at the cache several times in the past, but the stars did not align. It was always too busy and awkward. This town closes at midnight day on Saturdays and by 2pm the area was quiet. I snuck in and had a feel and touched the cache. The log was signed soon after. Great spot for a cache.
Rainy day so not too many passers by. After a search and some deliberation of should we or shouldn’t we, we made the find. Pretty cool. Thanks
Day 3 of our tour of Victoria and NSW. Grabbing a few caches along the way. 9 from 10 today!

In Sydney with Spiffy- after a long road trip and had a day to kill before my geofamily arrived so we did some freestyle caching.
This cache was tricky. Saw the hint reference and it appeared to be in no man's land so took the way to it and a quick find.
Thanks to Marcus Vitruvius for the fun and the adventure.

That was tough. Used our phone as another finder did and was able to scramble a retrieval. Nice hide and one we had DNFed before. TFTC! Phew.
The human faeces at GZ distracted from the find unfortunately...

Another find on the road with the adventure boys. Did our best to not look suss, who knows if it worked. Thanks for the cache!
On our way to Wangaratta for the mega and stopped for a few caches along the way.
Found okay after a brief moment of thought... someone has taken to using this as a toilet... wiffy, caching moments hey! Nicely hidden although with the mound on the ground a tad trickier to get to!

On the way to the Wangaratta Mega we stopped for a few caches here and there....mainly around the charging stations
Unfortunately we werent the only visitors to sesame street today. It seems that someone (or the Snuffleupagus) decided to use GZ for "number 2's". However, that didnt dissuade us from what needed to be found.
I hope the human poo left at GZ didn't come from Canberra.

My son and I travelled from Punka all the way to Wodonga for his vaccination as that was the only place in the state at the time we could get an appointment for him. So after we went for a wander around collecting a few caches here and there.
Well this was a rather interesting place to explore. Should we or shouldn’t we? Hmmmmm. Not many people about so we did as stealthfully as we could manage. The cache was located quickly and log signed.
The cache and log is in good condition.
There were some lovely kangaroo paw growing nearby.
Thank you for the cache here Marcus Vitruvius

Found on a quiet summer evening with no muggles around . Reasonably quick after reading some of the previous comments.
Hooray! Second time lucky. Used a special geocaching trick of my phone video exploring where I couldn’t quite reach / see… missed it, missed it, then re-watching the footage there it was right in front of me!!!! The geokids loved the little giraffe, unfortunately we didn’t bring a swap so I’m sure the next geokid will love it too!

Heymissjo and I had been 'bush' the last few days and were finally returning to civilisation...
Wodonga!
The funny thing is, there was no one around. It was like a ghost town.
I wondered if there'd been a zombie apocalypse since we'd been away!!
We journeyed into the town center hoping to find some food...
Dead!
Everything was long closed and there wasn't a soul about - aside from the deer wandering up the middle of the road, just of the main street!
Hmm...
HMJ offered that at least there was a cache to be had here, so we got out to stretch the legs.
Oh, it's a Marcus Vitruvius one - well, that's a must - in another timeline, one without Covid mucking everything up, Marcus and I would have been Oxfam bros this year
Maybe it'll happen next year...
Anyway...
HMJ got out of the car donning a beanie and a headlamp - I don't think she could have looked anymore criminal, lol. It was perfect attire for some late night alleyway antics!
We arrived at GZ, and had an immediate idea (due to the clue), but tried to discount it as it meant opening something we weren't quite sure that we were meant open, and exploring a space we weren't quite sure we were meant to, and grabbing something that...
Hey! There's the cache!!
Thanks, Marcus.
This was a fun digression from our hunt for food. Now to find it before any zombies find us!

Despite the hangries for food and it being near midnight, I find myself in a dark alleyway with The Welder in search of a geocache. You see we have been around everywhere there past few days collecting caches, each with a specific purpose. We have focused just challenges we are working through and one is the LGA challenge. Wodonga is an LGA we are yet to collect….
We had planned on being here about five hours earlier, but we got a little distracted by another adventure… A bit like Bill and Teds excellent adventure but different…. And despite the frustrating ending, we pushed on to our next destination.
The town is lovely, but it’s surreal with not a soul around, only the nearby wombat statue keeping watch on the empty streets ahead. It is the first time I have been to Wodonga and with the prospect of being home tomorrow afternoon, I don’t think my visit will do it justice. But alas, a cache is still required… and so down the alley I go…
After gathering the required hints and tips from past caches, I had an idea… but it was The Welder who boldly stepped forward to test this theory… and what do you know, we found the cache! Thanks for this clever hide.

Hmmm our 4th or might as well be 50th DNF/false start for the day. Is it us??? Belinda has been mistaken for a council worker and a tree inspector. That was funniest part of the day.
Couldn’t find! Thought we looked everywhere, behind the gate etc but no luck hope it’s still there!
Up in Wodonga for work, quick stop off here at 5:30pm which made it a lot easier than it would have been in the day time! TFTC
Thought we were trespassing but we found it woohoo very sketchy with lots of muggles
Wouldn’t have ventured this far if I was on my own. This was my 3rd visit to this location and due to the rain and no muggle activity we were able to give this the time that we needed to get a win.
This was a tricky one. Thankfully no muggles here today and we were able to spend a fair amount of time hunting.
After quite a lot of climbing and looking for this one over the last few years, so easy now it’s been “moved”.

To celebrate my birthday, Mrs. Dozzie and I drove down from Sydney to Albury to spent a few days exploring the area, including Rutherglenn, Beechworth and Yackandandah. Of course a few caches had to be added to the program, including a few along the Hume highway.
A small laneway between shops. All shops were open and a bicycle was blocking the door. As i wanted to move the bicycle somewhat to go in, a man came out and apologized for blocking the entrance. After he moved the bicycle, it was an easy find.
Great hide! TFTC.

I wasn't sure that we should venture to where GZ was taking us but GT did so and came back with the cache in hand. Thanks for the cache. Loved the nearby fish.
When we arrived, we weren't sure about GZ as it seemed to be on private property. Whilst one half of us was contemplating the whereabouts of the cache, the other one of us found it. Loved the nearby artwork. Thank you for placing this cache for us to find and maintaining it for so long.
First find in Wodonga LGA. A reasonably quick and easy find just after sunset, no one else around. Sculptures and art in the main street looks good, thanks for bringing us here.
Saw the cache but is blocked off by a huge fence and is surrounded by cardboard boxes. May consider finding new location since we can’t get it no more
Up here from Melbourne to pick up our new oven and see my works head office Albury Wodonga Community College. Too busy here at 930am to not stand out. Will try another time.
Trying to search in between hoards of muggles, trying to look inconspicuous. Failed. Lady came out of salon asking if we were looking for' the thing' BUSTED She told us for years she sees people looking for 'the thing' She pointed us in the right direction but we were thwarted by cardboard boxes. Boo. 1
# 5971 Found after breakfast after doing the local parkrun. Location was deserted but I imagine it could be muggle city at certain times.

The Tuesday afternoon of Cup Day turned out to be a great time to get this, I grabbed it around 4 with no one around. Dumped shelves right in front made it harder for someone short like me, but I was still in and out fast. Thanks!
That was a great find...not in the spot it's meant to be so put it in the right spot.
