Had a good look around whilst exercising care of the local wildlife. Couldn't find the cache maybe we'll try another day.
I did write in the log book to fill in the gaps left on some of the pages.
A log book will be added when I can get to Perth again or my cache maintainer will do it for me.

The Gate must have closed as there were no TBs at home. Still a nice location to visit.

Found no problems, once I finally got a decent GPS reading on my phone, we were actually standing right over the top of the container!
Miss6 watched the ducks while I dropped off Jumper Jack, destined for Stargate P43079 in Toronto!
Thought I'd send Jumper Jack off across the world for more adventures, he's been stuck in Australia too long.

Found today, not too hard. There was lots of stuff in the cache which was good.
But then I sat on my GPS, so no more geocaching for a while.

Found with McQuillanB on his first expedition.
I also dropped off two Geocoins.
They both want to see the word, I haven't specified where but somewhere exotic would be nice.

The area seemed familiar then we remembered that there had been a tiger coiled up less than a metre from the cache when we came here two years ago. No reptiles today so was able to make the grab in peace. Thanks Andrew and arloggen for making it possible
A quick visit to drop off a couple of TB's. Hopefully Frank the Tank will make it back to the US now. TFTH.
Quick find on our Perth Tour. Nice lake... no snakes around ;-(

Lovely cool location for a rest on such a warm day. Plenty of avian wildlife about, didn't see any reptilian activity though.
Swapped in a pack of cards, a seashell and a yoyo for a blue-tongued lizard the kids were quite taken with.
L - TB Mini Cooper S for a mission trip to a USA corner state, Florida P2681 or California P38120 would be appropriate.
SL, TFTC!

WanderingAus wandered by to drop NØFFE GC (ref = TB2VA6A) for urgent transport to GCRY6J Stargate P60010 TB Cache in Norway. The owner jopesj advised me that "This coin should never have been moved from Norway".
While there I discovered Brutus TB (ref = TBEEF4), but I didn't notice Lifesaving Bug (ref = TB2AQ76) or The Little Bear (ref = TB2A6XB) in the cache.

Picked up trackable "Andy the Alpine Hiker" TBGYTC and left "Brutus" TBEEF4 to use the stargate. Took a while to find at night with torches and luckily no snakes...

A quick find with PhD_Greg. There was a scary-looking tiger snake hanging around as we walked up to the cache. TFTC!
A nice quick find with frogl3t after spotting a tiger snake nearby.
A nifty cache, lots of trackables! Left Lifesaving TB and took smily face GC (although it's in my car so I'll log it later...)

Once I made it to GZ, the cache was quickly found........and as it turns out also by the muggle bird watching group who made the last entry in the log book. Seems they will be back to add to the cache.......or that's what their log says................................
I enjoyed the walk in....but with time being at at premium, it was a case of the sign the log move......but not before I left a coin, a TB and a pathtag. Also took a coin a TB to move back to Canberra.
My second "Stargate" after grabbing one in Darwin last year......
Cheers,

Took lion finger puppet and perfume. Left pig shaped keychain and dangly bell shaped like a bottle cap. Winged it out using a car GPS and parked across the road. Did this with my brother and it was our very first ever cache as well, so thanks for the pleasant experience. Also took the "Loved This Cache" geocoin, and will drop it off next time we're out hunting. SL.
A very nice first cache indeed. TFTC.

Found the cache on a great bike around the lake with the kids. We found a coin in it that had not been logged in, so we grabbed it and are logging it in ourselves. We also left two other coins in the cache.
Cheers!
Ah yes, forgot to note there is no Geotriad coin in the cache that I could see.

Wow, some people are impatient. Dropped off a coin here earlier today (Dolphin) and picked up the Triad coin.
Great idea to transfer trackables around the planet. I dropped a coin bound for Stargate Switzerland and took the Stitch Elvis TB.

This was our first stargate find. There were no international travelers present at the time of the find. This was also the largest cache that I have seen yet. TFTH!
A great walk, our second cache retrieval on this walk. A little swampy after the recent rains but cache high and dry. TFTC TNLN
Dropped into this cache after Balgay as the area was nice and wet with the latest rains and muggle free during the week, beautiful area full of birds singing and health wetlands during winter. Cache was in good order and dry, I placed TB: Stitch Elvis in the local duties bag so the was no confusion. Took: TB Maritime traveler S and TB: Woody #2 and will drop them off in a new location soon. TFTH CITO.
Great location and a great find. I am always amazed at the wonderful locations in my city that I would never see if it was not for this site.
Took incense and yo-yo.
Left Bracelet and Toy frog.

Upon arriving at GZ i was surprised to see the cache container clearly sticking out from the hiding spot, i was half expecting an empty container, but thankfully all was well.
The log before mine dated the 27th July was by a muggle!..A bus driver called Alan who found it while his passengers were enjoying the surrounds, its great that he replaced the cache, albeit quite visible to anyone looking down that way.
I have concealed the container much more effectivley in accordance with the instructions on the cache page.
I left 2 travel bugs for local duties, one of which "Woody" wants to be pictured with other wooden animals, as it happens the other TB i left here today is a wooden turtle called "Maritime". I didnt have the chance to take a pic, so maybe a future finder may want to take both and do the honours?
Took the GC to move along
The Elvis TB i left, as it wasnt in either bag, so was unsure if i should take, i have "discovered" him.
Many thanks for this great cache here.

First Stargate! Never heard of it before, will have to remember when we send TB underway. Interresting concept, I wonder how it works behinf the scene. TFTH.
Nice find in a beautiful area with lots of birdlife. We were intrigued by the stargate portal, but we didn't have a travel bug to place. TNLN. Thanks for the find.
Found at 11:40AM on the 6th of June by Maya and Ray. We continue our walk in the park to unwind after an energetic evening of Square Dancing at the Loftus centre. Thanks for bringing us here. TNLN. Thanks for the cache. The Nomads.
Found without too much trouble, extracting it was another matter, it was all about getting the angle right.

Wow... that was my first stargate too, because I was unfamiliar with this-stargate thing, I didn't take any of the TBs. Now I read the description, maybe I will come back and help one of the TBs on their way...
Nice walk along to the cache from "Balgay" Dropped 4 x TBs for local... SL. Thanks arlorggen.
Accompanied with Everlasting. A nice and quick find after walked in from the other cache. It is in a good condition. TNLN. Thanks for the cache.
Nice spot - good to see some new places on my visit to Perth from the east. Took nothing, left nothing but was tempted by TB - however it was in the Stargate bag so I wasn't sure I should touch that.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Our third ca(t)ch(e) of the day. It was quite easy to find. We didn't take anything and didn't leave anything. I camouflaged it a bit better with some leaves and branches.
Continue our afternoon walk with the dog and family.Another easy cache.Thanks.
