Out for the day caching with ToucanKB and Danielle46, signing as KTD. Thought wed hit a nearby series of caches, and were pleased to be able to add this cache to the list. It is further in than the hint suggests. An improvised TOTT was used to open the cache container as the lid wouldn't initially open. Tftc
Out and about with Ian from Ian and Penny to finish off the Route 57 and Booral Rd Trail series, so I also stopped in to collect this one. There is a spider who has taken up residence in the ammo can, but apart from that all is okay with this cache. TFTC
Definitely not a 1.5 terrain probably a 2.5 terrain also not recommended in flip flops but an adventure anyways
G'day,
I'm sorry, but your recent move has brought this geocache too close to GC8TPC0: Route 57 and Booral Rd Trail 23 and will need to be moved. Please read the following item on [minimum distances](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachesaturation)
I've disabled this geocache for the time being, to give you time to move it to a location that fits within the saturation guidelines. Once that is done you may enable the listing.
**I've disabled this geocache to give you time to make any changes. When you're ready, please [resubmit your geocache](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=97&pgid=74) for publishing, including the above information in a 'Reviewer Note'.**

We parked at the corner and walked down the road, across the ditch and up into the bush land. Using 1MinnieMoo’s coordinates the ammo tin was soon located about 45mtrs from the posted coords. All good inside the box, log signed and replaced as found. Thanks jg047 for placing this one.

25/2/2023 Find #5738
This morning Fangsoki decided we would take a day trip to Hervey Bay (from Brisbane) to visit his dad for his birthday. So I checked the map and found some nice old caches along the way I would be keen to get.
Having said farewell to Fangoki’s parents, I checked the map again to see which caches of particular interest we might be heading past along our journey home. And this was the one cache on that list that fit the bill.
So we headed here and I got out to go and begin my search while Fangoki turned the car around and found a spot to park.
At GZ however I had no luck, and those mosquitoes were beginning to come out. Reading a couple of logs, I began to wonder if my search was futile, and with little time to spare, headed back to Fangoki. Back at the car, we discussed the logs and realised there was mention of the Bunya Park sign. So I headed back to where that was, and soon found the cache at a fallen tree nearby.
The coords the cache was found at today were:
S 025° 20.561' E 152° 49.805'
Thanks for the cache jg047.

Bloody hard. No where near the location but closer to the road. I’d wear long pants. My legs are still itchy
We couldn’t find it at coords, but stumbled on it 50m away while bush-bashing back to car. Left it where we found it, under large fallen log not far from Bunya Park sign. (Pic shows log)
Small bush walk in to find it Parked on the corner of Main St and Booral Road (facing River heads). GPS is slightly off, few meters too many.
Figures, old caches usually survive in out of the way places or mozzie populated neighbourhoods. This cache fell into the second category. Missing the obvious hiding parking spot, did a 'U'ey in a cane farm and came back to front this oldie.
Entering the forest of no return, passed previous cachers and muggles that failed to pay homage to the mozzie horde. And as luck would have it, the horde left the kids at home while the adults were at the Bowls Club. Glad to find this cache reasonably quickly and get ourselves away, thanks to all for keeping this oldie active.

Team JAGT (or some other acronym of our initials) was out today gathering caches. A couple of old caches to finish the day. This was not too bad to collect once we crossed the roadside drain/creek. TFTC!
Tftc jg047, wandered in through the thick bush , very slushy underfoot after the recent heavy rain. With plenty of spiders for company, found the cache in good condition.
A while ago, this was one of the few caches left to get in Hervey Bay. Now, I am back to needing heaps. This area sure is growing cache wise. I am in Hervey Bay, listening to everyone drive past for the Mega in Townsville. But after checking in with Peppa to see his progress, it seemed he was coming to the Bay. So I quickly threw on my shoes and went to meet him and his crew. It was nice to see some familiar faces and get a few caches away from "home"
First day of our trip to Townsville, we have stopped for a few caches before hervey bay. Recent rain shower made the walk in to this cache a bit damp.
A fallen tree at GZ didn't help with searching but Peppa finally found it where I had stepped over it earlier. SL then returned as found.
Found on 9 April 2022. TFTC, jg047.

Heading to Townsville and our first night was in Bundaberg so picked up a few caches along the way.
We met up with Team Turmoil here to get this one. Had a few showers of rain along the way so a little damp here but we got this one fairly easily. Log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC

We’re on our way to The Ville… It’s the Tour de Ville… stopping tonight in Bundaberg we have a selection of caches to find… This cache didn’t make the list, but here we are…
With TMZ59 at the wheel, Patrol14 up front and imbunda and I in the back… just don’t look out my window Imbunda!!
A detour to Hervey Bay to collect an Adventure waypoint sees us out here…. Who puts Adventure waypoints that far apart?
This oldie was a last minute choice as we turned off the Bruce… pulling up, this is where we met up with TripleTurmoil to tool around HB…
What’s a little bit of bush bashing between friends… tftc…

On the way to Bundaberg for the night on our way to Townsville for the Mega, with Team de Ville (Imbunda, Peppa, and patrol14). Took a little detour while in Maryborough. TFTC.
I put a ring in when I found, it wasn’t exactly on the 0meter mark but you could see it from there. Also the spider was on the box. And I didn’t realise into i was trying to open the box. Screamed bloody murder
This seemed like a tight corner to pull off on but we did it anyway. I don’t know exactly how toilets work but they all seem to have a magic “S” bend and I’m sure I’ve left some loads that shouldn’t fit but they still do so I knew our car park was safe.
The bush was a bit confusing to us because it was just a type of growth we hadn’t seen before. There seemed to be lots of plants we weren’t used to and enjoyed the brief walk in and the hide. We actually had a a bit of swag to drop off and an ammo can was just the place. tftc

Doing this trail today before heading home. It’s been a lovely few days exploring more of the countryside. Thank you for taking the time to create and hide all these caches. The effort you put in gives us the opportunity to enjoy these finds! Thank you again. ️
As others have said, good shoes, long pants and shirt a good idea. Although lots of ‘game trails’ to follow. Cache was in good condition, bag is a little sad. Also it was well guarded!! (See photo, no spoiler). Thanks for the hide.
Logging old caches originally found with alphag_25. Now have my own account and logging them separately so that i can claim the finds or not as the case may be. TFTC.
27/6/21 Staying in Hervey Bay catching up with my Parents who have travelled here for a visit. I am in holidays from Mackay. Rainy weather has come in but not stopping getting some caches. TFTC SL
I found this cache on a trip with Snickersallan, I thank all CO's for the time and effort putting out and maintaining the caches, all were enjoyed. TFTC
Day five of our visit to beautiful Maryborough and then out to Hervey Bay to grab a few selected ones.
Hardest part was trying to get a safe park but we managed to walk safely to the old park entrance and into the rough bush for a quick find. Thanks CO.

During our last stay, we thought we missed the entrance to the Bunya Park. Today, we were determined to have a closer look. Found it.

Another beaut day out with Liz and Bruce ?? Logged a mixed bag of caches and had a nice lunch break with ?? and enjoyed the sunny day down at the bay ??
I wandered into the bush to find a really old ammo box with a broken clip. Managed to get it open and good inside.

TFTC! It wasn’t too hard to find in the bushy park. Was just a matter of working out where to park, then where to enter and going this solo was challenging, but fun!
Awesome find, nice walk but would recommend long pants and boots not thongs cool container to hide the book in, awesome work!
It is always good to find and ammo tin, Usually i leave these for when my kids are with me but today i am by myself. Did not see the Geocoin
Today our journey through Australia took us from Hervey Bay to Maryborouh. We also made a small Powertrail series. All caches were very good and could be found well. Thank you the CO leads the laying of cans.

TFTC. After successfully completing the Bingham Trail we decided to find caches along a route generally back to Bundaberg. Well in a round about sort of way. It was a great sunny afternoon and the caches we found wer all relatively straightforward finds. We did h=get muggled out of a couple along the foreshore but it is always good to leave a couple for a return visit. A great adventure today.
We had time for a little caching as we travelled from Bathurst to Hervey Bay and back to see the whales. We thoroughly enjoyed both and are grateful for the caches which helped make the trip more enjoyable.
We are on an eight day trip to Hervey Bay. We saw the most amazing wild creatures close up at Hervey Bay. Whales are ugly but still so wonderful. We also saw some beautiful countryside, although everywhere is in dire need of rain. Thanks for your cache which helped us take a break from driving and have fun at the same time.
Found it. Scared grand son finally got it together so we could find it. Great fun!
We nipped up to check out the airport, as we have some visitors flying in soon. Good excuse to grab a cache or two
All was dry after the recent rain. TNLN SL
Thanks for the hide jg047

House sitting at River Heads for a few months and today is for discovering some caches in Maryborough. TFTC.
Bush bashed and came straight to the cache. Plastic had been removed so we put it back. Tftc
In QLD to visit Stell, for 30 year anniversary and other historic reasons. So sent a day touring the Maryborough and Harvey Bay region. Missed going troppo Cuboree by two weeks. A Fav for using an old style cache container. well done. JABs.
Found with scotjohnos after an uncomfortable trek through the scrub battling spider webs and mosquitoes and muddy ground. TFTC
