It is a crazy place to hide, but ingenious camo, couldn't open the picture container without getting brutal with it, appears to ceased shut. tftc with jeffner5556, jeffner5556 has posted a photo of it in hand.
We are claiming this one as found with Sarge5556. Neither one of us was strong enough to get into the cache to sign it. Great idea for a cache.
Quick find here today on the back roads. Cache is all goodfound while making a 400km detour to get a snag the tag. Thanks for the cache 2326Come visit SA's longest running annual event - keep the weekend free - 7th - 10th June 2024 Cant wait!!
Another cache found with richlink while on our 2022 South Australia Adventure, using Geocaching as our guide.
Clever, a fave from us.
Thank you to all the CO’s who have placed and maintained caches for the enjoyment of all.

Out in another brilliant autumn day with iluvtrekking. We love this type of caching - suburbia is not for us. Awesome hide that was initially overlooked until we heard the rattle! Thanks ThisMecaniCan
Bit tricky for 6 & 4 year old, but fun. We swapped a pizza sauce mini & bottle opener for a pencil & texta
Day 13 of our Eyre Peninsula caravan odyssey with the geo-pup, from Darke Peak to Kimba.
Nice construction! We took a while to prise it open, as we were afraid of breaking the dowels (seems things may have swelled?), but then couldn't open the inner container, so photo log attached.

It took us a while to work this one out. The cache was soon spotted, but disregarded before a closer inspection revealed the secret. Great camo.
Thanks for bringing us here.

I am heading over from Adelaide to Port Lincoln to catch up with the geoson for the weekend, taking my time over a couple of days to explore, and to pick up a few selected caches along the way.
My main interest here was ‘The Peak View’. But I stopped to find this one first before heading up the hill to the summit. The hide had me scratching my head for a couple of minutes. Nice cammo!
Thanks ThisMechaniCan for the cache. A favourite point from me from me for the work that has gone into the hide.

Varied camping options here, look around a bit and you might even find a verandah with a warning that it comes with an Eastern brown snake. Great hide for GC. We went walking on the hill from the camp area, but if you are serious in summit-ing the hill best to find the walk track which actually starts from the road outside the park near the park entry. Great area to explore.
All Fixed. This one should last a long time. Thank you to all who temporarily repaired it in the past.
Will be replacing this cache in the next couple of weeks with a hardier container of sorts
Found. After going accidently going into someone's farm!!!! Go team Isaac and mum
Help! The lid is broken and we has nothing with us to help. If we come back and camp I will replace container.
Hi there ThisMechaniCan.
We found your cache **"Crappy Hill"** at 12:19:00 PM today. This cache makes our find count 13930.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip around the local area today. We usually start the day off by nominating a cache some distance away from our camp site and then take a route mainly determined by the next closest cache according to our GPS. Todays plan was to pick up a few strays znd prior DNF's around the area before heading back to camp for a late lunch.
We ended up finding 5 & DNFing 0 caches today.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around two metres from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** Cache needed some maintenance, so we made the repair and restored the cache.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Thanks for an easy cache after the lure of the one at the top of the hill.
The containers lid has disintegrated and needs replacing.

Easy find after returning from the nearby mineral and fossil display "Minerals on Eyre". Left pathtag, took nil. TFTC.
We decided that this park would provide a nice place to day lunch after our visit to Darke's grave. After finding the cache, we continued up the '2WD' track to find the picnic table… I'd say that while this may have once been suitable for 2WD vehicles, it's not now (only now do I note that you mentioned this in the description ). A slow drive in with our Corolla. We couldn't find a table so broke out the chairs and took in the views before continuing our drive to Whyalla. TFTC ThisMechaniCan!
I arrived at the information board and had a read of what this park had to offer.
LOTS !!
Wild granite scenery, good bushwalking opportunities, and even a nice campground to head for and spend the night [^]
The cache was an easy find
Ye olde container is turning to dust though after exposure to the elements [:o]
The contents have survived though.
So I wrapped the container up in 'duct tape' and rehid it
Should last another couple of years now.
Then it was off along the track to find me a campsite ....
.... er !! After all the rain, the track was an experience in itself [:o]
Once I got going, it became apparent that there was no stopping or turning around or I would have been bogged for days [:o]
With white knuckles I made it to the campground and some firmer, sandier ground and set up camp.
I doubt I will be disturbed tonight by anyone else

It is that time of the year again.
The June long weekend is on and Mr Parrot and a young einstein have teamed up to play as Pirate Parrots this year.
So here we are running around near Cleve this long weekend.
Loved our drive in this park.
Went in one side and drove the track to the gate on the other side.
Toilet near the peak carpark was full of mud washed down the hill

Last crappy find of the day. Also found a camping spot and snagged it for the night. TNLNSL TFTC
This was the end of our long drive to get near here so we can attempt a bronze on the hill climb tomorrow,it was a bit late and dark but still able to find the cache, tftc
Not so crappy place. We were on a mission so we did not stay for long. We will return.
Logged from my phone using the Geocache Navigator by Trimble. NO good in the dark unable to find it after extensive search and long drive. Oh well another day maybe!
Amazing to read the signs and learn it is the highest exposed granite mass around here. The GPS read 199m. The sign said 235. I was not walking up to the top.
Clear skies, TeamAstro.
Beautiful day driving around. Had extra geokids today showing them what caching was all about. I think that they are hooked. Smallest of our geokids found this one.

Didn't know about this conservation park. We had been to the granite country around Bald Rock and Girraween earlier in the year and interesting to see the rock formations here. Took travel bug. Thanks ThisMechaniCan
Nice hide, great little spot except for the million flys, bad time of the year. TNLN SL

Hmm, what do you do when you knock off work early and some new caches pop up close to home? Go caching of course!! Left home in a hurry, with no purse and no phone!! Left Cleve at 5pm and headed for Crappy Hill. Having only been there twice before, but many moons ago, it was going to be a challenge, as muggle husband is away and I was on my own. Guess what!! I found it! My first FTF on my own!! Thought that Bubbles8 would have beaten me to it! TFTC
