Seems the name held more truth than I knew. As this may not be such a child friendly area I have decided to ARCHIVE this cache, the numbers you require for a Wee Bonus DIDO can be found in ELLIPSIS CIPHER GC1GXKQ, thanks Searchwise015
Another nice easy find following a wedding at Ellis Beach. Not sure of the co-ordinates for A Wee Bonus Cache, as they have been rubbed off. TN, left a half penny.
Indeed a Beach*BUM* cache. Pacing to the GZ there were some Grey Nomads parked up there, so I took a 5 min diversion into the forest beyond. Returning through the forest I was suprised by ... a saggy Beach*BUM* - a Grey Nomad in Birthday Suit. Eck!
With the help of Google, it appears this beach is an unofficial nudist beach... maybe that explains the number of cars. So just an, er, heads up, for those with not used to nudity and those hunting with geokiddies - the forest is full of suprises! And yeah, I did find the cache... a Cheeky location for sure.

Found today at 1.50pm on another beautiful day while holidaying in Palm Cove. Great beach. This is our 100th cache find!! TFTC
Found by Mr Emu & Demon Boy on our "FNQ holiday" @ 9.00.am., GAFF3 http://wiki.geocaching.com.au/wiki/GAFF . No muggles around to day, so we could search undisturbed. Thanks for the cache - we enjoyed reading the information boards about Gondwanaland.

I can only do small geoadult paces so had to add a few to the count, managed to find the cache with ease. TNLNSL TFTC
One other bloke was parked right next to us and watched warily as we hunted for the cache at about 1801 and as darkness fell. He was not brave enough to confront us though. Thanks for placing it.

Tough cache as we had not read to details and were looking for a traditional. having returned to the mighty Cacher we read the logs and found that we were after an offset cache. Having no compass at hand we looked at the moving map on the GPS and decided on the likely endpoints. First location wass guarded by a massive spider so we moved the the next point and were rewarded with the cache. after checking for the mate to the previous location we carefully recovered the cache left our mark and returned it to its home. Great little spot that was also almost empty on a pleasent long weekend?
Had to find this one- our nickname is the same, not beacause of hobbies or aspirations (though more than one of the family may still aspire to be a Beachbum) but because of our name. Well, find it we did (eventually)- it's not easy to find with a temperamental fluxgate compass. Then it took even longer to dig it out and replace it- this place is like Central Station. Didn't go down to the beach for a look, just signed log and left.
Our 2nd of 3 quick finds while vacationing in Cairns. We didn't realize this was an offset at first (that will teach us to read the description!), but fortunately we had the PDA with us with the cache informatioin. Found it quickly after that. Thanks for the cache!
1040 Found while checking out the Cairns' northern beaches on our first sunny day. TNLN, but brought through some TB's for mileage up this end of the country.
This was my 2nd attempt to find this one. Even today it took me a long time. When I finally found it, It seemed so obvious, I don't know how I missed it before. TFTC. SL.
This is one popular car park!! When we got to the beach to let the geokids have a play, we couldn't figure out where all the occupants of the vehicles were. One of life's little mysteries... Found the cache okay after a bit of wandering around. There were only so many trees it could have been!

TFTC - Yet another tranquil beach with an awesome outlook!!

Found on tour up to Port Douglas. Took some time due to the local gardener on his lunch break. After being escorted up the coast we heard rumor that this is not particularly a child friendly beach, as suggested a lot of vehicles and not so many people to be seen... Needless to say it is an amazing location, we did take the kids and all was well. Was a great deal of clothes left laying about vehicles...

Grabbed a few DIDO's this morning to get things going on our 2 week holiday in FNQ. Didn't see any beach bums, shame must have too early. TFTC.
found this one after a little work my GPS told me that I was swimming??? great spot ,signed log..CHEERS
Found this one directly after 'Good as Gold'.
Coordinates are rubbing off the inside of the lid, but Thanks to who ever wrote them on the Cache Log.Saved our skin.
Busy little spot today as many vehicles are stopping and pulling into the Parking area, while we fill in the Log.

T: Green Thong as it just would not go back into the cache.
L: Nothing

Nice spot. Went down too the beach after finding the cache- this must have been the one beach where it wasn't raining on the way from Port Douglas to Cairns. TFTF.
I am the lucky finder after stepping around for some time.

Got to the carpark just as the skies opened. Not letting the usual showers impede our caching adventure, we both made a dash for the information hut. By now we were totally drenched. This must have been an hilarious sight for the muggles who were getting into their car across from GZ. Bumblebee commented on the familiar looking cache container.
TNLN. TFTC. We are getting closer to figuring out that Wee Bonus.

Lots of muggle vehicles but they were all on the beach leaving the park free to explore and discover.

I knew Mike FNQ had the FTF, so I thought I'd come and claim 2nd, but I left my run to late. Oh well.
Mrs WhatsAmap pointed out that the cache container is a urine specimen jar. I hope it was an unused one.
Managed to place a small trinket for the next hunter.

My first FTF!
Forgot to take my GPS with me when I went out today but managed to find it from my memory of the description.
