Nope, I even climber under the building as much as possible to investigate. Cache not found since 2016, owner not logged in since 2014. I do not think this one has a chance to be maintained.
This geocacher reported that this geocache should be archived. A community volunteer reviewer has been notified.
As this cache has been out of action for too long, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Confident I found gz but couldn't see a cache anywhere relating to hint. Thanks though
Thanks for bringing us here, a nice quiet spot and thought it had been muggled until we looked from a different direction and realised you were correct and we were blind haha.
A nice wee den. A sunny but nippy Sunday drive. There Was a cache at the weka Pass Railway, I have a train trackable, and wanted it to visit the station, but this was the closest, so it can visit this one. The weka Pass rail way was detached from the main tracks back around 1986. It is now just used for recreation, scenic rides.
Mega trip to NZ: day 3, alone with my beloved squib. We wanted to drive to Kaikoura and find some caches on our way. Thanks for the fun and greetings from Finland.
GrimRadier and I stopped in for a quick pickup on our way out of Christchurch. Nice little hide and all dry, though the lid is broken. TFTC
10.30am Found Cache - Well after a full on couple of days at the Mega Event it's time for myself and Squirrel Nutcase to head north to Picton for our sailing tonight. As we have done so many caches today have opted to cut & paste for this stage of our trip so we can get them logged. Great trip but not enough time on our side to do any more. All caches that we found today were in good condition and were able to claim them all fairly quickly. Signed logs for all these wonderful caches we came across down south, will return in the future to claim more.
Many thanks to you all.

Many thanks to you all.

With Gap (of Fap and Gap)...
All too soon, the Mega dream came to an abrupt end... We needed to return to Picton to catch the last ferry sailing back to the North Island. If history was anything to go by, there would be many cache related stops. We tried to get away as early as possible...
We are pleased to report that almost all of the caches we stopped for were in place and in good order. Besides a bit of dampness, there was nothing of concern. This is a feat that cache owners in this area of the country can be proud of... We thank you... Thank you for bringing to our attentions areas of significance. We enjoyed discovering scenic areas, historical and social locations, and other personally meaningful spots.
As stated, we found loads of caches... If we were to write an individualised note for each one, we'd never get the logging done. Hence, there will be a lot of cutting and pasting going on... My apologies!!
Canterbury: A quick find as our mobile coverage began to drop off... TFTC.

[green] At last I am on my way to the mega. Two weeks of insane caching in Christchurch. Looking at 7 Badgegen upgrades, a 200+ cache day and, of course, the Mega. But first I have to get there. It took me 9 hours to drive to Christchurch, pretty much what I expected, found 55 caches along the way.
Bunch of scouts here, practicing their 3-wire (well, 3-rope) bridge techniques. They even told me what corner I should head for , as my GPS was acting up a bit and could not decide.

We picked the right day to find caches in Waipara . Team NosyBear. After going on a walk and finding new caches around that walk we went back into the township. Thanks for hiding this cache.
Found a cache in a similar place an knew where to head. Cheers for the cache as we start to head back home.
Find 9 of 12 today. I cleaned up the Waipara area caches and got three FTFs on and near the Tiromoana Walkway. A nice easy find in the first place I looked. Took the part candy cane out as it's against the rules to leave food in caches. Aside from being a bit dodgy leaving lollies for kids to take, it attracts rats.

Good hiding spot. Bet the scouts have a lot of fun here. We came here to check out the Waipara Valley Vineyard Trail. Looks like a cool community addition
Having an Easter "it's all about the numbers" weekend. Day 4.
A quick park and grab on my way home.
Lots of campers in the adjacent paddock.

Stayed for a week on a vineyard nearby and found this one quickly before we left. TFTC
TFTC. Have been a member at the group for a while but only started caching recently, never knew there was a cache under the den.
Our two boys were keen scouts and with an excellent (geocacher) leader we enjoyed so fantastic camps away with the group. They're a bit bigger now so have given it up so we don't get to go away with them anymore ! Happy New Year and TFTC markanddeb. TB out.
Found by our grandchildren today swapped a NZ key ring in & took out a goat, also put in the purple butterfly and removed a pink butterfly! TFTC
Sixteen hours, 100 caches, mission from Rolleston to North Canterbury and back. #38 of 100. Easy find with the aid of the hint. TFTC.
Out for the evening with Sonia26642 for a bit of a tour around the apple orchard to see what we could find. A very successful evening was had and lots of laughter (which was the most important part of the caching process.
found without a problem once we worked out where we needed to be

Went on a late evening post-work geocaching expedition with Cats & Dragons since he was down here. The aim was the apples - and anything else along the way too - of course!! A pretty successful evening with 37 finds and only 2 DNFs, and we only left Chch at 5pm!
2nd of the evening.
An easy find that we first went to the wrong corner, but second time lucky!
TFTC!!

Hard area to get to with lots of muggles around, knew where it was just couldn't get it out

During our visit in beautiful New Zealand, we have naturally sought some caches. There were many memorable impressions on our trip and showed us some caches the New Zealand off the beaten path. You have a wonderful country! We thank all Ownern for the cache and send best regards from Germany, Saxony, Leipzig 2 Supermuggels
Skarkiefan suggested an ANZAC caching run. MacPacMum suggested heading to North Canterbury to do the "Apple Run" and any other caches that we could find along the way. PurpdiePurdie and PokerNet were keen to join in with the fun.
There was a debate over which direction we were looking in. PokerNet was right but didn't quite get it. MacPacMum looked SE and could see it but not reach it and Skarkiefan reached and got it.
Today's Tally MPM40, PN41, SF41, PP18

Found on the third hint object but a recheck of the first one we looked at. The ground was wet so we didnt want to kneel down and we couldnt see it unless we did this. Thanks for the cache
One of the 42 caches Team Gaters and I did one wee raid to North Canterbury to go 'foraging' for apples on some country roads. We met prickles, apples, thorns, churches, Frogs, lack of dogs, tennis courts, camper vans and the list goes on. We took a few hours to tackle the 'loop' nearly 8 in the end and covered 222 km over highways, byways and dirt roads. Not too many officers out which was good. The evening was wonderfully warm and we had a great time and few apples were eaten.
Last one as we turned around and started to head back to Christchurch. Nice placement and was cornered quickly. Thanks for the cache.

Accompanied with Sp00k & Ciotach for the day of sightseering and cache-hunting. Cache was quickly found. Thanks for the cache.
Accompanying Varuna on our way home the long way round from the NZ Mega event. Took a small car and left a deer for the hunters.
A quick and easy find, was cool to visit another Scout Hall (I am a Kea in Wellington) TFTC
