Also attempted on my Wellington trip. Should have been temporarily archived ages ago so as not to show up in PQs and waste time. Lucky it was a driveby from the previous cache. Cheers Gav
Can I suggest the cache owner at least disable this cache while they 'try' to replace it? It will save more people wasting their time here.
my public appoligies to all for the 'few weeks' i have taken here, i do not venture out much during winter-ish conditons as i have school exams. i was planing to replace this with a very elaborate design of cache but have encountered neumorous problems geting it made. again sorry, and i will try to replace it with the origonal design.
Stopped in to check this one in passing. It has definitely gone, all the rocks previously stored here have been bulldozed into the river to build a groyne. Pity, it was a well made cache.
look like some been there with a digger and cleand every thing up. could not find it.
Hi, given that the cache is acknowledged as missing, I suggest you disable the cache until you sort it out. This will prevent others wasting their time looking for it [:->]
Had a squizz on my way past and found the GZ to be pretty trashed by a Muggle's bulldozer (photo) :-/ It may be buried in the mud or halfway down the Hutt River by now?!?
Anyway, saw some amazing fungi though (photo) so it wasn't a wasted trip. Awaiting the rejuvenated Rock-a-Cola II Thanks...

Since you asked Can I suggest incorporating it as a multi/puzzle involving the one under the nearby bridge... as they are pretty close together in very similar settings.
Fellow Geocachers

Was fossicking under and around the many boulders when a familiar numberplate hove into view. With 2x J'N Ks and 2x Boogie-O's we moved many rocks both large and small, but to no avail. Lots of evidence that we weren't the first to modify the landscape in our efforts...
The turn-around point for me in a riverside cycle from Lower Hutt with Meowsqueak and Nuisance Value. No luck here. There sure are a lot of rocks to turn over to find a coke bottle lid!!
No luck here, despite us and the Boogie O's all searching. Looks like quite a few rocks have been turned over recently in search of this one.
We also had look today, and did not find, just a quick search as was getting late in day and all wanted to go home. After looking at the logs maybe its gone?
We had a brief look. It was muddy and rain started to come down heavy. Didn't find it.
Thankfully I found this quite quickly, if I hadn't it may have been a long search... TFTC
PS. there's the most amazing fungi growing allaround the cache site at the moment, toadstools over a foot in diameter! probably wont last long though
