Our first find while staying on Clayton Station. So glad to see the cache is all safe and sound after more than a year unfound. Tftc.
Out for an explore. Nice area but cools quickly once sun drops behind ridgeline. TFTC
quick find this morning had to wait for the muggles to head a way on my way to spur hut.
Heading out for a family walk and this one is at the start.
This cache is in great condition.

Interesting drive to flooded river .Wil return one day to complete the 7k walk.
Didn't realize there was a cache at the end of the trail until I fund this one but given dusk was approaching had no tie so back I'll have to come.
I really did want to go up to the hut but walking for that long in drizzle is very unappealing. TFTC #2984
Nice drive though dusk and not sure if we would have enough light. But easy find once we got there.
Stopped in here on the way to a bigger things up the valley. Lots of rain recently + lots of cows = Lots and lots of mud. Cheers and thanks,

Was spending a day in the area caching while staying with friends in Tekapo. Checking out the area for possible mtbiking excursions - lovely day and lovely area. Sking up here must be pretty neat as well. Will be back. perfect hidy spot
A bit of new country for us today, a few vehicles parked up so the owners must have gone for a slog in the sun! TNLN Thanks
Definitely have to come back into this area. Well hidden, but definitely worth a visit. Thank you for showing us this spot. TFTC
found on my way to ride the track, the new owner of the farm keeping an eye on me as I went through the gate at the road.. The hut is magic.
We must surely have visited all the skifield roads in this area now. A quick easy find. TFTC
We went exploring all the gravel roads in this area today, some amazing places.
Found the cache - it was VERY obvious. Replaced it with a few more rocks.

The snow had lifted enough to warrant a wee look. Slow drive in but well worth it to discover this hidden area.

This skifield is definitely on my short 'to-do' list - of unvisited fields. A very bumpy - and nearly disastrous drive in and out. While closing the gate to leave - I heard hissing coming from the nearby tyre. While getting the spare out - I discovered that the one on the other side was completely flat!!!
So - it was a case of changing the flat one - then rushing back to Fairlie before the hissing one completely went flat, or the tyre shop shut. Rather nice to use the phone feature on the nüvi to ring them to let them know I was coming. TNLN - thanks.

Some how I missed seeing this cache when preparing to cache in the area It wasn't until I was logging the finds down the road I noticed it. Next time maybe
Wow it was getting cold up here, and we also had some sleet and snow falling as we got higher and closer to the cache. Brought back memories of when I was down here and a mate of mine was skifield manager. Cheers Gav [2607]
2195. A great area that we would never have ventured into but for this cache. It was a beautiful afternoon and we really enjoyed driving here. The mountains were spectacular with their snow covering. This was a delightful experience.
Thanks

First time up this road, few cars in the car park, but just us and the cows looking for the cache.

Yippee. Another FTF. Just passing by.... not. A very scenic drive with the early brushing of snow. After seeing another car in the carpark, I wias wondering. And the rather grim looking bull that glares as you as you pass by. Still easy to find once you are there. Have never been this way before. TFTC. TNLN SL. Should be good tomorrow after the low snow warning tonight.
